I was in distress when I book this room because of another hotel not being accommodating. The staff Ashley was very nice and helpful. The bed just didnt want to let me go. I will book again. Nothing everything was great.

Nothing The first room didn't have a phone and no blackout curtains so you could see into the room from outside. Next room had no phone and the window wouldn't close or lock and could be open from the outside and the room smelled but they gave me spray but then moved me because maintenance didn't have time to fix the window. Third room had white mold on furniture, the carpet was wet, and had a smell. After they refused to give deposit back and relocate because it was prepaid reservation they gave me a fourth room with a bad wet smell and the TV didn't work. I had to leave and get another hotel. Employees weren't accommodating at all after i didn't want to move a 5th time they weee rude and had an attitude because I wouldn't except these rooms with health and safety hazards.

This property needs a serious upgrade. Just uncomfortable, and feels old, stale, and an odor of musty water. Did not even take off my shoes off.

I booked online for 2 queen beds and when I got to the hotel they gave me 1 bed with sofa bed.

Rooms are a bit small but front staff was friendly and the room was clean. Right off a road with a ton of different dining options from all different ethnicities

First I most say that I checked in on Sunday Oct. 27 and I checked out on Nov. 3, 2024. My check in the young lady at the desk was very nice and she smiled when assisting me and answering my questions. My room was clean and nice. I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. During this week stay I saw her and other staff members and they were always smiling and in good spirits. Everything is around the hotel. Walking distance from a lot of food places and shopping. This hotel is very nice and I will return for another stay.

No Rice cooker could be borrow。 The staff is a little terrible ，I can't get the email about receipt 。 No enough pans and bowls

The worst hotel I have experienced so far. The room smelled terrible. The laundry room looks like a third world country type.

The receptionist was rude and rolled her eyes when we had a question about what she was charging us and why our reservation wasnt the same as we expected from Hotels.com. The room smelled damp and the carpet was humid(wet) the hotel itself smelled old when we walked in. The AC wasnt really cooling either. The bed seemed very lose and wasn’t comfortable at all. The swimming pool was very dirty. They have a patio with bbq pits and when we used it, it was filthy dirty, I asked for a broom to sweep it up myself. Never again. Do not recommend.

They should be paying people to stay in this dump, not the other way around. Foul odors in the hallway; some rooms are located really far from the elevator, so if you have mobility issues, request a room near the elevator. This place could stand some big improvements.

It was very comforting, clean, and the front desk was very friendly.

I came back to my room and my things were all over the place.

Was charged $319 for twice in one day. I locked my card and luckily I did because they tried to run my card for another $319. I was told to come see the manager at 6 am the next morning. No manager was there in the a m. Clerk at front desk said I had to wait until i checked out and then wait another 3-5 business days for my money to return. The hotel is very run down and in need of update. Bed was comfy I will say. The first night I killed a pregnant cockroach in the bathroom. Very sketchy area. I would never stay at this hotel again.

It was good. I didn't appreciate no daily housekeeping. Pool was a bit dirty. Room was good with amenities that I needed. Overall, it served the purpose.

Staff was BIZARRE

Booked a reservation early October just to go in on the day of for them not to have anything ready , then later that day call and say we have one ready . Like I haven’t booked somewhere else

Overcharged me for deposit. No clean towels no sofa bed stove barely works no utensils to use to cook. The tv had only one channel just bad experience

I did not get the room I reserved on line. There seemed to have been an issue with the third party system that I used to make the reservation. The desk clerk gave me some explanation that did not make sense. I was in town for one night and did not want the hassle of looking for another room at a different hotel which is the only reason I stayed!!

Oddly see a room layout for such a great price.

Squashed 1 bug upon opening the door to the room. Within 2 minutes saw another large bug (1/4 inch )on wall behind bathroom door. While that was happening my wife saw another bug run under refridgerator. Never unpacked went back downstairs and checked out

Well located with lots of amenities close by including Wholefoods and fast foods. Friendly reception staff. Room was well appointed but a few items could use attention to maintain standards - stain on recliner (head) and carpet hole near the wall. Good value for money and I would stay again.

no one is ever in the front. waiting forever to just check out. asked for extra sheets and pillow for pull out bed, but all they had to give me was one thin sheet. the whole hotel smells like smoke.

Personnel staff are very friendly and experienced. They furnish pretty much, everything you need. Best hotel stay so far and I have been here over a month and still go to stay here.

Stayed for 5 days. Room never cleaned, trash emptied. Complained about broken microwave and leaking kitchen faucet first day...never inspected.

Comfortable bed and cold air, but the microwave didn't wave. The nice complimentary popcorn was hard to chew while un-popped.

I used to love this hotel but ownership has changed since I was last here. They have no idea how to clean. You can see attempts have been made but the corners of the carpets are dirty, the floors are warped and peeling and seem to be washed with dish soap so they are sticky in bare feet and deadly when wearing shoes (slippery). There was trash/ clothing/hangers in the parking lot. I could go on but will leave it at sadly, I won’t be back.

The staff was so rude. They kept making mistakes concerning my credit card they put on file for incidentals. Then they were rude to us because of their mistakes! They litterally treated us like criminals or something. Then I woke up this morning (24 hours after our check out) to discover they have charged my card $50, $50, $120. For no reason. The entire experience was a nightmare.

Room service is weekly, so if your stay is shorter than a week, they won’t clean the room unless you ask. But other than that, great place. Has a kitchen and necessary utensils and is really good for its price.

They have suites with kitchenettes where the stove burners do not work, the sink does not drain, and the staff promise they will fix it or change the room...Neither of the promises was true!

I was surprised at what the room had to offer such as a larger refrigerator and very comfortable beds. What I didn’t care for was the incomplete paint job around our bathroom door and the way the bathroom door would rub against the bathroom floor tile when opening/closing.

I got bumped out of my room on Thursday, 8/1 becuz they were overbooked so I ended up staying in the room with one of my sisters. Then I was told to come before noon on Friday so they can find me a room. They did and they were supposed to comp the room but I ended up gettin charged full price for a room I had already paid for thru Expedia. The mgr guaranteed me I wouldn’t get charged and so did the desk clerk when I checked out and I got charged anyway. So to say I’m pissed is an understatement. The room was disgusting and the service was horrible. The manager wouldn’t even return my ph call to correct their error. I will never stay there again and I will never use Expedia again. My next move is to call corporate and then I plan to blast them on every social media site possible.

My only complaint about this property was the noise with the plumbing. Every time you flushed the toilet, there wouls be this loud, incessant noise that followed.

It was close to our meeting place and easy access.

Other than somebody good left in refrigerator, it was a great stay!

Rooms were cosmetically updated well. good amenities...Hot water was a little slow coming but ok. Check in was easy and getting my reciept when leaving too.

were 2 closets, 2 tv’s and a dressing table which was great. But I have to mention that housekeeping forgot to clean the kettle and check in time was delayed. Other than that, candlewood is still on top of my list.

Overall a good property for the price we pay. There was no daily cleaning service, only once a week. Since we only stayed 4 days, we never had any cleaning of sheets or towels. We took down our dirty towels each night to exchange which was fine. Liked the fact that there was a kitchen attached and free laundry although you need to find your own detergent.

Our room wasn’t ready because we were early so they gave us a different room.

The bed was really comfortable, the room and facility were clean and attractive. Despite the problem with the room not being ready because the city had the water off earlier in the day which delayed the cleaning of our room, I had an enjoyable stay.

First time staying with Candlewood and was absolutely great! Will definitely consider to use them in other cities as well.

There was no water running and the management did not make alternative arrangements...so poor and money wasted
