I showed up 30 minutes early and was charged 25 dollars and I reserved for 2 guests but some friends wanted to come over and I had to pay an additional 50 dollars.

The rooms were well-kept. Breakfast was convenient. We enjoyed our stay overall and would return.

Beds were just okay. Pillows and bedding were fine, but the mattresses seemed hard and kinda worn out. Breakfast was pretty good. Some different options each day, which was nice. Like that it’s included in the price. What they do not tell you about this location is that it sits next door to and adult entertainment business. Not what you want to see next to your hotel. Also, they start cleaning rooms pretty early. They use a large vacuum with a really long hose. That vacuum is very loud and always in the hallway. Don’t plan on sleeping in.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, plenty of parking. Breakfast is available but we didn't go down to eat. I'll definitely stay there again.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and the experience is always positive. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is high-quality, and the staff are courteous. Thank you—I will definitely be back.

The parking lot was very well lit for safety. The sign at the entrance says you need your room key after 10 pm but that was not the case. Saw some sketchy individuals come in after 10 pm that you know were not staying there. Strip club was just across the street so wasn’t crazy about that… The bed was very hard. My wife and Did not sleep well those nights. They need to invest in bed toppers to make it more comfortable. The breakfast was good and fresh. Although it was well kept and clean we will not be staying there again.

Employees was very rude. I had 5 in my room 2 adults 3 kids 14,14, and 13. We asked for towels and wash cloths after we turned in the dirty ones and they didn’t want to give us any. Thank God I brought a few of my own from home

There was an open juice left in the mini fridge and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Need to do better. Besides that everything else was good.

Hotel was clean, good price, breakfast was decent not many options, only one ice machine, bad lighting in the bathroom but other than that good hotel for the price if your there for a quick weekend.

The Hotel itself was nice and clean. Staff, not so welcoming. I had a very bad check-in experience. I was very transparent that I needed to add extra guests. I explained that plans changed. I was willing to pay the extra fee but the clerk made is seem like I was being a major inconvenience. Stated he needed to call his boss. Once boss approved, I was charged an extra $30 per night. I walked out to get my family and luggage. When I entered, clerk was waiting at the elevator and aggressively approached me stating that I lied about how many guests I was having. We had a bit of an argument about our conversation. He then walked to his computer and realized he did charge me correctly, according to the number of added guests. He did not apologize. He just let us go on our way. He was very rude. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This will be the last time I stay at a Best Western.

There was people parking from across the street inside the hotel parking lot. There's a gentleman's club across the street and stayed up late outside. Staff was very picky and not very friendly. Although the rooms were nice and comfortable and clean.

The staff was nice and accomodating. Check in was quick. Some of the breakfast was cold. The elevator was noisy. The shower head came off when trying to adjust it. Some areas near the coffee/microwave was dusty. Overall, it was a good stay!

The room and amenities are okay. I took off one star for the following reasons: (1) the building is not sound proof as you can hear and feel the tumbling on the floor when people are walking, and (2) the front desk service was not good at checked in. He was unfriendly & not given any info about the facility at all.

This hotel is beautiful with a variety of hot breakfast options and delicious coffee. We loved our king suite with a mini stocked kitchen and separate living room for the kids. The website said we could request a crib. The front desk said they didn’t have any cribs. I had to go down to the front desk and request linens for the sofa bed for the kids. Otherwise the hotel is great!

The room was amazing! Way more space than we were expecting! Breakfast was 10/10. The room was spotless when we arrived and check in was very smooth! When we come back to this area, we will stay here again!

The room was in good condition. The staff is nice. Breakfast was decent. The walls are thin so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The elevator sounds like it’s on its last leg.

Don’t charge for parking, !!!never been charge for parking. Parking should be free it is everywhere else.

Strip club right across the street and all the ghetto people were coming in the lobby. We were there for a softball tournament and had a bunch of 16 year old girls. And on top of that, they mess with my credit card and I had multiple charges. Got resolved a week later, but tied up my line of credit.

My room was nice. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

We did not get to do breakfast because doesn’t start till 7 on weekends, 6 during week. Charging extra for children 12 and over is ridiculous. They can’t reserve their own room they should not have to be paid extra for.

I was not pleased with my stay for multiple reasons…. They charge you extra for having guest in a space that you have paid for; regardless of their length of stay. Only “registered” guest are allowed to get in the pool; although he claims that wasn’t why he was charging me... The front desk clerk didn’t know the difference between a face towel and a hand towel; when I asked for more after being charged for my guests.. ones that my king suite room could accommodate… I asked him was the hand towel the smallest towel he saw… he lied and said yes… I literally had to go to the room and get an example to show him what I was referring too.. The welcome text also had multiple typos in my name; even after being given my license; not a very warm, welcoming feeling at all.

Then, housekeeping must not have finished our room. There was trash in the bathroom cubby and no toiletries at all. There was little toilet paper and no tissue at all. I called to tell them about it and he was only concerned with whether or not we had a luggage cart in our room. We had to walk down and get all towels, toiletries, toilet paper, and tissue. Then half of our keys didn’t work. The workout room smells moldy, which also can’t be good. There were no towels at the pool,

I really enjoy staying at this hotel and this was my fifth stay.

I paid for hotel and they told me I get was holding my card 100 for accidentally fee it will be release then I check with my bank and they charge me 97 for my room for no reason there was no damage or nothing I left the room clean they told me my 100 will be release but it wasn’t I had to dispute it my bank I will never use this hotel again

My room was at the ground floor, and it was noisy all night long. I was able to slept only 3 hours. Also, AC filter wasn’t clean , got allergies next day.

The room I got was spacious and very clean. It was really quiet the breakfast was pretty good. Clean pool overall great experience.

My first time staying at a Best Western.. I love the spacious rooms.. my only complaint is that you couldn’t take your breakfast to your room, I had my 76 year old mom with me in another room and she didn’t want to come down and eat breakfast down is the lobby.. And that should be a choice of a paying customer…

Not going to lie room was excellent service not. The staff was stingy on certain items. If you needed extra towels or covers they’re going to ask what you need it for. Be careful if you have visitors just to see you for a couple of minutes or hours you might get charged for having extra. Recommend solo only

The hotel itself was okay. There were some roaches in the room, which we took care of. The manager was not so great. There were unexpected fees, which we had to pay regardless of whether we agreed or not. I don't know if I'll stay here again.

When asked for extra pillows, he said there were none. He managed to find one and told us that guests brought their own pillowcases when extras were needed. (Due to a medical condition, it is necessary to almost sit up to sleep & not always possible to travel with extras). The water was lukewarm at best - his response was the water is hot. The clock radio had a USB port but the radio did not work - his response was there is nothing wrong with the radio. We were not complaining but thought management would want to address the problems for the next guest.

Overall our stay was great. Room was clean. I didnt appreciate getting charged for extra occupants. I don't think i have ever been charged for extra occupants. Also, no extra toilet paper in room. I guess you would have to request it.
