Daily breakfast is refried beans and tortillas was a disappointment. The women at the desk, for the exception of one, has really nasty attitudes. Even the poor handicapped were treated like trash. One elder in front of me was fed up and wanted a refund. She was disrespected and told it would take 10 days to get her money back even though she had just paid. The place has a strong, oily oilfield smell and the carpet looks like it’s never been shampooed. No phone service in the room and no bathroom fans.

Everything went well at the night I stayed over there. The breakfast was good. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. Haven’t have a chance to stay in the pool yet.

La habitación en la que estuvimos olía muchísimo a cloro, quedaba justamente frente a la alberca pero se supone que las ventanas están selladas y aparte que era tercer piso, aún así el olor era intenso y molesto.

There were roaches in my room and shower and the water pressure was terrible

This hotel is amazing!! It had everything I neeeded. The only issue was that I would’ve preferred if the windows opened for better ventilation, but I think they do that because of the no smoking policy.

Great property and the staff were wonderful. We were traveling with a pet and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was more than adequate and much better than we expected. Overall wonderful experience.

The room was nice and quite, the cleaning staff were very helpful as were the front desk people, breakfast was good a bit repetitive though, ac in the room kept kicking in and out a bit annoying, but all in all a good stay.

The hotel is easily accessible and very clean, both inside and out. The rooms are well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable and clean. There is adequate free parking and a range of amenities for travelers close by.

The hotel is extremely clean and new looking. The rooms are maybe a little bit smaller than I would like. Breakfast was good and extremely clean breakfast room. The only thing I didn’t like was that there are water restrictions and the shower was not as much force as I would have liked. But I still would say there again.

The carpet was stained, it was musty in the room, no alarm clock, shower head needs to be replaced. The room door looked like someone tried to break in at some point before my stay. The Staff were not very helpful, looked like we were bothering them.

The room was very clean but had a damp smell (probably due to Houston’s humid weather & the rain). Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff was very friendly!

Nothing Starting with the reception staff, the level of customer service was disappointing. They were neither welcoming nor respectful toward guests, and instead of being helpful, they made it seem as though they were doing you a favor. The rooms are small and have a strong, unpleasant odor that is difficult to tolerate. The carpets are dirty, and the housekeeping service is by far the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel. From the moment I arrived until the end of my stay, the entire experience was disappointing.

I give this property 5 *, I was concerned after making reservations, because 1 day prior 2 check N day, I went on line and discovered this property was a 2 * hotel property. The inside hotel entrance was lovely, rooms clean and comfortable, beautiful ,beautiful bed linens, excellent air conditioning system, great staff, an amazing fresh breakfast, our room was near elevator, but didn’t hear any sound of use. I don’t understand the 2* rating, I chose this hotel because it is close proximity 2 the MD Anderson N the Katy area where I needed 2 B. I highly recommend this hotel, if I need a return trip 2 MD Anderson N Katy TX, this will B my go 2, thank you Rosa(front desk staff) N assisting us during our stay.

Staff is terrible. Lady running the breakfast is rude. We have stayed over five times in three months and they always treat us like we’re new.

Found some hair in the bathroom. The only clock in the room didn’t work. Other than that it was a pretty decent stay with no issues.

Overall, I think the room was clean, although it didn’t smell “fresh”. It just smelled kind of stale. The grab bar in the shower was corroded and moldy and that one neglected detail gave the whole room a kind of “yuck” feeling. I had two more nights to hook at the tail end of my trip and I hooked with another hotel because of that. The staff was friendly and I felt like the area was safe.

It is a very nice property and will rate excellent with: A room safe. Pillows as good as Hampton Inn Spare blanket in room Safety rail for tub in better position (older people travel too) Change out the one grumpy front desk attendant. The other is fine. I've consulted in upscale hotel biz in eight countries so I'm giving you guys advice without the fees. Have skipped mention of room AC which is noisy in 127 (just my bad luck maybe) and one light bulb out in lobby/ lounge overhead "chandelier" (it's hard to get to). Thanks.

My room looked nice until I seen the hair in the shower . After I moved the covers and it was feces stains on my sheets. Called to have it removed and it took a day to get my request fulfilled . Should have got a refund for the terrible service

The Bostonian has been a planned stopping area with our trips to San Antonio. Easy check in and check out.

We can always rely on a comfortable stay at Best Western. Kentucky, Tennessee and Houston have all been great on our road trip. Clean rooms, good breakfast and safe parking. The people working there have always been so nice and professional.

. I noticed she didn't offer me the cash option, as I stated earlier, I've stayed at the property, so I had real cash in hand. That didn't happen, so I pulled out my card and she proceeded to pay the charge. Finally, she made keys and I asked her what was her name, and she said verbatim, "I am not allowed to give you my name '. Plus she wore a lantern around her neck that may have said her name, but it wasn't visible. Lost a customer today.

The pool was a bit small, and my toilet didn't flush properly. I had to flush about 3 times in order for it to clear. The breakfast was a bit sad. But the beds were very comfy.

Hotel was close to a meeting attended and clean and quiet.

We stayed 2 nights. We are Bestwestern gold members, but because I went thru expedia this time, I didn't get the free bottles of water. I always get it with the other Bestwesterns. The AC wasn't cold, no coffee pot in the room, the second morning breakfast, I was disappointed cause I love eggs, but instead of having traditional scrambled eggs/ folded eggs, they had scrambled eggs with redish seasoning. No sausage pattys/ sausage links, no meat.

Air conditioning do not work properly. Rooms are not that clean. Pool had too much chemicals. Service was poor.

The rooms were absolutely spectacular cleanliness has got to be their top priority and it’s nice and quiet… we will most definitely be going back and referring our family and friends as well. The location is great also everything is near.

It’s a good hotel. Relatively inexpensive for the area and quality. The room was a good size and quiet. Efficient people at the front desk. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but there’s a Waffle House across the street. If it’s important, go there instead.

Other than that, I would not mind staying again anytime I visit Houston.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, and throughout the 1st and 2nd floors, there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine. I’m assuming because of the swimming pool. I’m ok with it, but others in my party did not appreciate it. The room was clean, and the beds were mildly uncomfortable. (By that I mean the first night was ok, but the second night had me waking up in pain in my hips and legs.) The staff was not overly welcoming, but nice enough. The breakfast was lacking: dry sausage links that had obviously sat out too long, refried beans that were runny, eggs that were not hydrated enough to serve, and coffee that was watered down a little too much. Overall, I’m being nice by giving it a 4/5 stars.

Room was clean, parking with easy and safe, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Only complaint is that they didn't have any bacon, just sausage. Other than that they had a variety of other breakfast options to eat from.

My stay was okay, I did have a few issues while there. But, I can honestly that I was contacted by the manager which was quite a surprise and she definitely sounded genuine in her concern of my issues. I would definitely recommend this property simply because of that alone. No one is perfect in life also.

The only thing we were not happy was about the check in. We have to have to wait about two hours to have our room ready. The room was cleaned. Staff were ok. Breakfast was ok. Parking is good.

Hotel needs an upgrade, remodel. Not the cleanest and if you miss your cleaning window your room will remain untouched. They did provide us with clean towels each day upon request. It is not a bad hotel it just needs an upgrade. Breakfast is decent, parking is average. Staff ok not overly friendly.

The staff was polite and nice ,helpful in providing places to eat, visit and answer any questions. The breakfast was that pick-up. I was they change it up or had better selection for people who don’t eat pork, vegetarian, vegans. The place was clean and the rooms are nice. Very quiet only herd noise once’s besides the doors closing. Would stay again
