Best Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites

If I'm at Hobby airport and stay overnight I use this Best Western. Friendly staff, great breakfast, good price.

This is our third time staying at this property. The staff are always friendly. The hotel has two shuttle vans that are always parked near the hotel entrance. If another guest is parked by the entrance, it can make getting to the parking lot difficult.

An excellent choice if you're planning to fly out of Hobby Airport. AIt's a very clean and well maintained hotel.

The ladies that checked me in were both very friendly and Cyndy was extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and the lady running the kitchen was also helpful and nice. The young man running the shuttle assisted us my father and I required extra assistance.

The location was decent and I really appreciate the early check in. The room smelt terrible like urine, and the pool was out of service the entire trip which was 4 days.

The hotel is amazing it had really good breakfast, throughout the day and night it was quiet ,and the beds are very clean and comfortable.

The staff at the front desk, were awesome the lady’s and the gentleman were very friendly, helpful, polite. I will be staying at this location again in the near future.

Have stayed here several times due to its proximity to Hobby airport. Sometimes the staff is Ken’s and helpful. Had one bad experience with a very surly clerk. Free parking for a week with a one night stay which must be on the front end. Free shuttle to the airport.

Friendly free shuttle driver from the airport, was greeted upon arrival by kind front desk staff, clean and gated parking lot, large room with two double beds, larger bathroom with tub/shower, free breakfast in the morning. The property was a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. A gym and pool was on property that we did not visit. Traveled with family of four and had everything we needed with a 12noon checkout! Kids loved the Texas shaped waffles from the waffle maker in the breakfast area!

Location, next to airport, you can park your vehicle free for 7 days and the shuttle to the airport and the shuttle to pick up from the airport is awesome didn’t have to wait long at all. Staff is very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was great, parking was convenient, and the location was perfect—just minutes from the airport, making travel incredibly easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

After a long day of traveling, the fast shuttle pickup was much appreciated. Room was very clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was out of items that were not replaced well before the end of the breakfast time.

This was a great stay for our party of 4 near the airport. Spent under $100 from a Sunday to a Monday, which included breakfast and a shuttle to the airport.

When i first arrived, the parking lot seemed small but it was nighttime, so I may have missed the big picture. As I approached the double glass doors and they slid open, there was a giant flying cockroach that greeted me before I even stepped in the door. I just chocked it up to being outside in the humid south and ignored it. But once I checked into the room itself, I also found a dead cockroach behind the door in my room and we all know where there's one there's a thousand more. The couch was covered in cheap plastic, the cabinet in the liv room was scarred and beat up looking. There was a long black hair stuck to the shower wall. I had to stay there because it was 2:30 AM when I checked in and there were no other hotels to go to. I was supposed to stay 3 days, but i immediately checked out later that morning. I did stop at the breakfast station which was lackluster at best. I do not recommend you stay here.

The last few stays here have not been great mainly due to the staff not keeping guest in line when it comes to noise.

Smells like dirty.

The property was clean. The parking lot felt safe, lots of lighting in the parking lot and plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast room was really busy. Gravy served with the really old and hard biscuits was absolutely terrible. And I am a biscuit and gravy kind of girl and they were the worst I ever had. The waffle maker area was clean and stocked. The vent in my bathroom screamed like a monster every time I try to turn it on so it definitely did not work. The room was overpowered with a cleaning product smell when we walked in. Also, the elevator was a little sketchy with buttons that did not light up and they were pushed in and about to break.

I need the staff to be more strict on people staying at the property, I don't want to hear kids running in the hallway all ours of the night if it's loud enough to wake me up then I know it can be heard at the front desk.

Hotel needs to be updated and rooms needs better drainage in bathtubs. They have done their best patching up the place but it needs updating bad.

Did not like that breakfast did not have a variety of food…if you don’t like cereal or waffles then don’t depend on eating breakfast here.

Our flight was delayed and we ended up getting to the hotel around 4:30am. Our rooms had been messed up during the booking process but Anna was very helpful and very quick to help us get to our rooms to rest. Unfortunately, she could not authorize a late check out and I had to speak with the manager in the morning who only wanted to allow 30min extra. I had booked 3 rooms (including one for handicapped family members in wheelchairs) and didn’t get to them until the sun was practically rising. And we still had to get up and drive 6 hours the following day. I had to practically beg for another 30 min before she relented. I understand they were expecting more customers, but our rooms were hardly used and would not be hard to tidy up. I get it wasn’t their fault our flight was delayed but, being right next to the airport, you would think this happens fairly often and they would have a protocol in place to help. Rooms were fine. I just wish the manager would have been more compassionate.

I liked the property because it was clean, and the location and price was good. Breakfast was good every morning.

The rooms were very clean. The staff helped me in every way possible after the horrible night my family and I had the night before. Plenty of parking wonder simple breakfast. Would stay here again when I go back to Texas to visit.

This was an excellent plan for me to stay at hotel and let them shuttle my husband from airport. This kept my anxiety way down. We will continue to do this as my husbands works in Alaska. Plus gives me a mini vacation.

There was a coffee and tea station available the entire time. Breakfast was great with a clean waffle station and variety of options, clean room and clean property. Easy parking.

Hotel needs a makeover for sure but it is still very clean and safe. I will be back. I enjoyed my stay.

Just good enough above average on everything

Booked wrong airport Hobby instead of Bush. Contacted within 5mins of booking after realising my error. It was close to midnight when I booked after a flight delays and missed connections. They denied the cancellation. I tried again but they did not budge. Terrible long term business vision.

The remodel on this hotel is better than most. The property was mostly clean and fairly well maintained. The room and its amenities were nice and clean except the floor. The free breakfast was late each morning and was mediocre.

The property is ok for the price. The room was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The rate quoted through Expedia was for two adults and a teen. Upon check in I had to pay an extra 10 because the “child” was over 12. The continental breakfast was decent and the shuttle driver was very accommodating.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok and had a lot of choices. But it was only until 9:30 AM which I thought was bit early to end. Should have been until 10:30 or 11:00 AM.

Original staff member was very unhelpful and didn't want to explain anything to me. She just pointed me to sign postings and wanted to get out. Second staff member checked me in and still wasn't very helpful, but I was thinking whatever Rooms smelled musty and couldn't get the scent out of my nostrils. We checked out early in the morning at 5:30 to catch a bus. We got down to the lobby at 5:25 and was told we needed to be there 10 minutes early to catch the bus and had to wait another half hour to get to the airport. Overall I would not stay there again

Check in was fine. Purposely chose this hotel as there is a shuttle to the airport. While attempting to check out to let staff know I would need the shuttle, front desk staff placed a sign that they were unavailable while I was second in line. Please note the guests in front of me told front desk they needed a shuttle, and I clearly had my luggage with me. Ended up having to order a ride to the airport. Would not stay here again

The hotel was clean, the food was awful, they need to do better! The swimming pool was filled with bird poop, simply dusting! Parking was ok. The staff was friendly

The room was clean. Breakfast was all gone when I got down there. Pool was cold and very dirty. Staff and hotel itself was nice, the rest could use some work.

This hotel was perfect for a quick in & out visit. Everything was great from the water pressure to the air conditioner to the comfortable beds & the towels were nice & fluffy. We didn’t hear a thing once we were in our room. Highly recommend!

I love the fact that it was only 20 minutes from my daughter’s house and just five or 10 minutes from the airport.

Bathroom was in desperate need of updating and fixing. Faucet was broken, looked like it was a $60/night hotel. Air worked and bed was decent so it was ok. Definitely not worth the money.

The Breakfast choices seemed sparse compared to other Best Western Plus . Choice and quality lacked.

Very friendly folks and so close to airport parking.

As a last minute need for flight delays this place was awesome.
