We stayed here for one night before heading back to San Antonio and chose it for the great reviews, breakfast, and pool—all of which lived up to the hype! The front-desk staff was friendly and helpful, even holding our bags for us. The rooms and entire property were very clean, and we appreciated being able to purchase beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages at the front desk. The pool was clean, the hot tub was relaxing, and breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s a great option if you want to stay just outside downtown while still being a short Uber ride from everything. We would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect: clean areas. The staff was friendly, nice, and respectful. My family and I stayed from 7/24-7/26 and had no problems with anything. I had asked for extra towels, and the staff lady was very nice and gave me tips. The pool area was never packed, and people around were very nice. It was clean and had great shade from the sun. We did have breakfast, and the variety was great. We had different options, from cereal my kids love to pancakes and biscuits. My family enjoyed the stay. We will be back at this hotel when we go again.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the cleanliness and location. Other than that, it's not a safe area or decent experience. I went to an event and when I came back, I noticed something of mine was missing. I searched the whole room and couldn't find it. Apparently, someone came into my room once I left. I called the office and the attendant was very rude and defensive when I told her what happened. She literally argued with me and hung up. I will NEVER recommend this sketchy hotel! Also, when I was checking in, the security guard was at the counter right beside me and looking at all of the info about my room that the front desk clerk was writing down. I paid in advance so I couldn't cancel. NEVER AGAIN!

Clean.. Comfortable, spacious room. Nice pool/hot tub area. Convenient location. Good breakfast! Coffee and water available in the lobby 24/7.

Actually one of the best Brdt Westerns I've staid at. Close to downtown without paying exorbitant parking fees only $20 per night on their lot. Staffed by a security guard. Easy bud to catch to the convention center.

I initially was concerned about the location but it turned out to be great. It is not walkable to anywhere but it is in a great location for everything. The parking lot has a guard at night so your car is safe. If ai take another museum trip to Houston I will be staying here.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, with hot items like waffles and eggs, plus fruit and a variety of continental options. The coffee station being available all day was a huge bonus, especially since we were in town for the World Cup and our sleep schedule was all over the place. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

First, the staff hospitality is non-existent. I interacted with three different front desk representatives during my brief stay, and every single one of them was remarkably rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Second, if you are driving an electric vehicle, do not rely on this property. They advertise on-site EV charging, but the equipment is completely broken. I tried every single charger available on the premises, and none of them were functional, which completely disrupted my travel plans. Most alarmingly, there is a severe lack of building security. An unauthorized individual—who appeared to be under the heavy influence of drugs—was able to easily bypass the front desk and enter the hotel premises. Management did not even realize he was inside until he was actively roaming the private guest room hallways. This is a massive safety hazard. The only saving grace was that the rooms themselves were okay, but a decent bed does not make up for a complete lack of basic security, broken amenities, and hostile customer service. I will not be staying here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The king room was huge and very clean. The only issues were minor--slow bathroom sink, small holes in the sheets. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent and plentiful.

The hotel is continently located. The room is spacious and clean. It has a microwave, a min fridge and even has a safe. The only thing I wish it had was a coffee/tea pot. Breakfast was very good. We didn't get the chance to use the pool or the fitness center. A good stay.

Parking staff blocks the parking during night so you have to ask them to open the way which is very annoying Basic breakfast with few items but it's ok Property is good and is downtown closed with good restaurant and attractions nearby

Overall great stay. Pool and gym were smaller than expected.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The entire staff was very personable and helpful. I was traveling alone and felt safe. The hot breakfast had many options so I never ate the same breakfast for the three mornings I was there. They do charge for parking but they closed up the parking lot at night and had two security guards in the lot to checking vehicles to allow only prevent non-patrons back in to park. The best part was that It is less than a mile from Daikin Stadium, which is the reason I came to Houston.

Room was clean, breakfast was enough and staff very friendly especially Audrey. We did not have a car, but walked to downtown which was not that far. Did not use the hot tub.

It is close to downtown for a less expensive price. But, you get what you pay for and it is just a basic hotel room and space. The breakfast is "meh" but they did have a waffle machine! Coffee is free and available. It is very serviceable but has a Motel 6 vibe. Worth the money but set your expectations accordingly.

This hotel was convenient to downtown Houston. We arrived before check in to use the pool, but were told we had to wait until check in. So don't come early. The room was very clean and fresh. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well. Don't bother paying the on site parking fee. There is plenty of free street parking, which makes the $20 plus tax fee ridiculous. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was professional and quick. We got there earlier than check in time, because I booked through a third party I had to pay for an additional night. But all went well. I was please with the entire stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I would have liked to see a coffee pot in the room. Also, it would have been nice to have a pump hand soap rather than bar soap. They also need to replace those old microwaves in the rooms. The room was spacious with a couch and a desk. The gym was small with limited equipment, but clean. The free breakfast looked pretty good.

Breakfast was fresh and always full. Staff were friendly and helpful with parking advice for downtown. Safety guard was good at keeping cars safe.

There was no cold water in the bathroom. Despite turning the shower handle all the way to cold the water was scalding making it practically impossible to take a shower.

The room was spacious. Wi-Fi was fast enough for our work. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was varied and tasty. There was a security officer monitoring the parking lot and building at night. Our only complaint is that the bed sagged in the middle, but it wasn't enough to cause a bad night's sleep. Overall a wonderful experience!

Honestly, I was surprised by this place. It seemed to be new, no funky smells, rooms were very nicely kept, no wrinkly sheets. Evening staff was a little cranky or just wasn’t very accommodating. However the night staff and morning staff were all so sweet and respectful.

Clean room, and very comfy bed! I was not expecting my pillows to be so lovely and fluffy. Normally I have hotel pillows but these were great. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be back!

The reason I am giving it 3 out of 5 stars is due to a few aspects that I believe need attention. The overall property feels somewhat worn, and the elevator, especially when reaching the 4th floor, felt unstable and concerning at times. Additionally, the room had a noticeable musty/old smell that made it feel less fresh than expected. I was also disappointed that parking was not included. In my opinion, hotels should offer complimentary parking for their guests. On a very positive note, I would like to highlight the excellent communication prior to my arrival. I contacted the hotel to ask whether they had EV chargers available, and they kindly informed me that they have three chargers on-site. They were also very helpful in confirming the charger model and type, so I could verify compatibility with my vehicle and determine whether I needed an adapter. That level of service was greatly appreciated! :)

The place was nice and clean

The room was fine and the hotel was nice. The breakfast was very nice. We did not have a vehicle with us so walking around the city from this location was a little cumbersome.
