Clean room

We had to bring used wet towels to the desk for exchange each day. No housekeeping. No amenities such as soap or shampoo or Kleenex. The staff was embarrassed and apologetic The carpet in our room was soaked from the AC

I liked the hot tub attraction in the room. Upon arrival the elevator did not work, I was told it would be looked at, however I used the stairs my entire two day stay, because I was never given notice of it being fixed. My first initial use of the hot tub it did not work properly, I had to receive help from staff to turn it on. Once I used it again it hesitated to start. The ironing board was broken prior to me booking the room. The ice maker did not work. We were handed cubed ice in a sandwich bag from the staff. The pictures from the website are misleading and did not match the integrity of the actual room. I was told that I would be overlooking the pool and I was not. And the carpet looked worn out. Staff was pleasant and had great attitudes!

Staff was freindly and answered all questions The third floor air conditioner was not working and the whole floor smelt like THC, in the room we found condoms and a lighter and the jacuzzi tub had dirt around the drain and used soap products

We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was consistently like 85-90 degrees in the hallway and humid. Not super sure why because it was only the top floor and only in the hallway. Not any reason to not come back, just weird.

Old building, outdated room. Hot lobby and hallway AC available only in the room and dining area.cheap crappie breakfast. Poor customer service, called the front desk twice and no one answered.

A place to stay overnight The entire night, it smelled like skunk in the hallway, and in our room. Hot on the hallway, no air conditioning except in the room. Turned on the fan for more circulation but kept me awake as if some people were smoking but smelled like skank. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, toiletries(2 conditioners no shampoo). At midnight, could hear people talking loud outside the facility. Curtains were molded. Beds, very uncomfortable. Paid $159 including tax for the night. Free breakfast but did not feel like eating there. Wanted to leave in the morning as soon as we can.

Nothing, elevator did not work, coffee was bad, AC in the room worked when it wanted, I would not stay in that hotel again. In the morning the lady at the front desk was vaping or smoking. Not a good experience

The staff was great! Breakfast was also good. However, the facilities are poorly maintained. The smell of marijuana in the air was strong and made me sick.

You had to go to the office to get ice they had all the ice machines on the floor off the refrigerator was not cleaned out and the toilet could have cleaned better the breakfast was completely trash for meat they had only diced ham that you put in a salad

1st room stank so bad of weed that I had to ask to switch rooms, 2nd room smelled like mold, but I knew they were fully booked and it was only 1 night. Pool was clean but no towels, had to ask the front desk. No working ice maker... had to go to front desk. Breakfast was available but sausage looked and tasted so undercooked that I just grabbed an apple. AC seemed to barely work outside of the rooms and the one inside the room was very loud which made it hard to sleep. The alarm randomly went off at 6am which I guess isn't their fault but maybe they should check. Overall, the staff was nice but the hotel is really run down and the pictures are misleading. I had this hotel booked again for next week but went ahead and cancelled. It was probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at but not the cheapest...

We were told the water heater pilot was out upon arrival and it was very old and would not be fixed anytime soon. We then got to our room which smelled like smoke (non-smoking hotel supposedly). Their response was to send housekeeping to spray an air freshener. When she arrived to the room she just walked in without knocking. Between that smell and the smoke we were getting headaches and we were forced to find another hotel they refused to refund our payment. Old building on its last legs that smells bad and now they'll fleece for whatever money they can hold. WAY too many other options to spend any time or money at this place

The room was clean and the breakfast really good, the only thing is the cigarette smell outside.

The Smell of the room still in my nose and I got a headache because of it the both room handwashing sink drain clogged as noon as when we got there so we can’t wash hands or wash our face the bed is very uncomfortable, I don’t suggest any one to stay there

Nice employees. A prostitute and hooker hotel. Strip club next door. Weed smoke cloud in the hallway of 3rd floor. Ice machine broken. No A/C turned on in lobby to keep free loaders out. Extra deposit at check in for room damages due to clientele.

Location was fit for purpose. Breakfast was par for the course. Free parking. Hygiene was appalling. The room was not cleaned once during my weeklong stay. The air had a stale smell of smokiness. Cancelled my second stay due to this.

Not the greatest. Upon arrival, our room did not have cups for the coffee maker nor cups in the bathroom. OK - oversight, no biggie. Good to have a refrigerator in the room, but it was very noisy, as was the air conditioning. Hall light made lots of noise too until another guest asked the staff to just take out the bulb. Breakfast was your regular crappy hotel fare, Glad I brought my own and we went out for breakfast a few days. Put out sign to have our room refreshed, and it was ignored. Next day they did it. Key stopped working and we had to go down to desk only to find that they had made mistake and thought we had checked out. Just too many glitches.

Horrible smell in room and hallways. My sinuses were badly affected. Carpet needs replacing, as well as the old, sheer towels.

One complaint I didn’t like the way I had to get ice for my room in the Ziploc bag 😞

Nothing The rooms are disgusting

I had to change the room since the first they gave me had a terrible humidity odor. stayed 10 nights and they only cleaned the room once. I asked for them to clean the room 2 more times but they told me they would clean it every 4 days. They wrote down the cleaning lady should clean the room but she only changed the towels, never changed the sheets. What’s the purpose to stay in a hotel if you don’t get cleanliness and you have to do your bed daily? This is the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel and the last. I would definitely will not come back and if you read this review try to look for another hotel. For the price per night you pay it’s not worthy!! The quality is very poor. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL, THIS ONE’S TERRIBLE!

The mattresses were stiff as a board. Was not comfortable at all. I suspected a hidden camera in the bathroom but not certain. Covered it up with paper. Would never stay here again. Ice machines not working. Bed discomfort. We had to fix the toilet. would not refill with water. Ice machines not working. Suspected bed bugs.

Clean Location

I was paying a little more so I thought it would be better. Full breakfast did have turkey sausage floating in water? and scrambled eggs. Carpet was coming up in my room and the shower handled was next to impossible to turn on and off. The air conditioner did work well. Just expected more because I was paying more. Disappointed.

he room I selected included a jacuzzi, but that is not the room I received upon check-in. When I spoke with the front desk, I was told that this was not the room they had on record from Hotels.com and that nothing could be done on their end. I was advised to contact Hotels.com directly. This was disappointing, as the room type was the main reason for my booking. I recommend confirming directly with the hotel before arrival to avoid this issue

Horrible smell as soon as we walked into the room, tub was not fully clean, and the breakfast was old and cold.

Dirty felt gross when left hotel washed all mine and my sons clothes when we got home and cleaned luggage to sanitize it! Only stayed there for total 4 hrs.

I was on a road trip and used the carwash nextdoor. This was a great reset stop. I was only there 10 hours, maybe. But it did a good job!

Great location.. clean and quiet stay... Only issue was the bed .. the mattress in room 321 needs to be replaced ASAP

The room and property it self was overall clean but I had to request fresh sheets because they were stained, no mirrors in the room and no ice in the ice machine. Also the breakfast was terrible! I only gave this place a review because the staff was at least nice.

The staff in particular moved above and beyond for me. My flight arrived very early, and they did their best to ensure I got a room as soon as possible. I also had late deliveries following me checking out, and the hotel staff did their best to assist me, which I sincerely appreciate. I'd definitely stay at Best Western again.

Our truck was broken into through the window on our second night while being parked in the back of the hotel. Staff credited us a free stay for the trouble and i was able to replace the stolen items.

Great hotel, friendly staff and very accommodating. Honestly Id park in the front of the hotel if possible. Houston has a bad vandelism problem.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They accommodated our floating check out dates. They were always helpful and always with a smile.

The accommodations are great for the price and it includes breakfast. All the staff has been very pleasant and accommodating. There is a pretty well-stocked convenience store in case you need a quick snack. The area does not have excessive traffic. Parking is so-so. They could ise more space.

I would NEVER stay here again. We went overnight for my granddaughter’s surgery. The person was not at the desk to check in and it took forever. The beds were the hardest I have ever felt in my life and this morning there was a roach!!!

The staff was nice, however the ice machine was broken, had 2 get prepackaged bags from the front desk. Also there aren't enough plugs in the room. Overall a great visit

The room and the lobby have a mold smell, maybe due to humidity. The hotel should try to improve the ventilation in these areas in order they could be dyer, or apply some drying process on them.

Room smelt a little bad.

Room was okay. Unless they were completely booked, did not like my view of the side fence! Breakfast was sufficient. The sausage gravy was delicious with lots of sausage.

The laundry facilities were out of service, the elevator door wouldnt always close. A staff member would come and bang on it ubtil it closed. The ice machine was out of service.

Close to the business district. Outdoor pool was a bit dirty, so i didn't get in. Normal free breakfast to get you going. Only stayed one night.

Great spot, 24 hour drive thrus nearby and convenient store right next door. 2 of us stayed 2days for a show at the NRG stadium not too far easy to get to. The fridge in the room was actually cold too.

Great staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Just make sure if you are traveling with someone with disabilities, you request an ADA room. The toilet is only about 12-14 inches off the ground.

The property is fine- clean, nice pool for the kids, free breakfast was convenient. The staff was kind of hit and miss. Some were friendly, others barely spoke. Odd to ask for ice at the front desk and be given a baggie of it.

There seemed to be a few items on the common floor that were left for more than a day. One item was a child's sock. Another was some trash outside. Breakfast is bland- your sausage patties have a lot to be desired. Maybe change it up every other day? Yes, I would go back, but not for the breakfast.

The property was super clean and updated which I absolutely loved.. let’s not forget the staff.. they are truly rockstars, they were very accommodating and really nice. My only is was one of the back doors had a issue with the lock and my key didn’t work… this was an inconvenience because it was FREEZING and the only parking available was in the back of the building and the door was locked so you had to walk around to the front of the building.. ouch!! Otherwise the entire place is definitely worthy of a repeat trip when I return to Houston.
