I did not eat the breakfast There were limited towels given even when I asked for more. The location is horrible! It looks a bit scary pulling in from the side. There was a gap under the door that any bug or rodent could come through. You literally could see the light from outdoors. I had to be moved to another room due to cooling issues with the system.

Do not reserve a room without calling them!! I arrived to the hotel and met with the receptionist only to realize that the two bedroom room that I had reserve was not available. The issue was that Expedia was showing rooms that were not available at the hotel. I made the reservation a week to 2 weeks in advance with two beds for the weekend, but neither did Expedia or the hotel did not have the time to tell me the issue until I was 30 minutes way from the hotel on the Expedia app (which I did not see). Then the receptionist said the best they could do was give me a queen size bed or recommend me a hotel down the road with a two bedroom room. I was furious because my cousin whom came with me from Austin Texas, had to sleep on the couch. I was not satisfied with my stay. If you ever decide to book here, call the front desk first, and confirm with them about the room you’re inquiring about.

The place was good. It was my first time in Texas and the hotel was good. Staff were friendly as well.

It’s a good place for vacation.

Place smelled like smoke, it was dirty, surrounded by homeless people, wouldn’t recommend it. I left maybe about 30 min after checking in, didn’t even bother asking for a refund because the lady couldn’t really speak English. It’s up to you if you want to risk it but I wouldn’t recommend

Don't stay in room 103, or if you do look for the bubbled up paint in the lower right corner on the inside of the door in the bathroom. If they cut corners on that, what else did they cut corners on?

Rooms are clean, no issues with that. Amenities are good. Breakfast spread is good for a motel.

The room was beautiful and very clean! The pool area was stunning and very well kept! Definitely going back!

All around my rarting for this hotel is excellent, the staff was friendly enough, the property was kept clean.I did not have time to partake of the breakfast but they had a nice area set aside for it.

The room was very clean upon arrival. We stayed two nights and it was pleasure to see that the maid left fresh towels after our first night. The price was very reasonable and the location was very convenient off of Interstate 45. We would definitely plan to stay here again next time visiting Houston.

I accidentally locked myself out of the bathroom, I called the front desk and they just didn’t do anything… oh also it’s a bad side of town and attracts some suspicious people… then if that wasn’t enough, it’s over 100 dollars to stay there? I really would’ve preferred to drive another hour than stay there. Do yourself a favor and either get a cheaper hotel that’s just as bad, or get one actually worth 100 dollars.

Room was good size. The pillow covers had stains on them. The coffee maker was also very dirty. They provided 2 cups, sugar and creamer but no coffee. So what's the use of sugar and creamer the hotel can explain it better. The breakfast was good enough to start your morning

Our room has three big beds and looks clean. everything is good. We didn’t try free breakfast. Staffs are nice. Location is very convenient. Napkins are ultra thin (probably facial tissues) Our family is closed by so we brought napkins, cups and plates since the room doesn’t have any.

I work in the area and need a place to stay when jobs last longer than a a couple days. This is the only hotel I will go to. Staff is professional, the internet is decent for getting work done, the area is safe and convenient: Walmart is across the street, Starbucks is walking distance, easy access to freeway, free parking unlike hotels next to hobby airport. Yet it is within 5 minutes from Hobby airport. Felt safe. The parking lot is well lit and no vagrants. Rooms are clean. My only issue is that the shower head stream is very weak- it’s probably one of those water saving ones. Other than that no complaints. Breakfast is ok and typical for the price point. Bed is super comfortable and supportive. TV is about 43 inches lots of channels. If I am ever in the area this hotel is my first choice. Other hotels near hobby will buckle and dime you for ridiculous charges like internet and parking- this hotel is a good value.

5 of us stayed in the 3 bed suite. There were at least 3 roaches. The pictures did not give motel, which it is. The beds were so hard, my back ached at 30 years old. There were multiple black stains in the bottom of the shower, unsure of what that was. It just did not give $120 a night.

Door would not shut properly, base board falling off, fridge barely cooled, TV barely worked, beds not very comfortable. I expected a lot more for the cost.

The 3bed studio was good for families and was half clean but there are three issues that need immediate attention.1st issue the room smelled bad we had to spray two cans of Lysol every where for 2days.2nd issue we found live lizards in the bathroom harmless but could still do without.3rd issue the breakfast was very limited.when I looked online it showed waffle maker but was not there when we went for breakfast.there was only small amount of eggs and sausages.the room and lobby/dinning area were nice.and the maid was extremely helpful as we did not have enough toilet paper.this is a good hotel for the price.And we will stay again but please fix these issues.

Everything was fine, until I found bed bugs on me when I woke up to use the restroom. Now I have to deal with the fact that I have bed bugs at my house now. Don’t stay here!! Go somewhere else. Somewhere clean.

This is a motel, not a hotel and no way are the reviews as high as they are shown on the site. I was double charged, the room smells like vapes and my throat hurts because he had to turn the ac on when we arrived into Texas! I cannot believe I paid this much for a place that should be 60$ out the door.

When we arrived to check in the front desk, seemed like we were inconveniencing them the room. The carpet was sticky. It was clean… Breakfast in the morning was terrible… Powdered eggs it was just gross. I asked them for some soap and shampoo and it was like I was inconveniencing them again… They were not hospitable. It might’ve been the culture difference, but I will never stay at this facilities again… I do not recommend…

Checked in on line. Easy quick customer svc at the check in desk to get my key, but they fail to tell me to get out at 11 am. My reservation on line said if I wanted to check out after 1pm to pay an extra fee. But I was told it apply to checking out between 11-1pm. Other then that room was clean,, cozy beds, clean bath, we had ,3 queen bed room, it is super big, comfortable and didn't feel crowed... Nice stay

Overall it was a good stay. I didnt like my doors lock handle was not fully secure 100%. Also the area where my room was located was in a hall with no view , im saying for security reasons.
