The rooms are in good condition. The hotel itself is in good condition, but if you are expecting a proper breakfast like you would normally get at most hotels, you definitely won’t get one here. There isn’t even any bread to spread the butter on, not to mention any proper food for a decent breakfast. There isn’t even any juice. What kind of breakfast is that? Very disappointing. The hotel may be in good condition, but the lack of a proper breakfast leaves a really unpleasant impression. Just awful.

We enjoyed the indoor pool and will be back We didn't like the elevators were out of order.

I was told by the receptionist that the elevators were out and that they would not be functioning throughout my stay. Because, my room was on a high floor and I had a lot of luggage, the receptionist suggested that I cancel my reservation. I did just that. Now, I’m in a battle between Booking and Aloft to get a refund.

I've stayed there several times in the last 10 years, but it now seems to show that it has not aged gracefully. I would suggest they give the hotel some TLC.

Everything was great. The only small issue was the a/c wasn’t as cool as we liked.

Upon arrival we didn't have any bath towels. I notified front desk shortly after check in. We left and came back later around 2am and still no bath towels. Called front desk again and this time I was told to come down and get them. I should not have had to retrieve bath towels myself.

The location is very convenient, close to everything you need - the mall, restaurants etc. It is 25 mins away from the airport which makes it very easy to get in and out of town. The rooms are also comfortable. The breakfast option could have been better, very limited options available. All else was great!

The stay was great!

I recently stayed here and I was blown away by the service. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a smile, they made me feel right at home. I had a quick early check-in and was able to request great window view of the city. I also loved the amenities on the property that includes a gym, indoor pool, a bar, breakfast and indoor/outdoor lodging areas. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!.

The property was in a nice areas. Very close to Galleria mall. Luis and Morgan did a great job with setting up our rooms to being on the same floor as it was 4 of us and we had reserved two rooms. We were only like two rooms away which made it easy for us to go from one room to the other.

The property itself was gorgeous and clean. The amount of noise, the smell of weed, and the one working elevator (with contact high to boot) left me underwhelmed.

Besides this, and something that every hotel deals with, a large group of guests having what seemed to be a giant party in the hotel rooms. The property did respond to it but it took quite some time and continued into the early morning of the hours. Overall, I would recommend poverty. It has plenty of things that you can walk to and the staff was friendly and efficient.. My puppy and I were definitely comfortable. 👍

First, I booked a single, king size bed but was given a double queen room. This isn’t the end of the world but if I booked and paid for something, the expectation is that’s what I will receive. Next, there was only one working elevator that randomly went out of service while we were waiting for it. The most upsetting part of our stay was the fact that they were doing construction on our floor. Around 08:30 in the morning on a Friday morning, the banging started, no prior warning whatsoever. In my opinion, that part of the hotel should’ve been closed off if construction was going to take place or not place someone in the room diagonal room. However, I will say that the staff was very friendly and spoke every time we talked through the lobby area so that’s a plus.

Hotel under renovations. Staff was ok gave me a room at first that was not ready when we entered. Had to get another room got stuck in elevator. Front desk stated they were not going to charge me for early check in but I was never informed I was going to be charged as I did not ask to check in early she just told me she can get me a room now. She than said she would credit me one night of parking which they never did.

We usually always stay here but this time the TV did not work- we called the front desk and stated that they were sending a technician. Never sent the technician and our room was extremely hot! It would not cool down.

The hotel was being renovated which I was not aware of in advance and it was noisy. They also couldn’t connect my Marriott acct so I didn’t get my points. But the staff was nice and the location was great.

The hotel is under renovation. The gym was closed. The elevators were dirty from the work being done. The food was mostly packaged including a breakfast biscuit that was put in a microwave. The staff was excellent

Hotel is under construction and although it is pretty clean you can still smell paint lingering and they are making noises in the morning. Not a good fit for those trying to relax!

The hotel smelt bad, the hallways smelt wired the tv looked like it was hit so you could barely see on it. The bed was comfortable that’s about it.

The staff, especially the manager was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my cousin and I had a terrific birthday weekend trip. We were shown top tier service. The room was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and even told us placing to visit. Very great hotel.

This hotel was super cozy with great amenities and an amazing, helpful staff. We had absolutely no issues checking in or out and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Was great location however not the best Aloft I’ve stayed. Lobby is typical and nice but the rooms could use a bit of updating to complete the full Aloft experience and expectation. We had to switch rooms after a leak from room above. Staff was pleasant and polite and accommodating. Other than that it was good. I would consider staying again primarily because I like Alofts and the staff here were all great my entire stay.

No big complaints. BUT the hotel needs updating. Signs were outdated with faded/missing lettering. The room was clean, but the tub had chipped paint on the floor. I would recommend tiling the shower to prevent paint chipping and wall paper from rusting - it looks gross. Room was clean, so I know it's being cleaned, it's just not aesthetically pleasing.

The hotel and staff were nice. The room has seen better days. It was clean but there were corners of the shower door that appeared rusted. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. It just needs a little attention to detail on what could be maintained better.

When I arrived the check in person gave me a key to the wrong room. My bathroom was dirty, I had my iron exchanged 3 times and still didn’t work, my tv did not work and the phone that was in my room was just for decoration ( did not work)

The shower needs better update water goes all on the floor plus no microwave in the room but a safe. Also parking garage on 5th on up we couldn't use and was in the 6th floor
