No coffee pot in room nor in lobby. No continental breakfast either. 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 2. Sorry sorry will not recommend and since I paid for a room with coffee pot and breakfast and that was not received I KNOW I NEED A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE

Lobby was closed/locked at checkout and we had to wait outside until our ride came to pick us up. I wish we had been allowed to wait inside the lobby for our ride instead of having to wait outside.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Biggest issue was I was given the wrong room to go to and there was already someone else, a stranger, occupying the room! This is a big potential safety issue for both myself and the other person. I'm sure I scared the individual already in the room and I was startled seeing someone in there too. The staff did apologize for the mix up and gave me another room. However that room had a broken bathroom sliding door that wouldn't shut easily and I had a very difficult time opening back up. The room was labeled as being handicapped accessible but there is no way someone in a wheelchair could manage to open and close that door. Another safety issue is that the secondary safety latch bar on the entrance door had nowhere to connect to. The long U shaped piece attached to the door frame was there but it was missing the other part that should be attached to the door. This is not as big of an issue but the mattress was hard and not very comfortable. Another minor issue is there are no outlets by the middle table between beds. They are only on the other sides of the beds but then there are no tables to rest devices on so they had to be put on the floor or on the desk across the room. Be sure to read the room policies all the way as I was asked to give a room deposit in cash. They gave it back to me on checkout but I had to specifically ask for it.

Our room was clean and well put together. We had a mini fridge and a microwave that was very useful! There is a pretty view of a lake on the backside of the building

The hotel was very clean—it seemed like it had been renovated. It was our first time staying there; the location was convenient for where I needed to go, and I would choose it again. There is no breakfast, so keep that in mind, but the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and everything smelled brand new—I loved it all. I stayed on the ground floor

The location was close to the school I attend I am an online student and warms there for graduation The room was much cleaner than most hotels 6/10 for cleanliness The staff discriminated against my husband and I bc of our religion The 1st 3 days we put the do not disturb sign on the door. The 3rd day I went down to ask for tp the owner said he couldn’t restock bc I had the sign up I said no worries I’ll take the sign down tomorrow bc we will be out all day. They didn’t restock the room next day we took the sign off they didn’t restock I had to go ask for supplies again Every time we entered the building it smelled strongly of drugs There was no ac in the hall or stairwell super hot and uncomfortable while walking through The people on our floor partied throughout the night and unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof There were stains on the top cover that looked like bodily fluids this lead me to believe the linens weren’t laundered between guests The mirror in the bathroom was cracked When I checked in the owner didn’t notify me of any amenities on property like an ice machine or coffee or anything the environment was very unwelcoming

The lady at desk refused my check in after she asked me the same question several times all with the same answer. Bc I became a a little irritated with being asked the same thing over and over she refused to check me in even after I was already fully paid. I had to contact booking for a refund and contact police. She refused to answer the phone for me, my wife and the police until they started banging on the window.

There was a donut shop nearby. One of the staff members was pretty invasive. He slammed doors early , waking me up. I don't know how often they're supposed to clean but it was every other day. He was rude.

Ok so I booked a room at this hotel I check in gave my $30.00 deposit. I left for work around 8p.m I didn't check in till after 3p.m bed was not use or the shower. When I get off work at 5:30am I realized that I left my key in the room. I went to the front desk I can tell when she pick up the phone I woke her up. I explained that I left my key she was trying to fi d every reason not to get up. Now when she saw me she was very aggressive starter demanded $5.00 for the key then changed it to $10. Yelling at me that I did it on purpose then told me she wasn't going to give me my key an said call the cops. Let's no forget that this is the same hotel that I caught one of the workers/owner that lives on property groping my friend. I caught him red handed rubbing himself on her i can't get into details because a case is pending. So anyone who stayed her you k ow what im talking about come forward. I will never go back to this place a. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone

It was cleaner than most hotels for less than $75 per night actually as clean as most four star hotels. The cleaner was considerate and came in and cleaned the room swept the floor and made the bed in less than 3 minutes and was very professional and polite. I wish I could book the entire cost online but had to pay the pet fee separately and it was a little inconvenient because I had no cash with me but they were nice and worked with me to get it paid and resolved and were nice about it.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. These people who run this hotel are very kind and professional. I liked how clean the room was and also liked that unlike other hotels I've stayed in the maid does not knock or bother you at all when the do not disturb sign is up.

The guy at te desk is very rude. I dont recommend this place to amyone. Wordte customer service. 10 minutes before checkout he knocked on the room door to let is know we had 10 minutes to check out , which was at 11am. Then at 11 he came in the room and tossed anything we had in the trash.

The hotel itself was pretty clean the property manager's owners were very strict us being in town visiting family members and having one come by the first time just to visit was a huge issue which should not have been who they came in and just seen us for a few minutes say hi but that thing good to see you and they made the biggest hoop we had to pay extra $3 just for them coming to visit by and see a little bit not the family place to go

Started with there be pictures of a pool online when I booked and it had been filled with concrete. Then when I got into the room I found cigarette burns in the comforter and stains on the sheets. Then I found a couple bugs in the room. When I went to check out I had to use the phone outside the lobby to call them because the lobby door was locked, a gentleman on the other end said to just leave it at the window and I tried asking for a receipt but he hung up on me. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever looked at. While checking in the guy wanted $20 in cash as their standard deposit. When I told him he could run my card he caught an attitude and told me not to come back he was not even going to rent to us. We got in at 11:45 and had to search for a new hotel to stay at. I will never rent from this hotel again. Why you were asking for $20 in cash is beyond me. And made a big fuss about not having cash.

My stay was for 3 nights, 4 days and there was only one small garbage can in the room, which is not enough for 2 adults who throw away fast food garbage daily. There wasn’t even a big garbage can outside or in the main lobby so that we can throw away our garbage when our small Can was full. I had to throw away our garbage in a dumpster that’s at the back of the building and even that was too full to fit my garbage, causing me to think these people probably don’t pay their garbage bill. Then when we asked for any service such as extra towels, etc., the staff was rude.

Pros: -staff wasn't rude -the outside & lobby were very clean -the bathroom in our room was very clean -the AC worked well -no bugs in sight -parking lot was well lit at night -mini fridge worked well and was very clean Cons: -we had to use the door at the back of the building to get to our room. The card reader was...broken/destroyed. so it's just open for anyone to come in. Dont love that. -the bed sheets had what looked to be cigarette ash and some weed remnants. Yes, it was a smoking room but the bedding wasn't clean. -lamp shades were broken and stuff was just in rough shape Overall my experience was fine. For the price it wasnt awful. I've definitely been in much worse.

This hotel was a total sham. NOT as advertised or pictured. No coffee/tea in 'common room' No Common room, it appears to have turned into managers living quarters. No coffee pot in room. No breakfast, not to mention the smell of curry permeated the entire first floor! No Luggage dolly said clerk even though I saw someone using one twice.....Room had beer caps and lighters in pull out sofa, dirty shoes in closet..Not clean bathroom.and the last night the 4 of us were there we had to go purchase our OWN toilet paper. Could never get someone to come to 'office' I took pictures of everything. Hotel is old and run down bad. A/C never did work correctly. Drug dealers out the side door. This place needs to be shut down. outside doors to both floors were propped open instead of needing to use a key-serious safety issue for me...

Check in was not very friendly. We tried to pay with a another credit card, but, only the person who made the reservation was allowed to use their card. We requested a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the hallway and in the room. We did stay for two nights and no one cleaned our room or resupplied our shampoo or soap. The lobby is closed, so check in is at a window. No one was available for our check out.

Stayed in room 109 for one night. Wifi was horrific.

The people at this property are a bunch of liars. They tried to scam me out of $250 by saying I brought a dog in the room then changing it to a cat when there was neither. They wanted me to immediately go to the front desk and pay this $250 or they were going to call the cops. I can't believe they're even allowed to sell on this website nothing they say they have do they have they have no restaurant they never have had a restaurant there. It says it comes with breakfast for two on the booking there's no breakfast there's no coffee there's no tea. Me and my guest had red bumps all of us when we woke up. And compensation for this they offered us a $15 coupon.

The hotel looked ok in the pictures, but when i pulled up i could tell that i should have paid more attention to the reviews. The consistent guest list probably has a percentage of the blame.

The staff was terrible and rude. They gave my room and reservation away to somebody else. I had a flight delay and called to tell them I would be checking in later than expected. The person on the phone said they didn't have a reservation for me and to call Expedia because its their problem and then hung up on me. He had an attitude when I arrived but because they didn't check identification properly they checked someone else into my room. The room was filthy. No fitness center as advertised. Pool was closed. Avoid at all costs. Expedia should be held accountable for this too. They should really do more research into horrible locations and businesses such as this. Just an awful around around experience. Avoid at all costs.

Room smelled like Mildew. Air Conditioning leaked water in floor beside bed. We arrived late at night room was clean.

Well when we got there I booked a smoking room and the guy at the front desk said that I didn't I showed him my booking deal it showed that I had booked a smoking room but he kept telling me I didn't so he charged me 30 extra dollars for something that I already had booked for that I give him a sorry review he should be fired but he probably is the owner of the place but after booking my smoking room he charged me an extra 30 bucks saying that I didn't book a smoking room he said I booked a non-smoking room which I showed him my receipt it said I booked a smoking room so I guess I hope he needed that money more than I did sorry dog for charging me a extra 30 bucks for something I already booked.

Checking in, theguy told me i didnt have the reservation that was on my confirmation. I showed him my receipt and he just said well thats not what he had. When he assigned me a room on the secondfloor, he said they did not have a. Elevator. I am disabled and using a cane to walk. So o asked for help getting my bag upstairs and he refused.then he told me i would have to go park at the other end of the building and go in at that door and get to my room on my own. When i finally got to my room, suposedly a suite, the couch was all sliced up like someone took a knife and just started slashind. The room was the nasiest i have ever seen. NEVER STAY HERE

The staff demanded $20 extra for checking in less than an hour before what he said was actual check in time. The notice I received from Expedia stated the hotel offered 2 hour early check in. That was a total misrepresentation. The second biggest misrepresentation was that it clearly stated it was pet friendly. The same person who checked me in stated no pets. Other than that it was dirty, beds uncomfortable and overall depressing.

It was highly unsanitized. One of the couches in my room was missing an arm. It has an extremely bad odor once you enter the room. SMOKING ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING AS WELL AS NON-SMOKING. The manager is unacceptably rude and obnoxious. The refused me the right to checkout early due to these poor living conditions! This was the worst place I've ever visit in my life.
