Room was stinky

The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. The only thing is the TV was smaller than I expected but all in all it was good place to stay for one night.

Close to our plans for the day Room was super cold and hard to control. No ice machine on 1st floor and 2nd floor ice was empty. I had to go up to 4th just to get ice for a drink.

Los ascensores estaban lejos de recepción. El desayuno muy rico.

We only stayed here one night because we were leaving out early the next morning from DFW airport. We parked our vehicle here and I think it was $6 or $7 per day + tax, and they have a shuttle that will take you to DFW airport and pick you up when you return from your trip and bring you back to your car at no extra charge, only the parking fee.

The rooms are very old and nothing like the pics. If you use the dishwasher, you can't use the toilet or shower because there's not enough water. The internet and wifi are absolutely terrible. We couldn't watch TV or log into Netflix because it would glitch or load for a long time. The sheets smelled. Sometimes we would want to purchase snacks but there was never anyone at the front desk. Sometimes staff would be sitting on the couches watching TV. The parking lot had a lot of trash. Everything was so unorganized and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I enjoyed our stay in Grapevine. Our room was a little dated but over all it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Great hotel, clean gym, needs more weight in dumbbells, only had up to 50lbs
- 5/5
The only thing I would complain about is the sofa, it has a bed in it and it is wore out it’s had to sit on it with out sinking into the sofa. The breakfast was great better then any place I have stayed, room was very very clean and the staff was excellent.

Pool is so little

Exceptional

The location had a pool, a clean room, a small bar that served food during the day, and a small convenience area to buy various items.

Without a doubt the best breakfast spread I have ever seen.

This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. The team was able to clear up some double reservation issues and I really appreciate the help Juana provided. The room was very good and I was able to get a later checkout so I could get some important work completed. The wing was under renovations but was only a minor inconvenience.

Staff was amazing
- 5/5
Everything was good but there was some construction going on throughout my stay.
- 3/5
The room and breakfast was fine. The shuttle and front desk were NOT on the same page with times, schedule or no schedule, etc. that was very frustrating when I was expecting not to have to pay for a Lyft at all after being told we could anywhere within 5 miles as long as I called ahead to get an ETA. Everyone was saying something different!!!
- 1.5/5
Hotel was nice and kept up Security was terrible. Camera’s not working or at least the employee said they didn’t have access. My truck was stolen out of the parking lot 35 minutes after we arrived. Employees didn’t even act like they wanted to help like they didn’t even care.

Rooms need refurbishing, furnishings are getting old and not up to standard. If we had time I would have found a different hotel to be honest

The lobby was very welcoming and the front desk was informative about things to do in the area. Our room was spacious for a studio and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The housekeeping team was very on point in taking care of cleaning the rooms. The breakfast was pretty good, they had a varied selection of food items, even some fresh cut fruit (although it wasn’t that ripe) and the staff kept on replenishing everything as needed. They had a good selection of regular milk bottles, but I noticed that some were a month past the best by date. We only really struggled with finding parking. Other guests that we met on the elevator also mentioned having difficulty with finding parking. It might also be due to the holiday season. Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay, and wouldn’t mind staying there again another time.

Staff was friendly and helpful This hotel is under renovation. The rooms are dated but were clean. There are 3 hotels that share a large parking area and it was hard to find a parking place. there are areas that are not well lit along the back parking lot. We had to go into this hotel through the Courtyard Hotel and use their elevators to get to the upper floors. Breakfast and the exercise room were also in the Courtyard Hotel.

Hallway to room 270 smelled like mildew. The water in the shower took a few minutes to get hot. Otherwise good location.

We arrived to the hotel at 11:15pm due to travel challenges with flights. We checked in and went to the room to find that the cleaning staff never turned the room from the previous guest. Beds had been slept in, towels were on the floor of the bathroom, trash in the baskets. Gross! House keeping turned the room after complaining and we were finally able to go to sleep around 12:30. Mattress was miserable, shower curtain clung to you the entire shower, room looks nothing like the advertised pictures. We checked out a day later and ended the trip a day short so we didn't have to stay in that room an additional night.
- 3/5
Carpet smelled musty.
- 5/5
The room was spotless. The staff were very kind. I am booking another stay there shortly. The only thing I would’ve changed about the room is the TV was on a stand to the left of the bed and should’ve been a larger TV on the wall in front of the bed

Check in was a breeze, very friendly staff however, bring your on pillow! Pillows in this hotel are TERRIBLE! It’s like sleeping on bricks. I believe just sleeping without one would have been better! Again, great place friendly staff but whew!

The drinks in the lobby are price gouging but everyone is nice and if ur tall like me 6"6 toilets are super low
- 5/5
Great place for a quick work trip to the area. Staff is maybe the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met!
- 4/5
The breakfast was very good. Our suite was spacious enough for what we needed. Staff was polite and helpful. Our only minor complaint was that the air conditioning had some trouble keeping up. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Service was amazing specially the hosts did breakfast they were the best ! I also loved how they gave me clean towels everyday and had a nice pool. This place was super close to everything.
- 4/5
We had a good stay.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean but the bed was not comfortable, the body wash was empty, and the room was next to the elevator so it was extremely loud all night.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Best breakfast selection I have seen for a long time. Rooms were nice & clean, beds very comfortable, only thing missing were luggage stands but we made do just fine. Kitchen staff were very nice & being connected to another hotel, there was plenty of space. HIGHLY recommend eating at Old Western Cafe!! Excellent stay & will definitely return.

My week stay at TownePlace Suites Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine in April 2025 was awful. The room’s door wouldn’t close properly (a safety issue), outlets didn’t work (causing missed work meetings), the sofa and rug were torn, the bathtub dripped constantly, and the garbage disposal was broken. Only the door was fixed after complaints; all else was ignored. I emailed management requesting compensation, but they never responded with a solution. This Marriott property’s poor condition, safety concerns, and lack of accountability were unacceptable. Avoid this hotel.

Clean, quiet

The breakfast bar was a little too small. Took a long time for people to get their food. Parking was hectic could not find parking easily.
- 2/5
Cons: Hard Beds made for very uncomfortable sleep Limited parking (Lot was full by 6pm) Starbucks onsite is terrible with staff that doesnt follow order Key card inconvenience ( had to get room key reprogrammed 3x in one day) Bathroom tub was dirty Had high hopes but was a huge let down. Wont be staying here again
- 5/5
The property is amazing. The only downside is the parking. They don’t have enough space, so you have to park way away from the property. Other than that everything was 10/10.
- 5/5
The property was wonderful. I loved everything about it. I loved the fact that the gym is 24 hours, where most close at 9 p.m. Book the stay you won’t regret it.

- 5/5
First time staying there and I loved the location and the breakfast was awesome.
- 5/5
The staff were so nice. Wonderful room.
- 5/5
The room was clean and we had plenty of room. The kitchenette made the stay even better. The complimentary breakfast was well planned and served warm. We’ll plan another trip back soon, Grapevine and the area have tons of entertainment and activities to create wonderful memories.
- 4/5
Pretty nice but dated
- 4/5
Everything else is OK. But there is no water or coffee in the lobby.
- 5/5
Great fitness room. Comfortable and friendly.
- 5/5
Room was accommodating. Furnishings were average. Friendly staff . Parking was so full guests were parking in grassy area.
- 5/5
King room was very large with spacious work space and fully stocked kitchen!
- 5/5
Easy check in and friendly staff. Booked last min when snow storm hit.
- 4/5
Overall, the stay was nice. Hotel staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the complete cleanliness of our room. For the most part, it was clean. However, the couch is awful and stained, it needs replaced. Didn't even want to sit on it because of the gross stains. The carpet had some black-brown colored fresh looking material/stain on it that put me off. Surely there is some sort of carpet cleaner that can be used? The same brown-black colored material was also on the light switch cover. Which was also super gross. I feel like those are the little things that people notice, and that should be cleaned off 100%. Breakfast was good, can't complain for breakfast that is included. It can be a little loud, as it is close to the airport. But I thought it was cool to be able to see the planes in their decent over the hotel. We would stay here again, but I will ask for a cleaner room if this situation occurs, next time. Tried to add the photos I took but the hotels.com app will not allow me to. Very frustrating!
- 5/5
Great beds, clean rooms
- 3/5
Parking was terrible and very scary for a single woman to arrive at night with no security!
- 5/5
Check out was smooth. Elevator’s worked good. On Sunday however they ran out of waffle mix for the breakfast.
- 4/5
No complaints, everything was great.
- 5/5
Little older hotel but nice
- 5/5
My daughter, being a flight attendant, enjoyed the firmness of the front desk, courtesy of the working employees and the hospitality that was shown
- 5/5
Good job!
- 5/5
This is a nice and clean plate to stay and the staff is super friendly
- 5/5
I had to park around back at night. I did not like the fact there wasn't enough parking in the front.
- 3/5
Just 1 kitchen employee at breakfast for a lot of people. Not enough parking space., we have to park far away at another hotel parking lot.
- 3/5
This is your average hotel, most things were fine. The beds were comfortable. They appeared to be unprepared for the breakfast crowds with food, drinks, and utensils in short supply at times. Watch out for hidden fees - we found out after the fact that the water bottles in our room were not complimentary, despite there being no indication of a price/cost.
- 5/5
Overall was very satisfying , but yall need charging ports for phones , minor inconvenience!! Will definitely stay there again !!!
- 3/5
small breakfast area. Tv's at room very small. spider in the room. food smell at the hallways. next day same smell, trash in the trash can.
- 5/5
Elevators took to long to arrive to the 4th floor
- 4/5
Great place to stay if you want to visit the Gaylord Texan or all the Christmas festivities in Grapevine
- 4/5
Keep up the good work
- 5/5
Saved a lot of money by staying here and not at the Gaylord where I attended an event. Shuttle from the airport was great. Was able to also use the shuttle to get to the Gaylord. Best part was that the room was clean, bedding was nice, water pressure was fantastic and the air conditioner worked great!
- 5/5
2 bedroom suite was perfect for my family. Clean and spacious, customer service was A+

- 5/5
GREAT STAY. IT FELT LIKE A RETREAT, LIKE WE WERE IN A VILLA. IT WAS QUIET AND COMFORTABLE
- 3/5
Room with 2 queen bed is smaller then the picture it should be bigger
