Room says up to 5 people with one king bed and sofa bed. Sofa is not even close to a bed, no pull out, you just take off the sofa pillows and thats it. How on the hell is that considered a two person bed??? It was hard a rock. Never again

Everything was great! We came in late and the front desk staff were welcoming and quick. The breakfast was great. The food attendant was helpfull, and observant. We really enjoyed it, just wish we could've stayed longer. As my 4 year old said, "Mommy, this place is great, can we live here?!"

Horrible experience. Paid for this ahead of time online through my booking.com app. Front desk claimed it wasn't paid for yet, so wouldn't put us in a room. We had booking.com representative call directly to approve payment for processing, so we were let in a room, only to receive a call immediately after check-in that we need to vacate the room as they couldn't verify payment at the front desk. It quickly became obvious that the front desk person was being petty and vindictive. If my employees acted like this to my customers, I would immediately fire them. Let the customer in the room, and then deal with booking.com as they're clearly not an unknown company. Especially considering the front desk agent had proof of payment for the room. Poorly handled in all ways.

The front desk staff was pleasant and handled everything smoothly. The hotel is currently undergoing construction at the front entrance, which made the exterior less polished, but it seems like these updates will improve the overall experience once completed. Overall, it was a functional and convenient stop with decent service, just not as updated as some other options in the area.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy. Pool is great but no bathroom in the pool area so have to walk down the hall. Hard with kids and not safe for other hotel guests who are walking down the hall with the wet floor

The breakfast was okay. Location is great. The room was HOT, as was our entire floor. I turned the thermostat down to 65° when we arrived, and the lowest it got was 71° which made for a very rough night, especially with the already uncomfortable beds.

The water was very dirty in the whirlpool. The whole pool area needs new water and a point job. In our room there was water stains in the pictures on the walls.

This hotel was excellent! Our flight got cancelled and we needed overnight accommodations! The staff was amazing and the free 24 hr shuttle service to the airport was so helpful! Would stay there again if ever in the Dallas area!

The staff was amazing. I graduated during our stay from out of town and they were hospitable and offered the type of service that you don't really find. My only question/concern was that the rate provided was $120/night through the third party and when I checked out, the 2nd and 3rd night were a different, much higher rate. I asked the staff and she said that after that first night, she isn't in control of what they are going to charge. Someone might want to look at that.

Staff is great!!!! They have a shuttle to the Gaylord and airport which I found very useful. They are in the process of renovating...My room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The king suite was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. The spinach quiche was good. My only issue was there was one TV that sat in between the bedroom and living room. You basically had to swivel it towards the room you are in. In turn, if you were watching it in the living room, all the light would shine into the bedroom. That might sound like it is not a problem, but it was to my wife and I. With that in mind, with the great rates and the quality of the facility, i would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had inquired prior to arrival re shuttle, received no reply. Day of arrival, had to phone hotel for shuttle. Being from Canada is long distance charge. Hotel wants to know which courtesy location I am at, at terminal B. Ask where would I see this, condescending reply, mam signs are all around you. Found one inch sign on pillar. Not impressed.

We arrived a couple of hours ahead of checkin and they allowed us to check in early. The room along with the rest of the property was very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was on par. The location was great being right by the mall it was close to attractions and shopping. All in all a great stay. We will be back.

The br akfast was “meh” very limited choices. If you didn’t want the egg sandwich or the egg white option thing. You had oatmeal, cereal or bagels. That was it! I have had better breakfasts at cheaper places. That being said the room was clean and comfy. It was a nice stay other than the slightly disappointing breakfast! I would stay there again but I would bring my own breakfast next time…

There were no instructions for TV, the TV wasn't on a wall in front of the beds making it difficult to view, soap/shower gel/conditioner bottles in the shower were all filled with the same gel, carpet and couch were old and dirty, towels and bedding felt like sandpaper. I would not stay here again.

Yes, this hotel is great. Every staff member treated us so well and made my celebration of my 17 year old daughter and wonderful memory. We'll be back in February 2026.

It had its downsides but I'd stay again. The less than perfect water pressure in the shower was mildly annoying but I’ve had far worse shower situations while traveling so it only meant a slightly longer rinse time. Not a big deal. The cons were so minor, I'd stay again.

You can not leave your car at this property and take the Free Airport Shuttle to the airport. Or they will tow you. The listing needs to spell this out, because it is very deceiving. It states free hotel parking and free hotel airport shuttle.
