didnt inform me of the parking permit and charged me a fee. i know it might be common sense for those who frequent hotels, but it wouldve been nice if they had mentioned it had to remain visible in the windshield

We did not get what we thought we had reserved. Very warm in the room to start with. Front desk wasn't very pleasant at check-in.

Had to walk down ourselves to pick up bedding & pillows for the sofa bed; as it hadn't been made. Water flow valve in toilet was broken & toilet clogged; had to walk down ourselves (at night) to get a plunger to take care of problem ourselves. Maid did not come into room at all, dirty towels remained on floor. Trash cans were not emptied; 3 tiny trash cans in room (which were so small if you put 3 water bottles in there, they were full); not enough room for trash. Fresh towels were not provided until I called front desk asking for them. We basically did the jobs a maid & handyman should have taken care of. I certainly would not stay there again & certainly not for $115 a night!!!

Cons: had to kill a couple bugs, might not be of concern If-y: Bed comfort depends on person. Wife ended having back problmes

The rooms were clean and fairly spacious in comparison to typical hotel rooms. The room had a sitting/dining area separate from the bed. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher and basic cooking utensils and dishware. The environment was clean and quiet. Giving its proximity to the airport, as well as, shopping, dining and activities, there isn't much else to be desired. Across from the lobby is the Library Bar and Grill, you never have to leave the hotel for drinks and a meal.

Nice spacious room and the kitchen was a nice surprise. I don't think you could control the ac and I like it a bit cooler when I sleep.

The hotel was great. The breakfast was great and the ladies at the front desk were great. The only issues we had is we checked in kind of late on Friday evening and the toilet handle was bent and messing up the flap inside the lid so we had to fix that every time we flushed. I asked to have it fixed on Saturday morning while we were gone and evidently nobody works maintenance on weekends because it never got fixed. Other than that the room was great and bed was comfortable as well.

Hotel is in a great location, near the Grapevine Mills Mall and not too far from the DFW airport but not close enough that you would hear air traffic constantly. Room was clean and spacious. Exceptional and friendly staff. Our first room had a non-functioning AC, a terrible problem to have in mid-July Texas heat. I informed the person working at the front desk, and he took care of the issue immediately, moving us to another room. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Coffee was a little underwhelming. Some common areas needed a good sweeping, but weren’t awful.

Room was clean. Good breakfast choices. Friendly staff.

Size of room good for a long stay. AC unit loud and constant in the room, fridge also constantly made noise and had to unplug. Gym did not have A/C. Housekeeping did not take the garbage out until I put it in the sink and they sometimes made the bed. Best part of the included breakfast was the toast.

The room was clean, staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was great but no shuttle. Not from the airport or to the airport. The shuttle was a major factor in picking the hotel. To find out it was not available was very disappointing.

Stay was comfortable. The bed was great. Kitchen just didn’t have any liquid soap. Only dishwasher soap. I don’t have any complaints. I will be back with more family vacations.

Booked this hotel because of the on site restaurant and it didn't open.....on a Saturday night. Had I known that I would've picked a different hotel, was not worth paying more than other hotels in the area. Staff was wonderful. Hotel is old and not very clean. TV didn't work in my room, had to switch rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful but there's other hotels in the area I will stay at instead next time.

Close to airport Room was unready for stay. Bed was uncomfortable. Wallpaper coming off wall. Shower curtain hanging by a thread on the wall. No staff around at all houra.

The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days.

Room was basic, they had some water heater issues so we never got hot water in our room during our two night stay. Could have done a better job cleaning up the debris from the workers.

Blood was on walls and floor of elevator.Set 6am to get to airport because had 7:30 flight didn’t leave hotel till 6:30. Guy had me scared beating up lady and tearing things off wall. TV wasn’t working for me or uncle room … Just terrible stay..

We opted for the higher price due to the fact the hotel states a "free managers reception" and they do not have that. The spa at the pool was also not operating (and hadn't been) so that was another disappointment. Hotel is clean and quiet, restaurant inside was excellent, pool area is nice BUT again, non-working spa. Lots of walkable places to eat or shop at, convient and close to freeway. Airport shuttle was frequently coming and going too.

We had a suite, gave us more room and had everything needed for some light cooking and eating in. Breakfast was plentiful. Reception staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. It was good to have area shuttle as hotel is surrounded by major roads and we didn’t have a car.

Such a lovely stay, couldn’t have picked a better option for our stay in Grapevine. Will for sure be our top choice for future trips. Brandon at the front desk was fantastic and so welcoming.

We were greeted upon arrival by Yolanda. At the request of our daughter in law Yolanda was able to move our rooms on the same floor as our relatives staying there also. The shuttle service was a great asset. The breakfast Sunday morning was so good, clean area, plenty of choices, well stocked and the person serving that area made sure everyone had what they needed.

Great amenities! Wonderful staff, especially Yolanda at the front desk she is amazing and welcoming! Our little family christmas getaway was excellent because this hotel is in a very convinient location. All the fun activies like ICE, Historic Downtown, Legoland etc, and they have a shuttle that can take you these places as long as they are in a 5 mile radius. We will definitely be staying again.

The room was clean, comfortable and close access to DFW airport. Limo service to DFW was a plus and the restaurant in the hotel served excellent meals.

I asked for a crib on my special request and still, when I got into the room there was nothing when I called they were rude about it. Another the sofa bed had no sheets. Nobody came to my room to clean it.

The hotel was nice, but the front desk staff didn't have a clue about the hotel. Is there a hot tub? "I don't know, i don't go back there." Of the 2 rooms we booked, which is bigger? Quieter? Nicer? "I don't know. I haven't seen them." What do they serve at breakfast? "I don't really know. Breakfast stuff." Maybe during the next front desk staff training they should have a tour of the hotel?

Excellent service from the desk clerks, shuttle drivers and breakfast lady. Everyone was very personable, and willing to help us. We have never had anyone so willing to make sure our breakfast was exactly what we wanted. She constantly ask if we needed anything and i noticed she was talking to everyone that came to eat. These are the kind of people that we need to see in all works of life. You could tell they enjoyed their job, which is what is missing in the world today. Thanks for excellent service!

It’s close to DFW and the highway, located very near Meow Wolf and other fun attractions in Grapevine. Our only issue was the AC unit in our room was rather loud and vibrated a lot.

We stayed in a king room with a seperate bedroom with door and it worked perfect for a toddler who won’t sleep if she can see us.

Room not ready till 4. Loud air conditioner. Dirty, smelly room. Several broken items in room. Not up to previous stays at other Residence Inns. Older property needs refreshing. Front desk employee was excellent.

My son and I were there for his select basketball team’s tournament and we needed a place to crash for the night and this place was PERFECT!

Staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was also good each morning. The overall room felt old and dingy. It was clean but just needs updating. The room took along time to cool down. It was pretty uncomfortable. The hallway outside our room was very humid. Not sure the AC was working at all in the hall. You could feel the heat/humidity as soon as you stepped out of your room to get to elevator. It was a convenient location to places and restaurants

The front desk people were very nice! They got a fan for us and were always friendly polite and professional.

It was a nice hotel but there was no hot water. They should have called in a plumber that night but they didn’t . We checked out the next Morning with still no hot water or shower. It was miserable not being able to take a shower. Would not stay here again. I feel they should have done whatever it takes to get hot water for the guests.

Very nice room and facility, clean, quiet, breakfast was good and a quality property. The ONLY issue was no hot water Sunday morning for a shower. Not a big deal for me, I needed to wake up anyways.

Everything was great here, my only personal complaint is that the bed was extremely firm to the point that it was rock hard. I don’t like firm beds and this one was so hard that I was in pain and couldn’t sleep and it almost threw my back out the next day from trying to lay there. I’ve never had such a firm bed ever at any hotel so just be warned in case you’re like me and don’t like them! And of course that’s just my personal opinion, there was nothing actually wrong with the bed or hotel otherwise, but the bed alone would keep me from going back.

Everything about the hotel was great! Rooms were clean, updated, spacious and the hotel staff was so nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say about the stay. My family really enjoyed it.

We always book a room at this hotel. It is in a great location and easy to find. The room is always comfortable, clean, quiet, and a yummy breakfast! Excellent shuttle service to the airport and back when you return.
