The hotel itself is in dire need of repairs and renovation. Very noisy floors, banging doors and very loud ac units. Ceiling on top floor showed terrible roof water damage. Smelled musty.

Overall our visit was great. I will be returning.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms where actually clean. Most jotels we stay at have haor and dust normally this one dis not. The beds where tiny just a little bigger than a normal twin size bed, they where so hard sleeping on the floor would of probably been better.
- 2/5
The room phone and air didn’t work the first night of my stay. It was HOT! Maintenance was sent the next morning, and when it was “fixed” the maintenance man said “it should be a little better.” Bathrooms are TINY! Basic room service such as new wash cloths and dry towels, bed making is only upon request at check in. There was an older lady who worked the front desk and was very kind, other staff were definitely too sassy and sarcastic to be in customer service. Breakfast area is very small and can get overly crowded. A lot of things were Buffett style, like a big bowl of yogurt and big bowl of boiled eggs. Not a great variety of fruit.
- 2/5
Ac units are out dated and rooms are old with ceiling water stains and old carpet in rooms
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was good and it’s close to the mall We had two rooms. The third-floor room was updated, clean, and all the amenities worked. However, the room we were in was outdated and not what was shown in the pictures. The sink was clogged, the tub needed a mat from the chipping pieces, and it didn’t even have a microwave.
- 3/5
The options were decent Breakfast was good but the warmth overall could use some help.
- 5/5
The breakfast was not very filling. No waffles or pancakes available. No bacon either.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and I was able to check in well before the 3pm check in time. Breakfast was good. I would have liked some bottled water in my room but was surprised there was none. The airport shuttle was also very handy. The mall is literally across the street from the hotel.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great location. We had issues with the staff. We were there on an emergency trip for family in the hospital and had to extend our stay. The evening staff was kind and helpful but something went wrong with the reservation. We were charged immediately when we spoke with the evening staff and the next day they were resting to make us leave. It’s hard when you rely on people to do their job.

My wife stayed here in May and use the parking for her car when she came back they told her to take an Uber and they would reimburse her because the shuttle was down. We never was reimbursed. I will not stay here again.

The bed are to close to the ac and water coming out restroom no enough pressure

This hotel was in an amazing walkable location for what we came to do. Because of that, we were satisfied. The price was high, so we expected a maybe newer or renovated room. It was very outdated and "broken in", but clean and large. We apparently booked while FIFA stuff was going on and the hotel was packed even though it was nowhere near the events. We didn't expect there to be so many people. There was no food left during breakfast time.

I absolutely loved the location. Super close to everything. The pool was a little dirty. Had moss or algae on the sides and the entry steps were slick. Other kids were commenting on it being dirty as well. The bathroom was pretty small.

Except for the mushy smell in the room everything else was great.
- 5/5
Loved the stay….. we will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Very close to Grapevine! Road needs some serious work.
- 5/5
The pool area was kept clean.. pool was perfect temperature. Called maintenance to fix faucet and they came right over. Breakfast was delivered
- 5/5
Staff and cleanliness was great.
- 4/5
Breakfast was disappointing. Out of coffee, fruit. Employees were trying hard to fix the problem.

Prepaid for the room on Hotels, com. Was asked for credit card for a deposit the following morning I notice my card had been charged for 2 nights. The following morning upon check out I showed them where I had been charged. Clerk said he had no idea why and issued me a credit. The credit never posted on my card. I have the receipt but still nothing. This hotel is not worth what I was charged. Stay elsewhere, other nicer hotels in the area.
- 4/5
Staff were great and the rooms were well kept but had no in room safe for valuables.
- 5/5
This was a nice and clean hotel. The staff was pleasant. The room was large and the breakfast was sufficient. I would stay there again.
- 2/5
The rooms are very small and beds are terrible too
- 3/5
I was not able to check in at 3pm. That's was bummer.
- 5/5
The check in was easy. Francine and Perry from the 3 -11 shift was awesome
- 5/5
Francine and Perry that work the 3 to 11 shift was awesome. Check in was very easy and atmosphere was great. Took the shuttle to the Gaylord and it was there when we needed it. The bar had what we wanted and enjoyed talking to other travelers. The breakfast had enough a good selection. Would definitely stay there again whether it’s just for a quick getaway or for business.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 4/5
Muy sercas al mall.. 👍
- 3/5
But the worst part was the self service. Do not use any of the items. My kid was super hungry and I grabbed a cup of noodles. The price wasn’t listed anywhere but I figured it couldn’t be more than 2-3 dollars. IT WAS 8 DOLLARS. I understand this is my bad, I am just warning others so they learn from my stupidity. Other than the cup of noodles travesty, the hotel was reasonably clean. The room was reasonably comfortable. The room was cleaned daily but we weren’t given clean cups or mugs. Overall, an average hotel.
- 5/5
Check-in was easy and the employees at the front desk were very friendly.

ROOM VERY CLEAN AND STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the convenient and free breakfast. This location was walking distance to restaurants and a full Mall. We also had easy access to freeways for our daily sightseeing.
- 1/5
Very disappointed for being a Hyatt! I expect way better service and room cleanliness. Had to change room 3 times due to refrigerator not working, broken door handles, rotten wood in the rooms and peeling of pain. The breakfast area had water dripping near food.
- 5/5
Punctual shuttle
- 5/5
This hotel was great. It was a really good location close to the gaylord property. Also, close to the mall and plenty of food options. I really liked the little lake that's close by, great place to take a walk. The gym was run down a bit and some of the equipment needs to be revamped but overall, it was great.
- 5/5
Second year I came here on family vacation and it was a great time both times. No complaints.
- 5/5
Close to many attractions.
- 3/5
Do NOT stay in room 125. Directly across from both the ice machine and the door to the stairwell and right next to an entrance/exit door. I imagine this is what it’s like to live in a frat house or possibly a war zone because the noise goes on ALL NIGHT LONG.
- 5/5
Everyone helpful. Room was great. Minimal breakfast supply and seating. Coffee was excellent.
- 4/5
The property was very nice and staff were accommodating.
- 3/5
A/C in room was not efficient. Closet was very small. Staff was not very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Good location.
- 3/5
Bathroom was small and a weird setup. The water pressure was horrible. The sitting area was delightful. The breakfast was boring and the same every day. Need to switch it up.
- 4/5
The location is great for the Grapevine area, very close to the Mall and across the street from the DFW Hilton Conference Center. My room was very clean and spacious. However, I found the staff to be indifferent. For example, I'd frequently see them in the hallways and they'd rarely return "hello" or smile. The property itself is aging and could use a remodel. But overall it's a fine stay for Grapevine.
- 3/5
This was my first time staying in Hyatt and it was Ok, but for the price of the stay, I was not satisfied. I was expecting more better.
- 5/5
Para ser un hotel ejecutivo estuvo bien.

Everything was amazing the only bad thing was the elavator
- 4/5
No hay caja fuerte y necesitan mejorar el desayuno
- 5/5
All good.
- 5/5
Was not able to try breakfast dining
- 3/5
The experience was okay, the property was just old and you can tell some major reneovations need to take place. It was tolerable, but the experience did not match the pictures that were presented online.
- 5/5
I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. A hotel chain with a local BNB vibe. The staff went over and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my accommodations. Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the front desk and house keeping staff. Truly a great experience. The only downside was the pool was out of service. But everything else was top tier
- 4/5
Breakfast was quite nice. One of the two lifts was not working during our stay. Best feature being a short walk to the factory outlets across the road.
- 4/5
They appeared to be having some sort of sewage type issue bubbling up next to the walk when we left. I informed the attendant and they said they'd send a message to their manager on Monday without even taking a look. Overall it was fine but it left a lot to be desired
- 5/5
Breakfast we great
- 4/5
The beds and sofa have a lot of bedbugs, and everyone has bites. The front desk didn't inform us that the pool is under maintenance. Kids, so devastating.
- 3/5
They seem to be understaffed. My room was cleaned 3 times and yet, there was still small pieces of paper on the floor next to my bed. I wondered how thoroughly they vacuumed. The concierge on my fist day seemed to be too distracted to assist a pal of mine and another day, a different concierge seemed a bit apathetic. Everybody has a bad day. I don't think it was common behavior there.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the shuttle driver Willie.
- 4/5
Hotel was very nice, and clean. Loved how close it was to attractions. Breakfast was great, wish they had waffles but it was still good.
- 4/5
Its a good hotel. But not as good as I thought.
- 5/5
Everything was great room was big
- 4/5
Overall good for continental breakfast.
- 5/5
The staff was so amazing, extremely accommodating to all of our requests, I suffer from a auto immune disease and the staff was willing to allow a early check in and a late
- 3/5
Hotel lobby smells really bad from the air refresh.
- 5/5
Great Experience!
- 5/5
Clean room! Great access to airport, shopping and food.
- 4/5
Overall a good stay, staff were very helpful, room was overall very clean. The only thing that felt unclean was the ceiling it was covered with dust clumps from the air-conditioner blowing on it. Some of the furniture showed it getting worn out, but they kept everything clean. Breakfast has a great selection early in the morning, but on the later end of breakfast it didn't seem they refreshed their breakfast supply.
- 5/5
The breakfast foods were a nice variety. We were happy to see fresh hot food in addition to the standard cereal and toast many motels have.
- 4/5
It was a little older, but a nice comfortable stay
- 5/5
The shuttle service was amazing’ . The drivers were very accommodating. Madison and Perry from the Front Desk were very helpful. Thanks to all the staff.
- 5/5
Excellent location ver clean and extremely comfortable stay. .
- 3/5
Breakfast was ok, but they do serve a hot meal. I didn’t care for the atmosphere. I didn’t see a lot of families there. It seemed to have been more ppl on business staying there. Also while trying to swim at night, the lights wouldn’t come on, but staff did try to assist, but my kids couldn’t swim like they wanted to. Also, I had bought a meal from Salt Grass in my room for my children and I, when we came back in the room later, the food had been thrown away as housekeeping threw away an expensive meal!! I would NOT recommend this hotel for families or otherwise. It was a no for me!
- 5/5
We’ve been very happy with the flies. Cross the Bay to the convention Clean comfortable great stuff.
- 5/5
Quick stay for conference. Nice room. Clean. Friendly staff
- 3/5
To was a meeting
- 5/5
Front desk was a hit and miss with customer service but otherwise very good stay at the hotel.
- 5/5
Clean. Nice breakfast included. No dinner facilities but a short walk to get it. Shuttle bus was very convenient
- 4/5
The Hotel was just fine for us. The breakfast was slow on replenishing things like eggs. Our room had a hide a bed which was very uncomfortable and the water at first was black running out of the pipes, after running for a bit it cleared up. Other than that it was fine.
- 3/5
The hotel was ok, it served its purpose, it was in a nice area and felt safe. The hotel it self was very outdated and really needs to be updated, the furniture is really old and scratched up, the beds very uncomfortable, the flooring pretty worn and the elevator was a little noisy. This hotel seems to be very well for people who are working and passing thru, but it’s not very family oriented. A big thing for me when paying for a hotel that includes breakfast and the hotel serves the same items for three days straight is extremely upsetting.
- 5/5
Did not use gym/pool.
- 5/5
The room was clean, fresh, had everything we needed, and was quiet. Staff told us the hotel was sold out but we never heard any noise. We had no issues with our room, check in or check out. Staff even offered my kids a free snack since our room wasn't ready yet. We've stayed here a few times over the years and always have a positive experience.
- 3/5
Breakfast was a complete letdown each day. Not enough food for guests and no coffee creamer.
- 5/5
Clean room, great location.
- 3/5
Have stayed here regularly in the past but the quality has diminished. At its current state, way overpriced.
- 2/5
The hotel smelled of humidity, feet, and deoderizer. The toilet got clogged the first night. The sheets had blood stains. Our room service arrived around 4PM the next day. By that time, we had already made it back to the hotel. We were ready to rest. But, unfortunately we had to wait. At check out, the cleaning service came at 10AM. Breakfast was subpar to say the least. There was no waffle maker. There was no microwave in the room. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The only positive experience was customer service by Row. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast! Clean Room
- 5/5
Good staff, nice breakfast, clean room. Good for a business trip.
- 5/5
Will recommend
- 3/5
Aged hotel.
- 5/5
Love staying here. It’s so convenient to everything I do.
- 3/5
The front desk employees were not as kind. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The one elevator was probably my least favorite thing about the stay but overall it was an okay hotel.
- 2/5
Room was great. Elevator not working half the time. Breakfast cold or ran out... moldy bagels served. Jake (front counter) was wonderful and was accommodating. Most breakfast crew did not speak English, so when they were told about problems, they just nodded and said "It's okay."
- 4/5
It checks all the boxes but it’s an aged hotel.
- 3/5
This is a pretty tired hotel snd does not meet the standards of other hotels in the chain
- 5/5
Room was spotless, great service! Everyone was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was awesome.
- 2/5
This hotel is old. Our bathroom door was falling apart. Very outdated. We were not greeted by the clerk. He just came to the computer started typing, eventually asked for our name.
- 1/5
1 night stay and very bad experience! Rooms outdated and worst part was only 1 elevator available of the 2 on site and it stopped working ! We had to bring 6 suitcases downstairs by the stairs! Backpain and now bruises on my legs because my suitcases were 50 lbs. Guests going up the stairs with breakfast, orange juice spilled all over the stairs. Lady on front desk didn't know what to say or do...just "sorry". Next disappointment was when they told us there was NO SHUTTLE available because there was no driver! We booked this hotel because of shuttle service to the Airport! They told me manager "Alma" was going to call us to reimburse our Uber ($40) and after 8 hours still no call. I would like a reimbursement for the night spent! Don't stay here!!
- 2/5
Only one functional elevator, no smart TVs.
- 5/5
Very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was kind.
- 4/5
Courtesy and attentive staff, good location.
- 2/5
The beds in the room were fine. That's all. There wasn't anything else good. The room, divided into two zones, didn't have a single closet to put my things in. The toilet was clogged, and the receptionist suggested I clean it myself and gave me the necessary tools. Then the faucet in the sink broke. I fixed it myself. For two days out of nine, we didn't get any cleaning or towel changes. Is that enough?
