Only disappointment was I thought I was getting a room with a garden tub and I did not.

Such a fun hotel. Beautiful and original. The staff are excellent. You can tell they love their workplace and I felt very cared for. We always stay at Hotel Vin when visiting the family in Dallas.

The Vin is wonderful! It's a hip hotel conveniently located near DFW airport. The bar(s) are lively and the service and staff are amazing, from the time we checked in to the time we left! I will be back!

Customer service is wonderful and unpretentious, I enjoyed being greeted by Jacob in the hall on my way for my morning coffee! Location is top-notch that alone is a reason to stay here. Plenty of entertainment around, walking distance to the historic shops and next-door to the train station. Rooms are clean and the beds are actually comfortable. Food options are endless, without you even needing to leave the hotel. The adjacent food hall is next level convenience. Plus the hotel restaurant is good ! I’m not really big on reviews but this establishment 100% deserved it. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and showing me that customer service isn’t dead.

The service was superb the hotel management went out of their way for me. I am handicap. The beds very comfortable not hard the sheets good quality. There are hidden gems there highly recommend the Mangum speakeasy must try the short rib ragu pasta for dinner along with the olive oil cake and the 6 tier chocolate cake at the Bacchaus restaurant. During the weekend at the Hotel VIN it is definitely a party place for adults from the Harvest Hall to the rooftop DJ dance experience. The hotel I felt very safe and secure you could not reach the rooms unless you had a hotel room card to access the elevator to reach your room security cameras all over. Highly recommended a stay at Hotel Vin

Beautiful hotel. Clean and modern. Loved that the train is right in the back of the hotel and 2 stops to DFW. Everything was perfect!

Afterwards we enjoyed food from the Harvest hall. The choices are almost overwhelming but we managed. The live music outside was very entertaining also. The room was so comfortable and well apportioned. I slept fitful. The checkout was efficient and quick. The valet was very warm and friendly. We can’t wait to return and will be singing the praises of the hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay

This is an amazing hotel, beautiful to say the least, well appointed and the decor is wonderful! Very classy, luxurious and comfortable, and social. Had my wife and I stayed for leisure instead of a place to relax for the night, I would have been very impressed. We love boutique hotels and amenities. However, I must say the room was disappointing. At the price point, I’m used to a room I don’t want to leave. The room was… functional. Well appointed, but just functional. Smaller, no real sitting/lounge area (a chaise under a window is not a sitting area), bathroom was smaller (although the under vanity motion lights are a nice touch), and the room was loud. We could hear everything from outside, in the halls… sounded like thin walls. I digress. As a weekend getaway destination I would think this would be an excellent spot for wine drinking couples to retreat to in a nice part of town. If you are more of a “room” person… ehhhh.

This hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance to shops, wineries, coffee spots, and restaurants. There’s also plenty of entertainment on-site if you prefer to stay in. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

This was one of the best stays that we have ever been too. I recommend 100%

The food at the restaurant inside was good, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, all the staff were nice. The manager came over personally and asked about my stay when I was at the bar. Many holiday parties going on. Perfect location to walk around Grapevine and uber if needed to further locations.

Location Room wasn’t prepared when we arrived. I called ahead with some requests and those were not ready. Also the room was not as described. I was told there was a sitting area, etc and it was a standard queen room with no frills. Request early arrival and had confirmation for approval. We arrived later due to flight and room was still not ready.

Excellent all around. A wonderful property that is well cared for and clean. But most important, the ENTIRE staff was so friendly and helpful. We travel a lot and this folks were the most supportive and welcoming we have seen. ALL of them. Thank you.

Overall everything was perfect! It was a great experience to stay there as a local. Rooms were amazing, clean and comfy.

It was a great 1 time experience but I probably would not go back. Beautiful hotel with beautiful decorations but definitely very expensive and it seems certain amenities are not amenities just additions things you can purchase.

It is a perfect location and well maintained. It is a bit expensive but it was our anniversary. It was a splurge. I wouldn’t stay there while traveling or if I needed more than one night.

The staff was super inviting and welcoming! I love that we did not have to leave the hotel to have fun!! We went to the pub downstairs and seen a live band outside all on the grounds and the food was super yummy!!

Wow! What an unexpected surprise! This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel A LOT! Great staff, great food and an incredible rooftop bar! Would make another trip to Grapevine just to stay in this hotel!

Visited with 3 of my grandkids. We had an amazing time. Staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. Quick responses from our room for additional blankets and cutlery for ice cream we brought back to room from Kilwins.

All was great except the room temp. It was freezing. All attempts to get warmer didn’t work. We finally had to turn it off. And, this worked.

Stayed to attend the Grapevine Parade. Really wished they had a place for us to be seated to watch the parade instead of having to navigate through the crowds. They had an ice skating ring, multiple photo ops and the carousel right next door. Easy access to the train as well. It is beautifully decorated souring the holidays!

The Hotel itself was great with many things to do both on premise and within short walking distance. We tried to eat at the main restaurant in the lobby of the hotel and it was not such a pleasant experience as we could not get anyone to wait on us after being set down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I loved that it was so close to main street and how squared away everything was, everything was hassle free!

Beautiful room very central to everything. The bed was a bit too firm but still comfy I was able to bring my service dog and they had a fenced area that was nice with chairs for a little doggie down time. Overall it's a gorgeous hotel.

My only issue is I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Great place for our anniversary and big love to staffer Grace who took care of us and upgraded us. Will be coming back again soon!

For the steep price of $500 a night, I expected a higher standard from this establishment. Despite the convenient location and friendly staff, the state of the room I stayed in was disappointing. The dingy atmosphere and visibly worn furniture fell short of the luxury experience one would anticipate at such a premium price point. While Hotel Vin may have its merits, its failure to meet expectations at this price level leaves much to be desired for discerning guests.

This hotel is nice, but a bit overpriced for what you get. There is no pool or jacuzzi, and there isn't a spa... odd for a highly rated hotel. Also, the maid was banging on the door at 830 AM which I thought was insanely early, but it's nice and there are a lot of things in close proximity

Why hadn’t I stayed here before?!? Of what an amazing stay! Totally worth the price! The staff was the absolute Best!!!! From Check-In to Bartenders to Housekeeping. Just great!!

The bars and resturants all closed at 10:00 Its in the country. The room service breakfast was inststant hollandase sauce for the eggs bendidict. Had trouble esting it. They claim to be a five stair hotel. Not, maybe a 4. Very diapoinnted as my family herritage goes back to be the first to settle in Tarrant county and had the first home in tarrat county which we donanted to the city of Grapevine. My cousin is the Mayor there for many years. Will not recomend nor stay there again. Big disappointment!

Stayed one night for a family Christmas gathering. The hotel was extremely crowded, unenjoyable experience for my entire family. My autistic son was miserable. Flashing light bothered us during the night in our room. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. My son complained of the hotel smelling weird. Will not return.

This is a beautiful upscale boutique hotel. Right in downtown Grapevine within walking distance of ships, wineries and restaurants. The restaurants in this hotel were awesome. We will return here for an couples weekend.

The hotel is beautiful and the dining options are great. Unfortunately the reason we stayed there was for holiday activities and they were canceled while we were from there. It would have been nice to know or perhaps have been offered a free cancellation.
