Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests frequently praise the staff for being friendly and helpful, and appreciate the spacious rooms. However, there are consistent complaints about cleanliness, maintenance issues, and breakfast quality.

The family suite was nice amount of space to spread out a bit, with small living area and 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. This particular room backed to Dig world which meant some extra noise from music and the park itself which was disruptive in the morning. Breakfast was decent and staff were helpful.
- 5/5
The suite was clean and staff was very friendly would recommend staying here and would stay here again!
- 2/5
Price gauges on snacks and room Pool had too many people in out and never was cleaned
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed comfy, the pool and hot tub were nice place to relax and location was perfect for my spouse to stay busy while I was at my convention.
- 5/5
This room was amazing! Spacious and just enough privacy for my teen boys. The staff constantly checked to ensure nothing was needed. The boys enjoyed the hot tub. The location is perfect for shopping, which is what we came to Dallas for.

Love the hottub and breakfast

Breakfast good. Dining area clean and well stocked. Location good. Ants in the room. First night was bitten by ant in bathroom. Ants were all over a plate on the counter. There was a trail of ants on the food, counter and floor. Reported the incident and was informed no manager and that maintenance and housekeeping would cleaned the room after we left the next day. Returned to the room that Tuesday night to find out no one had cleaned the room or did anything to handled the ant situation. By this time, ants had moved to the carpet area, on suitcase and bed. The front desk staff stated there was nothing they could do. Asked for manager. Stated not available then asked if could vacuum. Stated housekeeping locked up everything. Asked for another room. Was informed hotel booked. Asked if had broom and/or something to spray. They found a broom and some kind of spray and gave it to me. They didn’t offer to help clean but offered to pick up the items. While I was cleaning the room, worker knocked on the door to see if I was finished with the items. Informed still cleaning and would bring items back. Cleaned rooms, counters and sprayed as best as possible. Returned the items and the reassured that maintenance would come on Wednesday. Wednesday morning talked to front desk again before leaving, manager still not available and was told that housekeeping would clean. Stated they cleaned every 2 days and room was cleaned last on the 19th. Wednesday was the 22nd, which was the 3rd day so the room should have been cleaned last, Tuesday. Returned to the room Wednesday around 3pm and room still had not been cleaned. When returned that night something had been sprayed in kitchen area and had clean towels. So nothing was done until the night before we checked out. Manager was never available. Had small children that wanted to play on the floor. Couldn’t enjoy ourselves trying to keep them off the floor to make sure they weren’t bitten by ants. Cleaning was done by me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

first time love there pool hours are extended as so is check out mercedes at the front was sweet and nice great clean room and even as i left greeted by a mananger asking if everything was ok
- 1/5
The AC was broken in our room. They used a window unit in a large suite type room that couldn’t keep the room cold or even close to cold. This is a known issue and Google reviews show it has been an issue for 3-4 months at least
- 5/5
It was near the mall The toilet kept making a noise but nothing too bad.
- 5/5
Comfy and clean
- 2/5
Location was the highlight! The downsides were unexpected. The whole place had a very weird smell. Even the room had a very strong punch-you-in-the-face odor. It was musty, and body odor-like and humid air trapped in a room smell tinkering on mold smell. Not pleasant.
- 2/5
The indoor pool was a nice feature, especially since it was raining on and off. The breakfast was good too. We woke up in the morning to our room infested with ants. We were staying on the fourth floor so I don’t know how they got in but they did. My oldest daughter ended up getting bit several times and we had to move off of the main bed to the other side of the room there were so many of them. Told the front desk about it and they said they would let the manager know. Nothing was done about it at all even up until we checked out.
- 3/5
Second room was better but still not great compared to Texas heat
- 1/5
The AC was out in our room both nights we stayed there, there was black mold on the ceilings in both the bathroom and the vanity area outside where the sink was and the full-size refrigerator in our suite was leaking water which caught all over the floor. I have videos and photos the AC in our room was a portable one and it never reached below 76 to 78°. When I was asked to refund my money so I could go somewhere else I was told it could not happen because we booked through Expedia. I will say the front office ladies were as nice as they could be as well as the people who serve breakfast in the morning.
- 4.5/5
Staff: EXCELLENT ?? Accommodations: EXCELLENT ?? Breakfast: GREAT ?? Overall: TOP NOTCH We'll definitely be coming back in the future. The original room assigned was still being cleaned. We were changed to a clean room within 15 minutes. We didn't contact them, they contacted us. Thank you! Drive up damage to the property gives it a rundown feel when it's not.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy Awesome beds and very clean
- 3/5
Shower was weak. Pool was decent with a nice basketball court.
- 1/5
While at the front desk, he was unhelpful and unsupportive. I saw a paper on the desk with a printed chart of 10 rooms without AC and it indicated which had box fans vs portable units. My room had been like that since June 18th (we stayed the night of the 20th). He didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. I asked for him to look for another portable air unit, I asked for if there was another hotel I could get placed at, I had to ask for an additional box fan when he didn’t have another portable air unit. While waiting for box fan he decided to pause to help what appeared to be a family member (maybe adult son and granddaughter who walked behind the counter at the pc) staying at the hotel order pizza because that was more important than my hot hotel room. Expedia was the one who had to force a full refund. Not sure if they cleaned as a wristband for some event was left behind.
- 3.5/5
The courtyard space is very nice. It's large, has a variety of spaces to sit or eat or walk the dog. Lots of nice shade on a hot June day. The 1 bedroom suite is a nice size for 1 person, bathroom space is large. Staff is very friendly and responsive to any question. The hotel in general is showing it's age. out of date appliances - very noisy dishwasher.
- 5/5
Very clean, nice rooms, friendly staff Everything was great

Rundown and a lot of things broken. And mosquitos in the rooms.

This hotel was horrible, room was not cleaned tubs were dirty and one a leaking faucet. The mattress was pea stained. The over worn and dirty appearance of the hotel hallway carpets were rip in places and turn back
- 1/5
The room phone did not work, making it even harder to contact staff. Our requests were never addressed. The refrigerator barely worked and made loud noises all night, making it difficult to sleep. The A/C unit was extremely noisy as well. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the sofa bed was terrible—you could feel all the springs, and the pillows were not comfortable at all. On top of that, the hot water was not hot enough. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, especially for a Hilton property. We expected much better service, comfort, and maintenance. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional and professional!!
- 3/5
I found the hotel with a smart location: close to the airport, 20 min from Dallas, 25 from Forth Worth and next to a giant shopping center with several shops and attractions (Legoland, Bubble World, Peppa Pig, Acquarium, etc.). Breakfast was pleasant and satisfying. I found the staff very polite and attentive. The space in the bedroom is great, very large and comfortable. The most critical point for me: cleaning. Really very flawed. Filthy curtains (with even ugly stains), carpet with a lot of dirt (the half stained from walking on it), under the sofa had food from I don't know how long ago, crockery very poorly washed. Anyway, it doesn't match a Hilton hotel and nothing you expect when you spend days away from home. Besides, the fridge didn't freeze anything, it was super old and the button is temperature adjustment was at least and broken.
- 4/5
My main complaint at this property is that i had to pay $12 to park my car in the parking lot. I was not aware that this property charged the parking fee so i was not happy when we were told we had to pay it. I have never had to pay an amount to park my car in a hotel parking lot where i was staying. This is a deterrent and i do not plan to stay at this property again. There are other hotels in the area that do not charge you to park your car in the parking lot where you are staying.
- 5/5
The room was super spacious and the hotel spotless. The staff were great to work with over our four day stay. They were friendly accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was consistently tasty and plentiful with a variety of choices. Checkout and check in was a breeze and the room itself was comfortable, clean and everything worked well. Hardest part was finding the location since the sign is easy to miss and the broken driveway was distracting. There was some construction but the windows were surprisingly helpful in keeping the noise out.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Great breakfast!
- 1/5
The hotel is old and outdated. Gross. Smells. Rude staff. Understaffed. The location is fine. Spend the extra $50/night and stay somewhere else.
- 1/5
Pretty run down hotel. Carpet was stained and sticky. Hot tub/Pool was very dirty with a band aid next to the hot tub for a couple days then it was broken for a couple days. The cockroach on the wall in my room on the last night really sealed the deal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but Hilton doesn't give them much to work with here.
- 4/5
At check in just asked if I was fine downgrading for the same price. I said no, they did it anyways.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast didnt have anything appetizing our bed had a large dip in the middle we could not hook up our firestick to the TV
- 0.5/5
Nothing it was so dirty Dirty!!
- 1.5/5
The location was the only good part, however there was construction literally right outside our window so it got loud really early which was a huge problem for my family. There were 6 of us total we were there for 10 nights. The 1st room we were in was really hot even with the thermostat down to 67 which is the lowest you can take it. That alone was a bummer as we’re hot natured ppl. Issues number 2 the fridge was AWFUL it even made my milk sour the fridges aren’t cold and my diabetes medicine has to stay cold in the fridge. The fridge was literally room temperature and the freezer was going out. Because I am a diabetic and had medication in the fridge they moved us rooms. So we had to pack up and move. However the freezer was better the fridge was still not cold I had to place ice packs on top of my medication. It stated that this hotel was recently renovated I’m not sure where exactly because the 2nd room they placed us in had black marks on the ceiling around the sprinkler the room smelled awful I guess one of the pilot lights was out in the fire place making it smell the carpets throughout the hallway are very outdated torn in a lot of areas and just nasty. The laundry room you can’t breathe in there both washers don’t work at the same time, also beware of other guest taking your belongings out of the washer and just placing them on top of the non working machine to wash their stuff no matter if your done or not. As that happened to me I walk in and another guest removed my underwear and my kids underwear and place them on too of the non working machine for God and everyone to see or just take it down whatever they please with them. When i addressed the situation with management they told me they can’t really say anything to the guest because of “surveys” so surveys are more important than the guest. Nothing everything was misleading, it’s completely outdated with significant problems throughout the whole property.
- 2/5
Hot shower good ac As soon as I checked in, I was told there was a $14 fee to park my car that’s bull. No place on the website did it say that. I wouldn’t have stayed there. There was ample parking plenty of hotels in the exact same parking lot that no one paid for! The girl at the counter looked at me like I was crazy as she yawned in my face.

The grapevine area. Our toilet overflowed in one bathroom, and the other toilet acted as if it wanted to overflow. Spoke to another guest on the elevator and he said his toilet tried to do the same thing. They didn't allow us to switch rooms when I called. Maintenance came and plunged it THE NEXT DAY. And housekeeping didn't come mop the floor that had toilet water and pee all over. So, I cleaned it the best I could just so my kids would be able to use the restroom. The shower floors looks cringe. So, we had to put a towel in the shower, in order to feel somewhat comfortable. I've been staying at this hotel for over 4 years, when we visit Texas. That was our last time staying. They need to do some upgrades, and get some new staff, for sure.
- 5/5
The place was super clean and awesome! Easy to find when driving and parking was easy. The only issue was the toilet flooded at one point, but staff was on it quick and fixed it up while we went out to eat! The room was comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and staff was very friendly! The breakfast was limited, but delicious and they had work out equipment and a POOL there! Didn't expect it, but it was awesome! Beautiful place, definitely would want to stay here again <3
- 2.5/5
We were getting ready to check out but when we went to the fridge to get our food to bring home there was water everywhere in the kitchenette area and our food spoiled.
- 1/5
There is no mini bar or in room facilities or similar. Communication from the team at the front desk was varied in experience depending on who was at the counter, so it seems this is the same with management. The facilities themselves were fine. Dated, but fine.
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk were always pleasant. We will definitely stay here again on our next golf vacation.
- 4/5
We loved the set up of the room. The two separate bedrooms were perfect. The sink dripped continuously. No one cleaned our room the three days were there. But… I would stay there again. It wasn’t the end of the world for us .
- 5/5
Yes though I don’t usually have breakfast
- 5/5
Had a great experience. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with multiple options. Would definitely stay there again. Staff were very kind.
- 4/5
Communication between staff members needs significant improvement. Prior to our arrival, we called to inform the front desk that we would be arriving late due to unexpected car trouble, including two flat tires. Unfortunately, this information was not passed along during the shift change. As a result, when we arrived—tired and already stressed—we were told that no room was available for us, which was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, the staff on duty that night were helpful and ultimately accommodated us. Additionally, there was a billing issue where my card was charged three times, totaling over $700, when the correct amount should have been $325. I sincerely appreciate Ms. Karen for resolving this matter promptly. I would also like to thank Ms. Latanya for assisting us in receiving our Hilton Rewards points. While some staff members were very helpful and professional, others contributed to the lack of coordination and added unnecessary stress to our stay. Overall, there is room for improvement in communication and customer service consistency.
- 4/5
Lovely room, it hadnt been cleaned
- 2/5
You can definitely tell it’s old, the plumbing is not the greatest. The floors are very dirty. They do not clean the third floor over night or take the trash. The walls in the room are dirty. Over all the plumbing was the worst part. You had to wait 30 minutes to flush the toilet.
- 2/5
Did not clean our room, we were there for 3 nights stay The hot tub was open for 6 am I went in after 7 am - it was not hot and the area was not picked up or cleaned from the night before and no clean towels in pool area
- 1/5
It had roaches in the room
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Property was clean, staff was friendly, we didn't bring a pet, or use the other amenities so I cannot comment. I would stay here again. Its literally right next to the mall, you could walk. Nice area. There was some construction next door but no major issues. Some of the hotel could use some renovations in the near future though.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was great, cleanliness of hotel rooms and dishes as breakfast not to much.
- 4/5
Staff at the front desk great however, the room was not very clean. And one on the cleaners was not very cleanly.
- 5/5
The pull out mattress had someone’s clothes sticker on it still when we pulled it out and the mattress to it was very springy my children complained of backs hurting . The room had a weird smell but we just used air freshener and other than that everything was great . Wonderful staff everyone was nice.
- 5/5
Staff great.
- 5/5
Everything was very nice and well kept

I’ll start with the pros of this hotel: The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen which is why we chose this hotel. Now for the cons: -When we first arrived at the hotel there was still a dirty bath towel hanging in our bathroom from the previous guest. -After sleeping all night on the pillows we realized there was something red on one of the pillow cases (and it appeared it possibly hadn’t been changed after the previous guest) -The kitchen was very outdated. The fridge and dishwasher particularly needed work (our fridge actually started leaking a significant amount of water on our second evening there) -We pulled out the couch bed and it was FILTHY. we didn’t even sleep on it because it was so bad. We ended up leaving early because the room was having so many issues. By the time our fridge started leaking all over the kitchen floor it was about 7:30 at night so we decided just to go home early rather than wait for maintenance to fix it or move us to another room. The location of this hotel is great and maybe we just got a really bad room - but I personally can’t say that I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice, staff have not followed through on problems we had during our stay
- 5/5
Excellent stay!
- 1/5
$12 parking in a self parking lot, under construction. Bed was not comfortable, woke up sore and did not sleep well.Staff was not friendly. $25 early check in fee with rooms available. Hotel was dated. Fridge in room had standing water. No finished cabinets under the sink, it was just the dirty floor. Cutlery was on top of dirty microwave because it did not fit inside a drawer. Pool and hot tub were murky and could not see to the bottom. Would never stay again, avoid this hotel. Motel 6 would have been better. Disappointed this hotel is a Hilton Brand.
- 3/5
The staff was courteous but the room wasn't cleaned correctly, there was trash right outside the door with pills on the floor and trash. In the restroom there was old urine on the toilet seat. Pet hair in the carpet, so we dealt with allergies the whole stay. The front desk personnel asked if we wanted to move rooms, but the other room wasn't worth moving to. We got cleaning supplies from her and just cleaned and disinfected the room. So far as the pills and trash outside the room she said housing would pick up it was never removed.
- 3/5
Refrigerator needs to be replaced. Staff was pleasant.
- 4/5
Good, clean room, would stay here again for sure
- 5/5
The Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my reservation concerns when the Hotel was inadvertently overbooked for my original room request. Rooms are clean, and standard, all Staff members we engaged with were Super Friendly and Excellent Customer Service.
- 5/5
They were so sweet and nice and the breakfast was better. Thank you for that.
- 5/5
Staff is wonderful, hotel was clean. Great place to stay with kids, gives you extra space so you don't feel so cramped and has a kitchen so you can save money while traveling as well. Comfortable beds and great breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again! Price was excellent as well.
- 5/5
Room could have used some wiping on the walls in common area
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
They were good wish you all had bacon for breakfast
- 4/5
Just need to upgrade few things
- 4/5
Great location. Close to everything. Ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. They text you to check on you. Great breakfast. Indoor pool. Quiet. Only issues is the room was freezing but it did warm up and they brought a heater in the meantime. And could stand to be updated some. But would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and the lady doing the breakfast worked hard to keep it clean and always full of food! We stayed 3 nights and everything went great hot tub and pool were nice kids had a great time!
- 4/5
No issues during the stay. Room was clean and comfortable during the stay. Staff were friendly and responsive when contacted.
- 1/5
The room it's self was gud but the ice box was mess up it was drop water and the tv keep mess up the burn keep mess up
- 5/5
They take good care of everything friendly staff good rooms
- 4/5
The breakfast was good ok but didn’t have enough breakfast no eggs except one day and no bacon. The kitchen didn’t have a can opener I had to go buy one
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was our room wasnt flipped. They do every other day which is fine! The lady working saturday evening was able to get us what we needed but house keeping noted they came by our room. If they did nothing was left for us. This is my only reason for 4 stars.
- 1/5
Very rude front desk and room was dirty
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
This property was near the mall and has space for a family of 4.
- 5/5
It was a good stay rooms comfortable and spacious
- 4/5
Amy and Zara were great. They were very accommodating and helpful. Amy was always very cheerful and great the grandkids. Will definitely stay again
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great staff and customer service!
- 3/5
The staff here are excellent and engaging. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathtub was dated, and there is no wine glasses or wine opener in the kitchen. When we arrived I noticed a spill spot in the kitchen and trash on the floor of the bedroom. Later in the stay found a T-shirt left behind from a previous person. The hallways and the elevators are atrocious, It is hard to say when they were cleaned last. We grabbed breakfast twice and brought back to room and it was good, especially the croissants.
- 5/5
Great location and good customer services
- 2/5
Couple of the staff very rude. The breakfast was equivalent to a lower brand hotel. Did not give me a receipt at check out.
- 2/5
The front desk guy was great. The lobby had been recently remodeled. The room though, I think the cleaning staff forgot some things. We had dirty towels in our bathroom still there. One of the beds had blood stain on the sheet and dog hair on the bed. The room was tired. Breakfast was missing a bunch of stuff you'd expect. There was eggs and half cooked hashbrowns... no meat and very low on bread selection. Waffle maker was on back order and there were no plates...only big paper bowls to use. Not a place we'd come back to, even at the price point.
- 4/5
Overall good experience. Seen better breakfast selections but this was okay
- 3/5
Overall there is a need to pay more attention to cleanliness. From the dishes used for breakfast to the elevators to our room. We had to notify the front desk that our bathroom sink was clogged. Fortunately their staff was very quick to take care of and the sink was fixed. However for the price of the room and the fee for parking I would consider staying at a different hotel.
- 5/5
Great staff . Room was clean .. very convenient to everything
- 5/5
Even though this hotel is a little bit dated, they really keep it clean. The staff is really friendly and just full of energy. The surroundings are unbelievably beautiful.
- 3/5
We were only informed at the hotel they had a policy that made us pay for parking every day we were there. Hotels.com needs to add that to their description.
- 3/5
At least they aren’t charging for parking, but breakfast big disappointment. Poor selection, very crowded. Pool in good shape.
- 3/5
Staff was great. The sink had no hot water and it ran all the time.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Nice room.
- 3/5
We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, there was a basketball court in the back and kept the kids happy. I had to plunge the bathtub so it would drain and the dishwasher didn’t work after the first day, but we had a great time!
- 5/5
It was a good stay with a kind staff
- 3/5
Everything was fine. Nothing amazing but nothing terrible. The freezer in the full size refrigerator would make a horrible intermittent howling sound so I ended up just unplugging the whole thing since I wasn’t using it.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
El desayuno creo que puede estar un poco mejor pero para ser continental esta bien.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good
- 1/5
Staff was nice, it was decently clean, we didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak for it, pool area was decent enough and open until midnight, which is rare. But after my card being shut off for suspected fraud, because they tried charging it so many times during our 2 night stay, I will definitely not stay here again. There are many more choices in the area that are better! Overall it's a 1/10 for me.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a good variety of choices. This location was close to shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
Me and the wife enjoyed staying here. Big comfy and clean
- 5/5
Ver clean, amazing check in
- 1/5
Air condition was not wlrking. They added a portable ac and the hot air was circulating inside.Iron was missing asked for one but never received.
- 5/5
Very nice lady at the front desk clean room very comfortable room
- 4/5
Internet service was good, breakfast was good as well
- 5/5
Spacious
- 3/5
The hot breakfast was great and the indoor pool area was very nice. Room was very spacious. But we were there for 4 days, and housekeeping never came until two hours before our checkout time on the day we were leaving. So our trash was never taken out, towels never replaced, etc for our entire stay. Not a huge deal, just thought we’d get a little more service for it being a Hilton hotel. Also, the main areas and hallways were dirty. Floor especially. Needed a good vacuum on the carpets and a mop on the hard floors. Not a terrible stay, but expected more for the price and the name.
- 4/5
Nice Hotel. Liked the kitchen we had.
- 3/5
The lobby area was subpar; it could have been cleaned better. The sofa’s were badly stained in the breakfast area. The hallways on the way to our room had random particles, like it needed to be vacuum. The rooms where subpar for the price that was paid; they could have been cleaned better, there where like coffee splatters or rust on the side of the refrigerator; the floors had little crumbs like they needed to be swept; the pillows were flat in the room on the left; we saw a spider and cricket in the room in the right and there appeared to me mold or dirt on the molding around the tub. I was disappointed because I invited guest to stay with me and they were complaining.
- 2/5
My bathroom had several issues: the tub wouldn't drain, the shower head sprayed water everywhere, and the toilet sometimes malfunctioned, causing leaks and a lot of noise. There was a shortage of towels, and the soap dispenser was empty. The sofa bed also didn't have any bedding, and there was no bathmat. Although I reported these problems to the front desk, it took a long time for anyone to address them. This slow response suggests a lack of staff. Another issue was the lack of daily housekeeping, which made the experience feel more like staying at a motel. I was quite uncomfortable and am now considering staying at the Hyatt Place or SpringHill Suites next door for my future visits.
