the first room we were given was dirty..had not been cleaned- staff was great about getting us a new room with many apologizes. my only recommendations is earlier breakfast..we had an early flight and no breakfast until 7

This has always been one of our favorite hotels. This trip was a disappointment however especially since we took our friends with us for their 1st time to stay there. Our rooms weren't ready on time, we had to pay for parking & the managers reception is limited to 2 free drinks now. We also lost electricity on our floor at 4am. It was not back on when we checked out either. That part could not be helped I am sure. The restaurant/bar was good though. The cook to order breakfast was great as always.
- 5/5
I loved that it has a balcony option.
- 5/5
Our stay was perfect - the restaurant was nice and quiet also. We unfortunately weren't able to partake in the evening reception but the resturant was nice and had great drink selections. My husband and I enjoyed everything, all the employees were helpful also. The breakfast is just as I remember when staying there as a kid to now. Parking was super easy to set up and check out was easy as well. The only complaint we had about our stay was our stupid bathtub but once we figured it out it's wasn't too terrible..

We have stayed here many times. This hotel has great service it’s just getting shop worn. The back lobby bathroom towel dispensers were either broke or empty. Just a symptom of lack of maintenance upkeep. The main lobby noise can be a problem at night. The breakfast is always very good.
- 5/5
The bar was amazing with the best bourbon collection I have seen, and the bar tender was amazing

CUARTO NO ENFRIABA Y LA PICINA ES MUY PEQUEÑA Y TENIA MUCHOS QUIMICOS QUE ARDIA LOS OJOS DESDE QUE ENTRABAS AL AREA

It was very convenient for the wine tour I booked. The property was very nice. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

This hotel is very upscale and the breakfast menu is pretty good. The staff is friendly and polite.

Check in is 4pm, but our room was not ready until 4:40. On top of that our room was soooo hot, they had to bring in two box fans to try and cool it off but that did nothing. Breakfast was good, pool smelled sooo strong of chlorine, I didn’t even want to get in. Room was clean, lobby was clean.
- 3/5
Hotel shower in room would not work properly, only a small amount went up to the shower head, and the water that did was hot. This issue I am sure the maids notice, which should have been reported to maintenance. Bottom line they should not rent out a room with this type problem. Disappointed.

My stay was great, minus the fact my corner balcony room needs to be renovated badly. There were water marks on the wall. My shower had black mold and the tub floor was dirty with dirt.
- 1/5
Things seemed to be falling a part a bit. Our room was not very clean, especially floors. There was hair all on the walls in the shower and then still there next day after housekeeping came. 2 elevators were not working. For the price of the room per night, I expected better. Cleanliness was the main concer.

My brother was robbed in Atlanta and got back to Dallas where I booked him in a room at the Embassy Suites. TSA was was nicer to deal with. The hotel refused to let him check in using my credit card since his were stolen. They were unpleasant and rude as if he was a criminal, not a victim. They were unwilling to accommodate him so he had to sleep in his car. Of course, getting a refund or help from Expedia is virtually impossible.

After finally wading through Morris's, I got to my room, where upon going to brush my teeth, I was greeted by a huge black pubic Har in the sink. Nice cleaning folks. Finally, getting to bed, I attempt to turn on the TV to drown out the band downstairs..... no remote anywhere. Thanks Embarrassing Suites. You were once a hotel to enjoy. Not trying again. OH YEAH! The hidden $20.00 parking fee for a 2500 acre, unsecured lot was a great hidden fee also! Daryl, you deserve better and they do not deserve you!
- 5/5
Staff was excellent I was surprised to have to pay for parking in the hotel we're staying at. $20 per day! I'm paying to stay in a business AND pay to park there? Doesn't seem fair.

Everything about the stay was good, until my husband and son got stuck on the elevator. Reported it to the front desk and they didnt seem concerned at all. Needless to say, it completely traumatized my son and the front desk did nothing about it.

Everything. It was so loud we got no sleep. It was well into 4 am yelling, laughing running up down hallways.

Staff was friendly and room was comfy and clean. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the only option besides one king is two double beds instead of queens. Managers reception and breakfast buffet were a plus.

This freaking Hotel horrible service you cannot talk to a human. You can’t talk to the front desk unless you walk over there drive over there and see them in person and even then it’s questionable that you even being able to talk to them horrible they had two working elevators when they have five there three were down two big events were happening in the hotel. You couldn’t get to your room if you if you wanted to without having to use a stupid stairs or waiting half an hour to use the elevator freaking ridiculous horribly managed was over charged for parking. I checked in checked out only stayed at night got billed for three nights. What the f!!! Again you cannot even call to argue about getting payment settled. They overcharge you and you get stuck with AI telling you that they’ll send you to a representative that is doing reservations reservations doesn’t handle billing so you get nowhere.

The room we had was great. It was large with plenty of seating, work space, and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the choice of food and drink at breakfast. The issues were that none of the ice machines were working. We had to visit the front desk to get ice. The pool was also closed for maintenance on a summer evening, which is always a disappointment when we book a location with a pool. Lastly, there was no one to help with luggage when we arrived and the automatic doors were not operating. We were fortunate to find a luggage cart to use, but needed two people to maneuver it through the double manual doors. These issues were a shame for a large market hotel in summer.
- 1.5/5
AC wasn't working said it looked like i booked the day of stay and got last room had a lot of issues and booked more then a week before stay
- 3/5
The location is perfect, the hotel is very pretty and clean, but the air conditioning is not working. People were buying fans because the rooms were hot. Ours wasn't terrible, but it definitely was not as cool; you could sleep without covers. The parking at this location is the main issue; you pay $22.00 per day, but there is no parking available. You must drive for at least 30-45 minutes to find a spot. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. They also have a Starbucks on site that is a plus. Overall, the experience was good but left me expecting a little more from an Embassy since is ranked as a 4-star hotel.

Nothing Pool was not available… ac was not working and teenager from an event the hotel was hosting wearing camouflage attire knocked my lodged over and laughed.. they kept running through the whole place knocking on random doors what they call ding ding dash before we even made it to our assigned room no help was giving. We had to get a 2nd suite across the highway. Third party couldn’t even reach them cause their email and phone number is not a current email available to booking.com so we as the customer had to get both parties on our personal phone to agree. We was ROB FOR THIS STAY AND BOTH PARTIES PLAY THE I DIDNT DO IT ROLE!!

Great staff very helpful. Stayed for 3 nights and 1st night I woke up around 3am with bug bites while in bed. The staff quickly offered to move us and we had no issues after. The new room had visible stains on the carpet that needed cleaning but it was wayyyy better than getting bug bites. We were able to enjoy the rest of our stay and have a good time.
- 3/5
When you have to pay for parking after already paying for an expensive stay and my room wasn’t clean, the bathroom had long black hair on the floor and in the tub and shower. On the website it stated that it had a hot tub along with an indoor pool. The pool had big ass bugs floating around that I had to get out the water. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall in going around the pool area. Other hotel guest were rude during breakfast but you can’t control that though.

Very polite reception and house keeping!!!

I have stayed at this location and other embassy before with excellent experiences. Unfortunately, this is the first time that my stay was not satisfactory. We booked for a family trip for my grandson's birthday and I was excited for my kids and grandkids to stay here because I love the customer service ,the beauty of the hotel, the buffet breakfast and the indoor pool plus the convenient location to Grapevine Mills. We checked in on Saturday and checked out on Sunday.. on Saturday we had to call the front desk to come unplug the toilet. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we had to call back down and someone finally came and fixed it. Having young kids having to wait to use the restroom was difficult. Then that night we had no air conditioner. The room was extremely hot and they sent up a box fan. We had three adults and three children in the family suite and had to use a box fan in the bedroom to try to cool down which was very unsatisfactory. The next morning, waking up extremely hot and sweaty I went to take a shower and immediately the shower lever and backing fell on the wall. I called the front desk. They sent someone up to fix it and the maintenance man noticed it was extremely hot in our room and stopped to fix the air conditioner.. we had a scheduled bday event on Sunday, so none of us had time to shower. We had to hurry up thru our breakfast to get to the event. The one very good experience I had was upon checkout I spoke with the Male manager and he gave discount.

When we arrived only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. By the end of our 4 night stay they were all down, with no solution to get down from the 6th floor. The pool was gross, would not reccomend swimming. Lines for managers happy hour were long but options were good. Breakfast was on par with made to order embassy suites breakfast. The hotel bar employees, not manager special, were not friendly. Overall for $800 for 4 nights it was a very disappointing experience. We expect more than sub par...why has sub par become acceptable?
- 5/5
I love the lobby/ dining area. The room was clean enough, but could use a deep clean. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool looked clean and inviting but we heard a horror story from someone who used it the night before so we opted to skip it. We also enjoyed the proximity to the mall. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Beauty hotel and great parking lot
- 4/5
Staff and property was great. However parking is bad and cost $20 per day. The lot is a park and fly for dfw airport and parking spaces were hard to find.
- 2/5
This is a very large hotel that typically has 4 small elevators. For two of the days we were there two of the elevators were broken. On the last day of our stay they were down to one elevator for the entire hotel. There were 3 wheelchair users that I saw on the last day that were struggling with long waits. Families with strollers were having difficulties because of the situation. Also the parking lot is too small for the hotel that it serves. And the front wheelchair entrance was blocked all weekend forcing wheelchair users and families with strollers through doors that are too narrow and were difficult to open. We did enjoy the breakfast and the staff were good.
- 5/5
Loved our stay at Embassy better than the Gaylord! Great hotel!
- 2/5
Rooms were dark and dirty, toilet and tub had stains at check in. We had two rooms and one of the rooms toilet had water overflowing from the top of the toilet and onto the floor. Room was changed but they were still dirty and housekeeping never cleaned our room. We booked for 2 nights but stayed only one night because of our experience the first night.
- 5/5
we all enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Pass after I messed it up. The mingle drink and snack evening beverages were so nice and more than expected! This hotel experience was lovely and everyone was so accommodating!
- 1/5
The first room was awful!!! The door was open and there were crumbs everywhere!!! It obviously hadn't been cleaned. Also there was mold all over the ceiling in both rooms. The second room wasn't much better. The mattress and cover were really stained. You could see it through the sheet. We were so tired at that point that we just covered the sheet with the blanket and bedspread and slept on top in our clothes and a throw we had in the car. Definitely not staying here again!!! I feel I should some type of compensation!!!
- 4/5
Awesome morning breakfast No closet in the room to hang up clothes Peanuts or other material on the floor clearly not vacuumed Excellent location
- 5/5
We had the enjoyment in Grapevine, TX. The Embassy Suite was so convenient and comfortable. We had a room with a view and a balcony. We were able to watch fireworks in many directions . Happy hour drinks and snacks were served right on time and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was accommodating when we needed sheets and towels. We will definitely be back.
- 4/5
A couple of the elevators did not work so wait time on the one working one was a little long but the property was clean & the breakfast included was fantastic.
- 5/5
Room could have been cleaner. Needed dusting and floor mopped in the bathroom. Needed some air freshener
- 2/5
The bathroom drain was also clogged, and the water would not drain at all.

It was awesome!!

Good stay
- 3/5
Two of four elevators were broken/out of service. Have to pay for parking that staff at check in does not reiterate nor make clear. Breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary. Can tell its powdered eggs and previously frozen pancakes. Would think for an advertised 4 Star hotel that quality would be better. The room took forever to cool down....but then again we are in excessive heat so that may play a factor. Location is wonderful and everything is nearby.
- 5/5
The outside of the hotel was well maintained. The rooms were very clean ....EXCELLENT STAFF
- 5/5
The stay was great. Parking was expensive
- 5/5
Loved the free happy hour and the food at the restaurant was superb
- 3/5
Our room had numerous stains of a dark color throughout the room. We had a bad experience in the restaurant after check in. We were seated our order was taken, our drinks were brought then our server just disappeared. A different server brought our food which included the incorrect salad and missing spinach and artichoke appetizer. She took back the incorrect salad brought the correct which was less than pleasing taste wise. They finally brought the appetizer after we starting eating our meals and it appeared to just be creamed spinach with chips not spinach and artichokes. After all of this still never saw our original server and never was checked on again. We had to complain about the appetizer and ask for a manager. Once she talked to the manager we were told our first server went on break and that the manager comped our entire check. Although that was more than generous and we greatly appreciated it, we were very surprised and disappointed about the overall experience at your property.
- 5/5
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice for the price. Great hotel. Will stay again next time we are in town.
- 4/5
The reins was clean but sheets were stained. Still a great stay.
- 5/5
Conveniently located, the staff was very helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing. Highly recommended.

- 2/5
Overall the place was fine but how parking was managed was horrendous. And two of the 4 elevators were broken the entire time I was there. The person that checked me in said nothing about parking; it took talking to someone else that I had to register my car via a third party QR Code (which is the last thing I want to do at 11 PM on a Friday parked behind the building). Then, on a Sunday, I was notified my parking had expired for some reason - when I finally got through to the front desk when offsite instead of help me they hung up on me because I was exhibiting frustration since I was concerned my car could have been towed. Definitely not cool.
- 4/5
Awesome hotel, the guest room needed cleaning.
- 5/5
It was comfy
- 1/5
Do not use this hotel! Unfortunately, we have stayed here numberous times. This time, our room was not ready, the pool was closed, the front revolving door was broken, the reception staff had a lousy did not care attitude! The bar was very overworked with a hotel booked party that day from 11:00 am. - 8:00 p.m. They were not notified, and said they would have brought additional staff on. The party was very loud with an open attrium. Very disappointed.
- 2/5
No parking at all then charge $20 per night as this place is a park and fly for DFW Airport not mentioned in the reservation. Disappointing from a disabled veteran. Long haul for the bag carry
- 5/5
nice place, very good service, free break fast happy hours etc highly recommended
- 5/5
Parking was also limited. While the mobile scan-and-pay system is a good idea, the hotel should place QR codes inside the lobby. Many guests missed the outside signs, assuming parking was included or handled at the front desk. I would stay here again, but only if the elevators and doors are fully repaired.
- 4/5
The revolving front door and two of the elevators weren’t operable. The ice machine on our floor was not working either. This made coming and going more challenging than necessary. The room was excellent. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was inconsistent. The first morning, part of the buffet was difficult to access because the foldable walls were extended early. There was also a scramble when they started to shut down the breakfast a few minutes early. The food itself was good and plentiful. The manager’s reception was nice. The bartenders were friendly and efficient. The snacks were limited but didn’t run out. The overall experience was good. These few access points and amenities being addressed would have made it great. A last point, I wish the hotel would have been more forthcoming about the parking charge. I don’t mind paying for parking but was surprised to be chador a self parking surface lot.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic (I had a custom made omelet), and the restaurant and bar staff were friendly and attentive as well. Overall wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this place.
- 5/5
I liked the room, buffet breakfast, and the shuttle service most.
- 5/5
Breakfast and the bar reminded me of why I always choose embassy suites!
- 2/5
An update to the furnishings in the room is needed. Even the public areas are showing their age. This used to be the nicest hotel in the area and Embassy has turned its head on updating the property. Unfortunate because a little focus on keeping it up to date would bring it back to what it used to be. Breakfast service was the highlight of the week's stay.
- 3/5
Hotel is very dated and house keeping was not great. Hotel needs a remodel. Would not stay again
- 3/5
Our in room safe was not working but they did fix it, Front staff was not very polite at check in.
- 2/5
This is the first time I have had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites hotel, and it was very frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
- 3/5
The presidential suite is not very presidential. It’s dated, Hot, stains, poor wall repairs, light switches don’t work.

It was raining and the dining room was leaking. There was a moldy smell in the room.
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
I like the big rooms with plenty of space. I wish that if you're staying in the hotel that you didn't have to pay for parking. Breakfast is good but why do you have to stand in the omelet line to get some bacon or sausage?
- 2/5
Poor experience, I don’t recomend this hotel
- 3/5
This used to be the only place tp stay ffor me while in the DFW area. You need to add 20 dollars per night per car for parking. Thats almost a 20 percent increase in "Per Night Cost". This cost was not mentioned to us until after we checked in. It's noy the money, it's the deception. Half the elevators were closed for mantainance. Hot Tub was eliminated but still advertized as a service provided (Big deal for me as I am Disabled due to bad auto wreck and deal with constant pain issues). Not "Open to Bass Pro Shop" like it used to be. Basically, it went from a high 4 to low Star Hotel and downgraded it to a mid range Star Hotel.
- 4/5
Daryl was very helpful and switch our room when we had issues with the first one. The first one had bugs, beds were not comfortable and the air conditioning took forever to get cold. We were moved to a new room. The rooms were not very clean. The showers/tubs need to be scrubbed they both have stains. There is water damage everywhere. The carpet on both rooms are stained. There was visible hair from men and women all in the bathroom. I recommend only getting an omelette because the other food was warm at best. There were four elevators but only two worked and at one point in our visit only one and we were on the top floor. This was our first time at this Embassy and it was not a good experience and not worth the money. The front desk people were so nice during check in as well as the maintenance man who checked our room the first night we arrived because the door was opened and all the lights were out so he checked it for us. The drinks at night are awesome and appreciative. I would say to have someone monitor the snacks left out because kids were touching stuff and running back to the pool.
- 5/5
Clean room and complementary breakfast was great.
- 5/5
The spacious suite was comfortable, spotless, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. I also loved the evening reception, which added an extra touch of hospitality and made the experience feel even more special. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure guests felt valued and comfortable. It’s clear that they take great pride in providing an excellent guest experience. I highly recommend Embassy Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next visit!
- 2/5
Was not the hotel it use to be. Ice machines were out of order on multiple floors. Elevators out of order. Mildew smell in the room. I think it was from tub/ shower drain that gurgled regularly. 20 plus $ per day to park. Won’t be back!
- 4/5
2 elevators not working, not enough luggage carts for a full house. Took forever to get up and down elevator due to the full house.
- 1/5
For over $200 a night, I expected A LOT MORE than what I got. The property was clean and that was nice, but over all… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will stay somewhere else when I visit DFW again.
- 5/5
Our stay was very pleasant! The room was very well cleaned and maintained daily as needed! The daily snacks in the room, evening finger foods, and 2 free drinks we're much enjoyed (we loved the fact they offered non alcoholic beverages as well because not everyone drinks alcohol)! The breakfast every morning was excellent and there was a wide variety of food offered! Even the pickiest of eaters are accommodated to! All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional! Mrs. Diana Medina was an excellent server and kept the breakfast area spotless, not to mention very friendly and made us all feel at home! The pool was very clean and enjoyable! For all the amenities included you can't beat the price of Embassy Suites per night! We would definitely recommend to any one! Oh and can't forget Bass Pro is literally next door for all the outdoorsy kinda people! *****
- 3/5
Our room was not very clean. The light switch was dirty. The carpet had some kind of specks on it. We put a towel on some spilt water and when picking up the towel it was covered in black specks. Maybe coffee grounds? Not sure. Someone else’s shoes were left in the room in the closet. They were expensive hiking sandals. I took them to the front desk and hope the owner finds them. There was also something like food or something on the wall. We love the setup of the room as a family of 5 but was a little disappointed in the cleanliness this time. We’ve stayed here many times and hoping this was just a slip up. We got in so late after traveling all day, it was definitely disappointing for as much as we paid.
- 3/5
Hotel itself was fine though the staff seemed a bit unorganized. A hotel staff member entered my room at 9:30 am the day of checkout while I was in the room. One knock and the door was open before I can get to it. This is unacceptable, especially for guests with families.
- 2/5
Rain water in the hotel and eating area and on the rails on the 12th floor. Room smelled moldy. Had to park a mile a way from hotel. Crazy!!!
- 4/5
Overall great place
