Breakfast, Quiet, Staff was professional and Location. The first night I saw a roach, the sofa bed was stained and had crumbs left in the bed (we didn't use it because of that) , the bedding was very dingy and it looked to be washed too many times. Our 4th night the room was supposed to be clean, the only thing housekeeping had done was made the bed. Didn't sweep nor wipe down anything. My stay was horrible and expensive. I usually stay at a different Comfort suite that's clean and half of the price paid but it wasn't available this time.

One night stay. The hotel is near DFW airport, guiet area and seemed safe. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub was huge, but there was no way to take a good hot soak, something was off with the way the hot water turns on. The breakfast was adequate.

Walked into the bathroom and was shocked to see a jacuzzi style tub with water jets. Most unexpected. Room key cards had to be inserted/removed multiple times to gain access.

I loved the breakfast. The sausage patties are usually dry at hotels. But these were juicy. There were some facilities that need upgrading but they accommodated what wasn’t working.

When we entered, the room had not had a nice smell. Everything was there The only thing I would suggest is the carpets were very dirty and you could use a very good cleaning. Other than that our stay was excellent and the breakfast was excellent. The help with the breakfast was excellent. Excellent excellent we would definitely stay again. Oh, for all, we definitely enjoyed our visit. I would just say that the carpets definitely in the near future need to be cleaned and there was a nice fragrant in the hallway. It was just extremely strong, almost a little bit overpowering, but it was still a nice fragrance.

Just the breakfast Rooms weren’t clean, my hot tub leaked water in my room and then when I got a new room, neither of my keys worked. To me I think I would have been satisfied with a free night because my night was not good with water all on the carpet flooring.

There were stains all over the couch and floor. Bed frame was broken and creaked whenever I turned over. If it hadn’t been so late when I checked in, I wouldn’t have stayed.

I stayed 2 nights over a weekend. We were on the first floor. The room smelled very musty and was very humid. Luckily I always bring a bathroom spray which helped a little. The carpet is dingy and needs replaced. The bathroom had a 2 person tub(not requested) but the bathroom needs some upgrades. The hotel would do itself a favor by upgrading the mirrors in the bathroom to LED mirrors. The mirrors are old and the mirror is chipping. There was also drywall damage that was not repaired well. The outlets were old and could use replacing so they aren’t the old beige. A fresh white would be less noticeable. I did not have breakfast. Parking is not great. The parking lot is shared with the hotel right next door, so it was full the first night because we got in late. There are so many hotels in the area. I would pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

Was a roach in the room

The room was ok. There was a leak in there, but it wasn’t bad. The lobby was very nice. My kids swam at the pool and when they were getting out, my youngest used the hand rails to get out. When we got to the room he was in so much pain. His hand was full of fiberglass splinters. I went to the front desk, and was met with no compassion or concern. I was just given 2 bandaids to try and pull them out.

Awesome staff,bfast and rooms

We had a big group from our church and everything went smooth and easy. We will definitely be staying again with our group. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

We checked in and the very next morning the manager accused me of smoking in the room I told him to check his camera I had just went out and smoked he wouldn't I smoke a pack a day and smell like cigarettes he just kept screaming at me they called police and threw us out but before they came he tried billing my card for 269.00 am h to call my card and choice hotels I'm not paying for the second night

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Convenient location. Across the hiway from Bass Pro Shops, and walking distance from Waffle House.

Everything went well staff was good very responsive and clean room food was good for breakfast

The first room had potato chip crumbs left from previous person all in the couch. The second room had rust stains all over the pull out couch mattress and the mattress was terrible. Breakfast was decent, staff was ok but not very welcoming. The pool was also terrible. The water was nasty and algae was along the walls.

The place it’s ok if you are just sleeping there. They have many issues with keys and even though it’s a non-smoking hotel, people smoke right outside the front door. Elevators smell like someone was smoking pot inside. The breakfast are it’s small but good flow of food.

Paid for a room for 5 people, it was not very clean and the pull out bed was covered in chips and had a dirty mattress. The staff had 1 blanket extra for the bed.

Booked this hotel because it was located within minutes of the DFW airport and they offered free airport shuttle service. It was priced a little higher than the other hotels, but I justified it was because the hotel was nicer. Paid for hotel prior to arrival, required because it was booked same day. After arriving and checking in, I noticed a letter on at the check-in desk that stated the complimentary airport shuttle hours had changed from 3:30am to 12pm to 4:00am to 11:00pm. It stated because seating is limited, they required you to make a reservation. Before leaving the counter, I told the lady that I needed to make a reservation for the following day for the airport shuttle. She proceeded to tell me that right now they don't have a shuttle service that their van has been down. Sorry but we can't help you. This of course was a huge issue because this was the main reason I stayed at this particular hotel was because they offered a complimentary airport shuttle. She wasn't able to help with an uber, refund or anything! At this point it was late and I just gave up trying to find another hotel, so I stayed. Once I was settled in and I got in bed I kept smelling something awful. I looked over the blanket, and I noticed there was several small circular stains similar to pee stains and stains closer to the top. They still had rings around them and smelled fresh. I was disgusted, needless to say I didn't get much sleep after that.

Decent breakfast area but also walking distance from Waffle House. If I had to stay more than the 1 night I booked, I would have changed hotels.

There was a dirty washcloth left on top of the shower curtain rod, the vent fan was filthy the tub stained and the tub faucet kept dripping even after being turned all the way off.

Wifi sucks

Sheets had stains and hairs on the sheets when we were checking the bed. Room never cleaned for the 4 nights that we were there. Breakfast was ok until this morning: No forks, no meat, only one juice option and no coffee. I normally stay at Comfort Inn for the spacious rooms but this one had small rooms. My second thought was that I should have booked the Hampton Inn next door instead.

Very clean room, great size for price. Quiet halls and great breakfast options. Professional and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub is too high for a senior to climb over the side. The floor of the hot tub is too slippery. Had to shower holding the grab bar the entire time.

The staff were not helpful. I got charged a $50 fee… that was supposed to be credited back. Never happened. When i tried checking out I was ignored but had two small children with me so just had to leave. It was just an odd experience. Breakfast was a mess. Not enough room, food, or organization.

Didn’t care for breakfast scrambled eggs were very watery. Settled for a waffle instead.

This hotel was so nice! You get complimentary lemon water in the lobby. There was a variety of food for breakfast. The rooms are spacious. Everything was clean.

Pool and hottub were closed. No sign was up to say why. We were not informed at check in that they were closed. I admit we didn't ask if they were open we just assumed they were. Room was clean bur pillows on bed were somewhat lumpy.

Staff are nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean, however, some places in the bathroom had mold. The aircon made loud noise.

The week before I booked my reservation, I called the motel and spoke to the manager specifically asking if the shuttle could drop my wife off at the mall and she replied that would be no problem so I booked the room. The next week when we arrived and checked in they refused to drop her off at the mall. We will not be staying at this property again. And the breakfast wasnt that good either.

Hotel smelled bad, carpet dirty not vacuumed, we did not stay the night, we asked for a refund after seeing the condition of the beds and stained dirty sheets.

Pros: Room was a good size. shower/tub was big. Small soap bars & toilet paper furnished upon request. Hallways smell nice & lemony (too bad room was not as clean as the hall smelled). Breakfast (scrambled egg, sausage links, bread, yogurt, cereal, waffle) provided. Plenty of parking. Lobby desk staff provided good customer service.

The room itself was not very clean. The front desk attendant tried hitting on me in the evening when I was simply looking to schedule my morning shuttle. In the morning he proceeded to pull up my personal social media platforms which he must have used my info from the hotel to do, and asked me to take a picture with him.

The staff was friendly, and the location was ideal for our visit. Unfortunately, the room itself was lacking. It felt outdated and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We chose not to sit on the couch because it had noticeable stains. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. Overall, this is one of those hotels where you get what you pay for.

There is no hot tub at this hotel even though the hotel info says that that do on hotels.com. The hot tub was the biggest reason we picked this place, our family was very upset to find out they didn't have one when we got there.
