Well maintained basic 3 star hotel. My room was on highway side which had some noise. Not their fault but need to know. Ask for the back if you’re sensitive. Breakfast was good! Bath products above average. Staff. Very nice.

When I arrive the young lady that assisted with check was extremely nice and cheerful and the young lady that I checked out with was friendly as well. The only thing that wasn't up to my standards was cleanliness of the room. Im a bit of a clean freak so finding hair on counters and floor was a no for me and floors not being as clean they looked. I walked barefoot on floor and feet turn black from grime. Also the water form sink and shower had a strange smell kinda of like sewage. And base of toliet was loose it was missing a screw. Other than extremely thin floors and a loud upstairs neighbor the overall stay was okay.

It was clean and the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. One of the cleaning products used was way too strong.

The whole atmosphere was great. The staff was super nice! Checked on me after I checked in, letting me know if I need anything. Stayed there due to us going to the BTS concert. They also gave us water upon arrival. Will be staying there again.

The proximity to at&t stadium was convenient. The facility was nice You could hear a lot of road noise and you could hear the neighbors above you

I enjoyed my stay. Worth the money. The refrigerator in the room did not work. When I notified the front desk, they came and changed out the refrigerator

The staff was friendly, patient and informative. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The gym was awesome. The breakfast selection was small but thats fine because I wanted to enjoy what the city has to offer.

None to share, just wish the star rating matched the experience. The staff was great; however, the bed was uncomfortable, guests above me was heard walking all night due to wooden floors, breakfast was good for options, but okay for taste.

I loved the space, the bathroom was cozy. The atmosphere was great. The Main blanket had dried blood on it at the foot of the bed! Didn’t notice it at the time. Until I got ready to lay down! Didn’t won’t to complain so I just removed the blanket

For the price we paid for 3 rooms for two nights, I really can’t complain! Our rooms were all very clean. No weird musty smells like in some hotels. The noise from the highway bothered me a bit the first night, but that’s really just part of the location. We stayed to be close to hurricane harbor! Breakfast in the mornings was nice too- nothing great, but clean and edible and did the job! I would stay there again for sure. It would be nice if it had a pool, but for this specific trip we didn’t mind since we were headed to the waterpark!

Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Only problem was all night loud mechanical noise in room that precluded sleep. Was offered different room at 2am, and ear plugs at 4:30am. Still no sleep. Was told management would call and offer refund, that didn’t happen. They were going to put my room out of order until they figured it out.

Check-in was seamless, and the staff was excellent. Very clean in appearance and felt comfortable. The professional team went to the extent of advising us that breakfast would be ending soon and asking whether we needed anything before it closed. Excellent parking and location. EV charging is within minutes for your vehicle, and two malls in different directions are within minutes for shopping. Walking distance to a convenience store as well. I will be booking again when visiting the area. I am a Marriott member, and Hotels.com was a better rate, hands down. Thanks!

One of the best places I've stayed—close to the airport and T&T Stadium, and the price is very reasonable.

Hotel was okay, but way too noisy for light sleeper. I could hear the traffic on the freeway and the AC made lots of noise and smelled bad. Cleaning was 7/10.

Clean, convenient location, great staff. Only issue I encountered was the fitness equipment was inoperable due to technical issues, and the breakfast did not have some of the basic condiments such as hot sauce, sugar free syrup, etc. Otherwise a great stay and would certainly stay again

Bed was harder than expected but it was a clean hotel. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

THE STAFF WERE NICE AND VERY ATTENTIVE. CLEAN ROOM AND HOTEL IN GENERAL. MY SHOWER LEAKED AND I INFORMED THE FRONT DESK AND SHE PROMPTLY PUT IN A WORK ORDER TO HAVE IT FIXED.

Everything was pretty good except I woke up one morning with a bug crawling on my bed.

Everything was amazing. Staff was wonderful and so helpful. My only small complaint would be better bedsheets that microfiber stuff is yucky.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. I do wish that Hilton would upgrade their bedding in all their hotels. Very thin comforters that barely cover the top of the bed. No excuse for this!

Rude & harassing front desk Employees , they speak badly and gossip among themselves at ear shot about the guests I do not recommend at all . Rooms were dusty and towels had hair ,empty dispensers in restroom.

The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable enough and the bathroom clean and in good condition. The only complaint and it’s not a small one is the that the air conditioner was so loud that it kept us awake all night. If not for that I would say that this hotel is a very good value but you need to use ear plugs to get a quiet nights sleep.

The hotel appears very գեղեցous from the outside; however, the experience inside the room was disappointing. There was a strong and unpleasant odor, the source of which was unclear. Additionally, the level of customer service was extremely poor—among the worst I have ever encountered.

Thermostat was turned off in our room when we arrived so it was 80 degrees in the room and smelled musty. Otherwise an excellent stay. Employees were incredibly kind. Breakfast was decent. Contact from the hotel was a little over the top. They called to find out what time we were arriving, sent a text after we checked in and another text the next day to see how are stay was

My room was super clean super modern. I couldn’t ask for a better room especially at that price point. Everything looks like it was brand new.

Room was clean and check in a breeze. Only issue was peeling paint above the heater but not an issue for us because we didn't need heat nor AC on this trip.

My quirk is small but significant to me - during breakfast, the butter was always left in the refrigerator. cold and hard, which made it impossible to spread on any item. My suggestion would be, when the staff is setting up, leave the butter and cream cheese out. Thanks.

Staff was amazing- especially Marissa. She went out of her way to make people feel welcome and try to accommodate. The Hilton system was down- we were not able to check in and had to wait over an hour. I understand that the entire system was down, but there needs to be a contingency plan for when that happens again. People can't just pile in the lobby and wait-- we had no idea when or if it would be back up and there was nothing they could do. Marissa was put in a terrible situation, but handled it with professionalism and friendliness-- when many, many people were irate.

The hotel advertisement said breakfast is open from 6:30-10am daily, yet it closed at 9:30am each day we were there. We contacted the property on Friday to see if we could get an early check in and the person at the front desk told us we could for a $20 fee. I told her exactly when we would arrive and when we did, no one was at the front desk or could be found. We waited for quite some time and even called the hotel, to no avail. My husband went and found a maid and she found the person who was supposed to be at the front desk. Later, we noticed that there was some plaster peeling off the wall in our room and if you get a room on the highway side, be prepared to hear it all night. Then my daughter took a shower and since the door to the shower wouldn’t close all the way, it soaked the floor in the bathroom and some of her clothes, etc. We had to change rooms. This was definitely not our typical Hilton experience. Very disappointing.

The rooms are very clean. Staff is always helpful. Only thing missing is a in room coffee machine. Coffee is always available on the 1st floor but prefer to not have to go down to get it.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. I like how easy it was to get to AT&T Stadium.

Good place all in all. The breakfast was amongst the worst I've had at hotels. I did like the stylish and minimal design of the room and building.

Very quick last minute stay. Hotel was very clean, staff was great, check out was 12pm which was nice. It was very easy to get to off the interstate. Safe neighborhood. Pool table and games in the lobby. Neat touch that they had a dry erase board with local information.

We had some issue of our flight and manager Pete was awesome help. He is so polite and kind person. This hotel is lucky to have him.
