Hall smelled like smoke, room smells like mold, dirty pillows, broken AC. Spider on my pillow. $80 per night for this is diabolical. Thank God for La Quinta next door.

Alex, at the desk was so awesome. He made me feel at home. The hotel was in a great location. It was a quiet area. It did not have many amenities. Some areas had carpet that had a musty smell. Our sheets were old and worn. The bed was comfortable. We honestly slept on top of the covers. The room temperature was comfortable. You have 3 hotels right next to each other. You have expensive, medium price and low quality. This is the medium price option.

The hotel was pretty good for the price. It was super warm in the lobby/hallways, but inside the room was nice and cool. Location was close to six flags, globe life field, etc. Staff was friendly. No elevators that I saw and the stairs were short but overall, not bad at all.

No breakfast drinks machine were working.

Its a 2 story hotel without an elevator. My room was upstairs. The staff moved us downstairs, which was nice. As we walked passed the lobby there was an awful smell. We stayed there 2 days, & the smell was there for both days. The carpet in the hallway is outdated. A green and brown carpet. When we walked into our room, it had a mildew odor. Like if they had a water leak previously. Location was good. Other than that, our stay was ok.

Staff was welcoming and helpful! Quick check in and out. The property is older and was recently painted inside i think... The beds were clean and very comfortable; however, the hallways and floors need cleaned. It seemed humid and musky with slight odor, but room was clean overall. Wee just needed a clean safe place to stay overnight so it was worth the clean comfortable bed!

At first I was skeptical about staying overnight and then when I checked in and went to check my room out, I was very pleased and the price was very affordable for a one night.All these years being working out in this area I had never stayed here before due to my job out here and late hours.I will be booking a room again and it was so peaceful and the Parking was great.

The room was clean enough. There was no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was poor. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room well enough for the TX heat.

I asked them for sheets without holes in them. He explained to me that these are the sheets for the room. I asked twice. The chairs in the room were so dirty it will blow your mind. The A/C would not decrease in temperature. Th front desk didn’t even tell us the phone to call the front desk wasn’t working. Television will not have what you are talking expecting at minimum. I promise you I am not lying. Do not book a room here.

The hotel is a lot older and lacks an elevator so definitely not great for people who need accommodations. That being said, the staff was friendly and very helpful, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was mediocre, the bagels were kinda stale and the orange juice didn’t taste like orange juice but not a deal breaker for me. Would come back and stay again.

The place was a clean and quiet. The staff, they are very friendly and helpful . If you are a solo travel , just have to be careful that the door completely shuts and latches because there was a few situations where I had to slam the door or play with the door for it to latch all the way.

The room itself, was a basic room no ventilation in the bathroom, it took a minute for the water to get hot. There wasn't a safe to keep valuable items. Definitely, a booty call hotel......

Great location, fair pricing, kind staff - but this place is old and dirty. My feet were black from walking on the floor barefoot, the room had a stench, and the vent fan in the bathroom didn't work. But you get what you pay for!

Nice enough staff and property was alright. The only thing is the reservation said Queen beds when the beds were actually full size. Feel like it was false advertising. Holes upstairs were really warm, smelled like marijuana, and the room smelled musty upon entering. Probably due to the AC being turned off.

We were only there for 1 night before flying out of DFW which is fairly close. The room was adequate and clean, the king bed was comfortable. We had a good night sleep. It was a short UBER ride to Epic central where there are some good restaurants with a view of a man made lake. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early without an extra fee. It’s not the Ritz but it was exactly what we needed for a afternoon/night and early flight in the morning.

Did not get checked in. Front desk was extremely rude. I was told there was no reservation. They had several locations in the area and that I was at the wrong one. Clearly I had address from booking. I was never checked in and they won’t refund.

We were very comfortable at this hotel. The room was comfortable and very quiet and there was a very nice breakfast included in the price. I want especially to emphasize that the front desk worker Alex went out of his way to help us in many different ways and we are grateful. We are coming back to Dallas twice in the next 2 months and we will stay there both times.

Parking was great. Having to go up a very narrow stairway with no elevator was not so great.

The staff were friendly and accomofated with last accessibility room! That was the end of a good stay. The neighbor had tv full volume to approx 8 am. We could hear word for word everything from their tv. Finally 8 am tv turns off and then a phone video starts loud as can be. Porn... No sleep the entire night. Watch what you want but lets do it at a reasonable level. Horroble stay because of others staying there.

The photos are not from this location. It is not nearly as clean or updated as the photos. It also still allows smoking rooms making the whole place smell like smoke regardless of its a smoking room or not.

Nice people cheap price close to plenty. Shower water pressure was low but that is the only complaint. Would stay again if needed too.

There was a 2 inch long (thankfully) dead cockroach in the room and the bed linens were covered in hair. The lobby looked clean but the room left a lot to be desired even in the most simple ways.

Friendly staff and convenient location but seems like every time I walked through the hallway it smelled like an ashtray. Water pressure in the shower was kind of low. Other than that I always had fresh towels and room was cleaned every day.

The room was very dark due to poor lighting and very dark paint on the walls. The ac unit in the room worked well but really stunk the room up. I assumed the filters/unit needed cleaning and were the cause of the musty, old room smell. The bed was comfortable but I was a bit icked out by the makeup that was left on one of the pillows by a previous traveler. It made me question if they even changed the sheets after checkout. My sheets were clean but the dirty pillow made me uneasy and glad I had brought my own pillow. The dust ruffle hanging under the bed had “stains” on it. I did not want to know what it was, but my imagination filled in the blanks. There is not a coffee maker in the room. The microwave that was in the room looked like it belonged in the break room at work. It was clean enough but food was caked in the cracks and wheels under the turntable. At one point the hallway and lobby wreaked of marijuana. I know people are going to do what they do in their room but the hotel should have been proactive on removing the smell and finding the source. The free breakfast is a hard pass. Very limited and mostly carb heavy choices. Overall the room “worked” but I was very uncomfortable wondering about the cleanliness of things during my stay.

Overnight trip to the Melissa Etheridge concert. This hotel was close to venue. It was clean but the lobby smelled like pot and my room reeked - like absolutely reeked of either perfume or perfume like cleaning products. I am a migraine person so smells are such a big deal to me so to be hit by the pot smell and then moments later assaulted by the perfume, was horrible.

While we were out it seems the housekeeping took our used towels but didn't give us any new ones so I had to go to the front desk to get some. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel while on a trip, this place will do great.
