Has bed bugs , got bit instantly once I laid now my arms are bit up.

clean. Only complaint was that the blankets were a bit thin, and there was no shampoo in the room but other than that we had a greatsta and would come back again

The property was in a very convenient location. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly and considerate. The staff member named Angel was very kind and provided great customer service. I will definitely stay again whenever I am in town.

The two double bed room we stayed in was very spacious and had a big fridge. We really enjoyed the stay and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely come back!

Beds are okay. They might be smaller than your avereage bed but usefull. Rooms are decent and clean. Checkin personal are very friendly and helpful! Overall good stay.

Room had a bad smell from the blankets, blankets smelled like they don’t wash them. Shower was leaking out the wall when you turned it on. They didn’t want to give us extra towels, they did not clean or change our sheets and blankets the next day. Mattress is not comfortable at all, pillows are flat and when we did get towels they smelled

very convenient to our location that we needed to be at. Hot water was the best I ever had, compared to other high in places. ... air conditioner worked amazing stay Cold all night long.. the receptionist was so lovely and so professional. Love her.. I like everything about it..

Staff was pleasant. Rooms were not that clean. We had no amenities!!!! Just a bed and tv. No refrigerator or microwave. Ppl were knocking on our room door all times of the day and night and staff wouldn’t address any issues. Key card didn’t work. Hotel can be comfortable if they upgrade and not lie on the site!

Staff was very friendly the rooms could use a lil more attention to cleaning the door knob needed to finagled to ensure it closed correctly I was charged more than what I booked it for not including my pet fees I expected that much the location of this place was very convenient

There was no fridge, the pool was filled with dirt, no coffee maker (all of this was advertised). They then knocked on my door at 9AM and asked me to leave; even though check-out was 11AM. When I checked in there was a female (nude) with an open bathrobe walking through the parking lot. (And it was not one of those fantasy model types, so wasn't impressed with the sight.) Toilet was leaking at the base, smelled like a sewer in the bathroom (I kept the door closed and fan on). I have photos of all of this of course - and will make a complaint to the State of Texas on it.

This hotel was suppose to be a studio 6 Our room was clean but worn out.i was charged a 50 dollar security deposit. their is nothing in this place worth that much. Tha grounds were unkempt. Also the romm had no microwave, they said some of the roooms had it. very misleading

Staff was nice, room had air conditioning, it didn’t look dirty at all but many cockroaches and flying bugs came into the room. It’s good for the price and if you just want a quick stay.

Everything was great the staff was also great! But the door knob to our room was broken…it was a WAR to open it even gave up sometimes and sat in the car, other than that the place is clean staff is nice, and parking is also easy.

It was nice for what we needed. the room was small but clean and did not have carpet, this is a plus for me. The only thing was the bed was noisy. It was a platform bed and the bottom was metal. every time we moved or sat on the bed it made a gong like a drum. we were laughing all night.

Scary! many in this facility are living here by the week or month, so trash piles up. Tents in nearby woods. Pool tarped and slimy. First 2 rooms young manager showed me had issues ..one the entry fob couldn't unlock, so you'd have to go to office EVERY time u wanted back in finally, 3rd room looked ok, tho I had to go to office to get coffeemaker (listed as standard on property writeup as was pool). surprise ..not ONE plate, utensil, pots/pan...never rented a suite I had to bring my own EVERYTHING. And inside safety lock was dangerous ...had to cram the door in the jamb and VERY DIFFICULT to open safety lock ...illegal

The room next to mine was occupied by a repo driver who was apparently living there, and I saw a couple of other guests who looked long-term. Sheets on the bed were worn through in spots. But the AC was cold and the shower was hot, the outlets worked and all that. Next time I might spend a little more and stay somewhere newer, but this wasn't bad.
