Room seem little dirty in an older area

Don't book! The bathroom of our room had not been cleaned and the bathroom smelled like mildew so badly we couldn't use the shower. The AC was a window unit that didn't work. I can't believe this place was under the Hilton name, as if felt more like a motel.

Kourtney at the reception desk was a pleasure to deal with. She was able to solve a booking issue I had quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. True professional.

I like everything, clean, friendly personal.

Amazing hotel for a great price. Everything is near. Everything in the area is 10-25 minutes distance. A lot of food options near it. Great discount at iHop. Great staff. Great room.

My second time to stayed in this hotel. The cleanliness was super. The staff was awesome. If making changes for improvement, maybe a microwave inside the room.

Not the cleanest Hilton property I have stayed at; the carpet in the hallways had stains and obviously had not been cleaned in sometime though they are regularly vacuumed. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, everyone with a smile and eager to assist. The only downfall of this property was the cleanliness. Just the small things like the carpets with stains, dust on the vents, walls and trim with marks from many people touching or leaning against them, that sort of thing. That said, I would stay here again.

Don’t be fooled like we were…it may say Hilton but was a refurbished older hotel. Rooms were small and although they gave it a complete facelift very dated building

The system was down when we arrived. We sat in the lobby for an hour. I Aries at the desk for more information and nobody helped me; they just continued to work on their computers. When we got to our room, it had a wet smell. The hallways smell like weed and smoke. The pool had tiles falling off, super cloudy water. There were no pool towels and someone brought out bath mats instead of pool towels. In our bathroom, there was a hole in the wall that was filled with tissue paper. Our trash was full so we called and asked for a new bag and they said we had to come get it. Overall the cleanliness and service was not good. It’s nice to save money but this isn’t worth it.

Location only Hotel is old just covered in another coat of paint. Found 3 roaches in the room, one dead in fridge, mold on the ceiling, shower did not have any pressure, blood spot on shower curtain. Left message with front desk Melanie I believe she was very helpful and told me to write down everything. I was told the manager would reach out and so far I've called 5 times and have gotten the run around on when he comes in at this point I think I am being avoided. I had another stay upcoming in another month but will definitely be canceling.

Bed was clean. That’s about all it has going for it. Everything else. The property is run down, the staff is rude and unhelpful. We were out of shampoo and the staff member gave me an almost empty bottle and said they were out of shampoo. The rooms are noisy and the part of town feels unsafe. I would not stay here again if it was the last place in Arlington.

We followed up the next morning. Maintenance was coming, we were told. They never came. Again, night 2, no refunds, no room changes. We expressed our disappointment at the end of the stay and were only given 35% off our stay, a minor amount considering the loss of sleep from no air conditioning in the nasty, humid room. The hotel also was quite dirty, especially the floors in the hallway. And the breakfast was very underwhelming. Would not recommend.

We arrived and the computer system was down. The young lady and tall gentleman handled it very professionally and smooth. Amazing front desk staff. Seemless check-in. Kudos to those two!

Free breakfast and great rate but even though “recently renovated and non-smoking,” the rust was just painted over and everything still smelled like smoke. In 24 hours, the floors to the elevator were never cleaned, elevator had food in it, never cleaned, pool and lobby didn’t close at 10pm, food was left in our fridge from previous guest and sheets stained. Front desk guy was very friendly but needs more help, it was gross and will not be back.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The property felt worn and not well maintained, with chipped paint, cracked tile, low water pressure, outdated fixtures, and an overall dingy feel. Cleanliness could also be improved. The complimentary breakfast wasn't worth waking up for, and when we requested towels, we had to go pick them up ourselves instead of having them delivered. The parking lot also felt a bit sketchy at night. While the location near IHOP was convenient, it also brought a lot of late-night activity, and the parking area wasn't gated or secured. We understand this is an economy hotel, but we've had much better experiences at similarly rated 3-star properties. We appreciate having a place to stay when options were limited and the location was convenientat onky about 10 minutesaway from our destination, but we would choose a different hotel on our next visit.

Bathtub was difficult the towel were scratchy. The cord was cut then the wires were inserted in a power strip then a plug on top. Won’t stay there again

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Grounds and hotel were not the cleaniest. Had trash outside and in the hotel hallway.

The room was clean, and the staff was nice, the breakfast was good and had a variety of foods. And even thought the shuttle for the airport is old it was good and brought us to and from.

The front desk, Anaes (sorry if I misspelled his name) was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again!

They were supposed to clean our and didn't come. We stayed for 3 nights. The room acoustics were terrible on the 3rd floor. We heard kids crying and yelling, a couple arguments (clear) and what we believed were them later having sex. We shouldn't have never been able to hear all those actions in our room once the doors closed. The carpet in our room felt moist and left our socks so dirty we left them. The staff was nice and friendly and gave us new towels everytime we asked but only apologized for them not cleaning our room never offered to have it done. Very disappointed in our stay.

I didn’t like the way the bathroom looked tub faucet stay running no drainage catch in the tub hot water never got hot the shower head don’t work properly and I seen baby roaches in the bathroom floor and had one in my luggage bag never been to I hotel then run down and I have pictures also I need to email to the hotel headquarters

The breakfast was just okay, with the usual offerings and nothing particularly memorable. The one exception was the yogurt machine, which I really enjoyed and was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a decent place to spend the night, made better by the excellent customer service at check-in, and fabulous air conditioning

Staff was very friendly and helpful I had issues with my keys few times and they solved the issue quick everybody had a smile and you were acknowledge by every staff the issue was that the overall hotel was dirty since the lobby to the room every trash was full the floors were dirty in my room there was a problem of mini roaches we had to kill few of them, they were yellow spots on side of toilet there was hair in bathtub and yellow spots on sink legs the elevators need maintenance they were also dirty. Breakfast was ok will save you some money instead of going to starbucks to get the same thing.

The stay was ok , I feel like the property is a little run down from what it looks in the pictures! The hand bar soap that was in the bathroom was wet and used and was put back on the box! Gross!!

It was a place to spend the night. Priced decent. However it seems to not be maintained well. Also the hallway wreaked of Marijuana.

Enjoyed the stay as we stayed here for one evening and it was small however it was clean. Nice breakfast options and the staff was extremely hospitality and accommodating. The tub areas can receive some upgrades and it would be a solid stay. I was pleased overall and would stay again. A bonus, check out is at noon!

Perfect stay!!!

Overall, the room served its purpose for a an overnight stay before Fifa. The bed was extremely comfy. The room and bathroom are very small. The floor was soaked near the AC. It's a nicer version of a Motel 6 or Super 8. The build seems older, creaky elevators, an odd smell. Would I stay here again? Only if I was looking for a cheaper hotel or last minute booking. This is not for the luxury by any means but overall a decent night's sleep. Staff was nice, no signs of bugs.

Breakfast could be a bit better, very continental style fast breakfast. Would like a little more variety

The staff at this property assured me that if I cancelled I would only incur a fee for the first night and would be refunded for nights 2 and 3 even after I asked for assurance. They did charge me all 3 nights and the management refused to help in any way or to honor what their staff told me. They are liars with no morals. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel as they are not trustworthy and don’t care about customers, only taking your money.

Way overpriced for sure

- The elevator doors are bent and make a loud squeaking noise when they open and close. I imagine t his is disruptive to the customers who have rooms across from the doors. My room in particular had a damp musty odor when I got to it. In the morning I informed the desk clerk. They said they would send up some room deodorizer but it never arrived. The hotel was centrally located for the purpose of my stay which was the most The room was clean except for the smell. The breakfast was included with my room and it was very good. The lady that brought the breakfast was kind and helpful. She also kept the area clean and made sure there was enough food for everyone. When I return I will be using a different hotel for my stay.

The staff were very helpful even past midnight and were willing to talk to us on what we could do to pass the time and great places to eat. I honestly think I would have been missing out on a good experience if it weren’t for the staff recommendations and advice on how to travel.

the toilet seat was broken and was never fixed!!!!!!!!

Our first room had a bubble in the ceiling with mold in it. The second room had several stains on the walls, hair in the bathroom and trash under one of the beds. At 4:15 in the morning the guests in the ajoining room began beating on the door and talking very loudly. We had to call the front desk to report them. It then got quiet for about 4 hours, but they were back up about 8 with more loud talking and music.

The breakfast was good, but definitely a TRUE continental breakfast...bagels, cereal (hot & cold), yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, tea. Shared microwave in the lobby with mini convenient store. Mini fridge in room. IHOP located next door, you can easily walk to it. I didn't go, but nice to know there was something close open 24HRS. 7 Eleven located over the bridge for snacks, food, ice & gas. Not bad, since they started in TX. They even sell a Japanese egg sando (not exactly the same, but not bad either). Overall, good experience. I would stay again, if in the area & close to Six Flags.

I regularly stay at the Spark Hilton hotel when I travel from Houston to Dallas. Last time, I made a reservation through Expedia for the Spark Hilton by the airport. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to an emergency and needed to leave Dallas. However, the hotel refused to refund my payment. I am a VIP member with Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel manager on my behalf, but the manager still refused. I understand that, since I confirmed the booking, it might be non-refundable, but given that I have been a loyal guest for over a year, they could have made an exception. Because of this, I will no longer choose Spark Hilton in the future.

Air conditioning It didn't cool down well

Older property that gets the job done. It could've been a little cleaner in the room. Mini fridge, no freezer or microwave. Ice machine and microwave on the first floor. Breakfast consisted of a yogurt machine and some toppings, plenty of bagels and spreads, cereal and orange juice. Elevators were old and wonky and we avoided them after the first use.

This property looks like Hilton took a motel six and put new paint on it. The elevators are old and make noises as if they are right on the brink of falling to your demise. The breakfast choices are minimal. The rooms are tiny, they could barely fit the two beds. With the door sensors falling off for multiple rooms, literally littering the hallway. The parking situation is ridiculous, they have enough for fifty cars with a four floor hotel. The air conditioning is from 2006. 2/10 would not recommend

Tv was not the easiest to operate.

Bathroom was not working in the room and there was no water the last 2 days of stay. They didn't change out sheets or towels even after being requested. There was no water in the microwave in the room as promised a

The refrigerator in the room made awful noises. The elevator doors were WAY DAMAGED. Made an awful screeching sound.

The staff was nice but supposedly the elevator was not working properly and we were told if we got stuck, to pull the doors and push a latch to open it.

We did not have the best experience, our pillows smelled sweaty and like mildew. Our bathroom smelled funny and not clean. Only one elevator was working, which was an inconvenience. We had only partial roll of toilet paper upon arrival and had to go to front desk to get another.

One of the cleanest hotels for cheap

Easy check in and check out. The lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was perfect. The air conditioning was exceptional. The bathroom was very clean also. We will return.

room is small as well with the king size bed. Looked like they were doing some upgrades. Looks like another older property has pool up front. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was ok just cereal yogurt juice coffee danishes. Nothing fancy since there's a IHOP right next door that good. Staff was friendly. Parking is great along the sides of property and also parking in a gated area next to hotel. Overall for what we needed it. It was good.
