I’ll be honest. There were cockroaches in my room. The room door key did not work. I had to go to the front desk no less than four times in a two night stay to ask for them to help me open my room because the door key didn’t work even after they reset it maaaany times. Even the cleaning employee couldn’t open my door. I told the front desk we’d be out until 1am and wouldn’t be able to get into our room and they just said they’d be there. We ended up not leaving after the last time because we didn’t want to get locked out all night. So besides the door key not working and the roaches it was all the usual for a low budget hotel.

Back door card reader didn’t work so we had to walk around, defeating purpose of parking closer to room for easy roll out. Breakfast was overall good, nothing special but definitely got job done. We stayed here because it was the cheapest nicer hotel close to oulets. Next time we’ll spend the extra money and get cleaner, nicer stay.

The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was awesome and friendly!! The area were the hotel was located was great!! The person at the desk in the morning time was pleasant and welcoming. The lobby area was beautiful!! The rooms could use some updates. Couch was broken down. The breakfast could have been better. Late check out was not an option. The phone in the room did not work. No elevated and we had alot of luggage!! The check in person was not welcoming and was somewhat rude!!

Exceptional

Day two: Head to the common area for breakfast and inevitably my first disappointment of the day. 6 oz coffee cups and individually wrapped generic hostess cakes and muffins. There was some fruit if I remember correctly but overall it was a fail. I also learn the keys don’t work on the outside entrances. I booked 3 nights and decided I would just deal with it, rather than switching hotels. Until…I woke up on day three to find a bug in the bathroom that I’m certain could’ve been saddled and broke to ride. This little armored dung beetle/hissing cockroach hybrid abomination had found his way onto his back, and that’s where he stayed. I packed my stuff and headed straight to the front desk. Right past the “Big Deborah” snack cakes, did not collect 200 of anything except regret.

The room smells like mold. Carpet feels icky. I left a day earlier than planned because of the smell.

Accommodations met our expectations.

overpriced, Really bad location , Shady people around property, When you are parking there is a big sign about them not being responsible for thefts, a lady outside hanging by pool cabana that is pretty much open to anybody on the street she that looked on drugs kept looking at my 13 year old daughter and making hand signs. My daughter was scared of going back to this hotel after dinner. No elevator. Breakfast was a joke

Front desk person was never at the desk. When I checked in I waited at the front desk for about 15-20min before the front desk person came to check me in, and that was after ringing the bell twice. They don't have an elevator and when I got to my room on the 2nd floor with 4 bags my room was hot and smelled like urine. My sheets also had hair in them which made me believe they weren't changed or the person changing the bed had alot of hair shedding. Also the bath tub looked nasty. The breakfast options were horrible they only had the options of yogurt, honey buns, cereal, bananas/apples and thick nasty waffles. I would never stay there again!!

As soon as I walked in there was a gentleman checking in so I stood behind him to check in too. I guess the computer was down or not working properly so we waited like 15min. Computer worked finally and gentleman checked in. the clerk stares at me and asks if im checking in too as I responded yes he's like " I need your ID" not a greeting or anything. He takes my ID and plugs it into the computer, gives it back and says room is upstairs and the stairs are over there. We get situated and finally resting, the internet does not work even when plugging in the room # and info. The damn tv is not working either. We sleep and we all woke up with bites everywhere! Hive looking things and itchy as hell! We paid for 2 nights which you know its not what a damn coincidence! We picked up our stuff and left. O stars if i could. I do not recommend this place at all!! Walking around here looking like I have STDs all over my arms!!

Room needed deep cleaning. There was mold around tub and shower. Grounds were shabby.

The stay was pleasant. There is 2 floors but no elevator. Clean comfortable room.

This was a decent stay for the price. The hotel needs to be upgraded, but the room was clean, the service was efficient and friendly and the location is easy to get to. Although at first glance it may seem sketchy, it met our needs of a clean and comfortable bed to sleep in.

Terrible service the person that is supposed to give us the key card wasn’t up there when my parents arrived before me.They had to wait 20 minutes while the worker got of his vehicle and ran inside.He told her here’s the paper and key card just walked away and left in his vehicle.Then a few minutes later I arrived…. Same thing happened to me. I have to wait 30 minutes to get check in plus even worse the rooms smell like smoke and weed never been more disappointed me and my family have been traveling to Dallas and staying in the same hotel never again ….

I would not stay here again the smell of the rooms they’re non-smoking so you pay a nice penny for non-smoking but yet the room still smells like smoke need new paint job my tub looked dirty, but was bleached by me myself never again last option

Roaches in my room was very shocking. The manager was very accommodating as a result. Uncomfortable about traveling for a while after experiencing such.

It served its purpose for me to get a place to sleep for the night after getting out of an event late, but I didn't appreciate having to wait nearly half an hour for someone to come in because the front desk was not manned when I got there. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and everything worked properly, and the person at the front desk in the morning was good.

The room was nice and clean, it just had a musty smell. The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast is NOT served until 10:00 am on weekends. We arrived in the breakfast area at 9:15 on a Saturday only to be told (after we walked by 2 tables of staff eating their breakfast) that breakfast ends at 9:00am every day. They need to update their breakfast hours.

I thought we’d give this hotel a try. Never again. There was an awful lot of smoke smell in my room. My eyes were burning. I had a hard time falling asleep because of it. There was 3 choices of breakfast food. Cereal, waffles or a packaged cinnamon roll. That’s it that’s all. I asked for another set of bath towels, and the office clerk made a big deal of it. I will not choose this place again.

I was hoping the hot breakfast it showed on the Expedia website was more than hot coffee or waffle. It wasn’t.

The front desk was unable to locate 1 of the 2 room on my reservation causing undue concern after a long day of travel. Once rectified it was a good stay

We showed up at midnight and when we walked in the smell was horrific. On top of the smell no one was there to check us in. We waited for 20 min and we even called the hotel number several times and stood by the front desk phone as it rung. While waiting the local homeless was hanging out. So we left and now the hotel is denying us a refund because they claim they only left front desk for 10min max and we should have waited.

It was the right place at an affordable price.

We stayed here while we went to the AC/DC concert at AT&T Stadium. I called the front desk to inquire about full size pillows since what we had on the bed was basically 4 small throw pillows you would see on sofas. I was told they were all out. Breakfast was less than basic. When we walked up to our room there was the strong smell of weed in the halls. Will not be staying here again.

This property is nothing like the pictures online, it is old, dingy, falling apart and although it may be clean- you can’t tell, because it is so old and broken down it’s hard to know if it’s clean or just poorly maintained. The pictures must be from another hotel site, or have quite a bit of editing. I slept with my gun on the nightstand. If we had visited the site before booking- we would have walked right out of the building.

Shopping and dining.

The whole top floor, where we stayed, smelled like marijuana. I had to explain to my young son what that smell was. We had plumbing issues and the girl at the front desk said they were short staffed and handed my husband a plunger and told him he could fix it himself.

The hotel was located centrally to everything that we needed to do and it was easy access to AT&T Stadium. However the hotel did not have an elevator for anyone that would need access to the second floor that cannot walk up the stairs this would not be a good choice. The beds were hard but the staff is extremely friendly.

I have made it officially quality suites in Grand Prairie will be my go to hotel every time I visit my son in Dallas. The staff was amazing and the cleanliness was superb. I will be recommending that hotel to my family and friends. Can’t wait to get back to Dallas And know that I have a clean and outstanding service hotel to go to

The entire stay was great with the exception of Breakfast, I was expecting atleast some hard boiled eggs, but NO. I was lucky if we had cereal.

It was good value. They allowed us to check in a little early. However, we saw a bug in the bathroom that we are choosing to believe was not a small cockroach. They gave us two tiny pillows (like 12"×12") and that was all for a king room for 2 people. When we entered the room we were blasted with an overwhelming smell of weed smoke, which thankfully the sheets didn't smell like. We are not normally picky at all on our hotels but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Property claims a free hot breakfast on weekends. I guess if you like lukewarm coffee and a waffle that is considered a hot breakfast.

We were in room 120. None of the plugs worked except for one on a lamp. The wall plugs and the other 2 plugs on the bedside lamp didn't work at all. The doors are a whole nother story. The outside door at the back, when you put your key in to unlock it did not work right. You had to put your key in several times before it would read it. The room door was the same way. I went and had my keys reprogrammed thinking maybe i had accidentally gotten them up against my phone but even after reprogramming 2 times, it still didnt work properly. Otherwise the room was clean. No bugs or anything and the Bathroom was clean.

The hotel itself is not located in an area with surrounding amenities. The hotel’s interior is not updated by any means. Our hotel room was not clean. The carpet was dirty, the restroom walls were damaged, the shower has scraps and patches. The couch was not clean and the room smelled like smoke.. on top of a stench of humidity.

Hotel is old and has a very bad mildew smell. Front desk staff claimed they can’t smell it because they’ve worked there for 17 years.

There was a faint smell of throwup in our room. The room smell was musty and it seemed like it had not been aired out in a while. Will not be staying in a quality in any longer.

The front desk clerk was so kind and helpful. She helped my mom take her things upstairs. She went over and beyond to make sure we were good. I don’t know her name smh. Young black girl💙
