We loved our stay! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The only thing that I would say needs improvement, is that there was a lot of rust in the bathroom. Everything else was great!

I would not say anything was unique. It was a standard La Quinta that had been updated for the most part, but not completely. I did not like the old lower level hotels sharing the parking lot. Upon check in: a customer in front of me was checking out and had placed a cash deposit on the room and they could not find the money to return to her. The front desk clerk told her she would come to her room and check it out and make sure everything was OK so that was out-of-the-way when they found her cash deposit. I had prepaid for the room through Expedia and have not experienced a situation like the customer in front of me. They also charged $150 for a one night deposit on a paid in full room. The breakfast metal containers fell apart during breakfast. They ran out of scrambled bags before I arrived at 7 AM. The employees seemed nice. I would personally not be comfortable there again. I would also not recommend the hotel to families or single parents or even elderly customers. This is more a hotel for maybe construction workers.

This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was so dirty that after walking back and forth in the room twice, my feet were black. The window was also unusable as there was condensation between the glass. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, would not recommend. Wish I could get a refund or partial refund for my experience.

Location was nice being close to everything. The front desk lady was so nice and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, hot and ready to eat. Definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping is very friendly and professional. While all front desk are professional there was 1 who was actually attentive and took my concerns seriously My room was changed twice, once due to bug bites and the other a broken air conditioner and in the 3rd room I saw roach and left immediately. The manager has yet to contact me

Room was clean and in order and the breakfast was very good and nice options to choose from the only issue was the pool was out of service at the time of my stay but otherwise good.

Breakfast was good I prepaid when I booked and when I got there I was told I had to pay a $150 deposit. Had that been added to the original prepay cost it would have been fine, but I didn't budget for and extra $150. Just communicate a bit better.

The only thing is that it is close to the poker house i like to play at. Definitely do not be a single female at this place. It is 12:30am and I am going to checkout and not play in a tournament i wanted to play in the morning.

The air conditioner in my room number 306 sounded like a lawnmower and I could not sleep. .. the free breakfast was horrible. The meats and eggs tasted fake. The waffle was decent. There was mold on one of the pastries…

My family came to visit and although the breakfast was good and the room was clean, the tv was in major need of an upgrade-no Netflix capability etc and our remote barely worked and there bite marks on it-it made it difficult to truly relax in the room. They mowed right outside our window at 7 am. It was difficult getting Ubers to find us due to location. I would recommend staying at the La Quinta on 6 flags drive, not this one. The pool was small and murky with a view of super 8, my teenage daughter was hit on by a passerby. We were not close to many restaurants. I was misled online and I hope you won’t be! We won’t be back to this hotel. Breakfast was the high point at this hotel.

The water container in the lobby sat for 2 and half days. It had fruit in it so it was rancid. You say you are dog friendly but charge for dogs and say they must be carried everywhere within the building? The rooms were dirty in the bathrooms and along the entryway walls. The entire stay on 2nd floor smelled so strongly of weed it was ridiculous. I will not be staying here again nor will I put any of my employees in the hotel, nor endorsing it.

Great room, very clean. Had a wonderful experience staying here.

Staff was amazing and the property was very clean.

The crumbs and giant baby-batter stain with a still-crunched up back cushion really painted a picture of past tenant activities; but by the time I discovered the short-and-curlies in the shower I didn't want to touch anything in that place.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had lots of options - waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and cereal.

First off, the staff was amazing. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this staff was the best of the best. The breakfast was also good. With that being said, the rooms have not been maintained very well. Everything seemed broken. One of the plugs was loose enough that it was coming out of the wall and the water spout for the tub was coming away from the wall.

Very clean and great first impression with the beautiful smell and cleanliness of the hotel. Workout room and pool area was clean and well kept. Hotel staff was especially helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend

Convenient location for a concert!

Accommodations were very clean. No strange smells which is always a huge plus for my overly sensitive nose! The full breakfast was great …..eggs, bacon and biscuits as well as waffles and typical continental foods. Very convenient location on & off I30. Would stay here again!

Walls inside the room were dirty, if i wasn't on the 4th floor I would have thought it had flooded before. The dirt line was evenly down the wall. Everything smelled like comet(cleaner)in the bathroom. The bar hand soap felt coarse and smelled like comet(cleaner). The ice bucket had mold spores inside, luckily we had our own cups.

Location, parking, staff, and breakfast is excellent! This hotel does allow pets and I was assigned a room that previously had a pet(s) and the carpet smelled like it! I was only staying overnight and didn’t want to change rooms. The staff gave me carpet fresh and air freshner that worked amazingly! Enjoyed my stay

The hot tub was barely warm, the bath tub was slippery and dangerous, the facet was coming out of the wall and the breakfast was just disgusting. I hope this helps someone out there.

elevator problems.. small pool doesn't locks like the picture....

Beware of the elevator works parts of the day. You can sit there and click the button for 20 mins with no lights coming on and the staff just say “sometimes it’s slow” this wasn’t once or twice it happened on a daily and we stayed 3 total nights. Not sure if all rooms have holes in the roof where sprinklers should be. Toilet was having problems. Made staff aware and housekeeping said nothing was wrong but handle was a little messed up. Which would not let it drain correctly resulting into backing up every use. Overall the location of hotel is nice. However rooms need some repairs and basic touch up.

Super updated and clean room. Beds were semi comfortable. Only negative was that one night the front desk attendant had a difficult time managing needs of clients so I had to wait for 40 minutes in line to find out that they were out of pool towels.

Breakfast was great each day. Gym was nice. I didn’t use the hot tub due to weather, but I could see the area was adequate.

The staff I interacted with were warm, welcoming and acted like they truly enjoyed their job! The breakfast was good, pretty much the standard breakfast available at most hotels.

We arrived at the hotel pretty late after watching the Dallas Stars win but the front desk was pleasant and inviting, the hotel is less than 15 minutes away from AAC. Breakfast was great and all staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again if in the DFW area!

I’m getting charged 150 for so-called damages when the AC was already broken when I got there the buttons were already messed up when I got there when they clearly had a note on top of the air saying do not use it. Use the thermostat on the wall and that’s what I did.

The room was much lower quality than expected. The vent fan in bathroom was not working or had never been for decades because all the light fixtures and anything metal in the room and bathroom was very rusty and neglected. Very poorly done caulking in bathroom and in general disrepair. Extremely loud! Paper thin walls- you can hear people taking in rooms next door, you can hear them using the restroom. I was woken up every night by people just walking in the room above us, it sounded like a meta floor and sooo incredibly noisy! and they should not have advertised sound proofed walls because that was the opposite! Breakfast was meh- watery eggs and the bottom of biscuits were soggy. Inedible bacon. Our remote had like food on the buttons so was obviously not wiped down at all.

My stay was very relaxing and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful from the time i arrived.

The Air Conditioner did not work it hot very hot at 80 degrees l told the manager and she did I not want to give me another room her excuse was that she had sold out and when l ask for a refund she said no lm not authorized to do it the only thing l can do for you is to give you a box fan it was already late to find another room so l end it up staying but it was terrible

Grout is missing or loose between floor tiles. No instructions for tv. Twice someone from staff was kind enough to help. First one didn’t know how the tv works. Second one more helpful. Used fitness room.
