Great stay! In town for BTS concert. Short drive to At&T Stadium and very close to Arlington Mall and plenty of eateries. Spacious room and great continental breakfast! Would stay here again!

Clean no roaches like my night before experience at Motel 6 in Grand Prairie. Staff great. Bkfast better than Drury Inn. Had accessible parking Very Happy after a very bad experience at Motel 6.

The breakfast was good. The elevator was fast, did not have to wait long to catch the elevator. The room is really nice and sizeable. Our neighbor was blaring music at 11 p.m.

Had to change rooms due to a continuous running toilet. That was an easy change to the room next door. This is my second stay and each time the sprinklers came on and left water spots all over my once clean vehicle.

I loved how conveniently close the hotel was to Walmart because I did manage to need some things while I stayed at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Room had a mild pet odor and toilet wouldnt flush the first time sometimes, but other than that, it was good hotel and convenient (close to highway). Parking was free which was good.

The bathroom was very small and the shower had little water pressure. Was not impressed.

Had an issue with shower doors! I called front desk. We went out for the day when we returned. The doors were fixed. Front desk was very helpful for all we needed.

I always book with home 2 for their clean rooms and breakfast availability. This location had a great breakfast option and friendly staff 💕 check in and check out was fast and simple.

The rooms were very large and nice. The biggest downside was that the pool was cold and not kept up. Also, did not have a hot tub.

Staff was well attentive and had great hospitality. The hotel was clean, the beds were clean, the room in general was clean, and the ac was working. Breakfast on weekends was amazing the weekday breakfast was ok. Would recommend to stay and would stay here again.

The hotel itself was HUGE. The breakfast area was a little different. Almost a gas station type thing, where you grab and go. They do have waffle makers. And the choices of breakfast is good. Lots of breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, as well as hash browns. Just make sure to heat it up in the microwave once you move down the line. We also loved the areas that you can hang out, and grill in as we came with a softball team. And I loved how the incidental fee was only $20. We will be back when in the area.

Elevators were pretty sketchy. Felt better taking the stairs. By the morning they weren't working. Also, very thin walls could hear yelling, laughing, and music all night. Night staff was great, very friendly and welcoming.

The staff is always super friendly and extremely helpful. We missed out on breakfast the entire stay but we know from past experience, that we would have enjoyed it. We have made it home now and already missing Texas. Where ever our next trip takes us, we will be staying at Home2 Suites.

Great hotel and staff! Always friendly and welcoming. The staff is always willing and awesome at helping. My only gripe are the pillows, but that's just me. I prefer a firmer pillow. Overall a great hotel with great staff

I highly recommend this place for a pleasant experience. It was quiet, friendly, and clean. Our room was perfect for my husband, our two kids, and myself. Also, the price was more affordable than the rest of the hotels around. I would definitely stay here again.

Water took forever to get warm in shower. Over all cleanliness was good but looked like shredded cheese left in drawer. Wonderful breakfast. Very friendly to our service dog. I would stay again

Everything was great…except for the breakfast that was offered. It was so bad that on the 2nd morning we skipped breakfast and went and got a coffee and bagel elsewhere.

Hotel conveniently located off I-20. Spacious covered entrance convenient for check-in. Chrissy was super friendly and conversational. Quickly accommodated my request for 2 additional pillows. King studio suite with sofa bed was moderately spacious with a privacy curtain between the bed and sofa. My 10yo reported the sofa bed was actually comfortable, and a full sheet set for it with 2 pillows was in the cabinet next to the closet (nice because most hotels leave only 1 pillow for the sofa bed). King bed was, unfortunately, not comfortable: bedding composed of several thin layers would not stay put. Hubby and I both woke go with back pain both mornings. Bathroom rather small but adequate. Room was clean and cool with plenty of counter space, cubbies, and closet space. TV has access to Netflix. Full-size appliances and dishware. The noise level coming from the rest of the hotel was SO loud in our room. The walls must be paper thin. We could smell coffee someone made in their room at 11 P.M. for over an hour. We heard doors slamming and banging around all night long. Thankfully, we travel with a floor fan just for white noise, and I serendipitously packed a portable sound machine because I had to crank it up full blast just to sleep. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 A.M. on a Sunday to see if they could clean our room prior to check out. Breakfast was prepackaged sandwiches to warm. At a rate of over two hundred a night, we will not stay again.

Easy access to freeways with many options for food and entertainment in close proximity.

This place is amazing! They were very accommodating for me and my family such as helping me with changing my reservation and making sure we were comfortable . I think of the person at the front desk name Isaac (maybe?)made sure I had a crib for my baby to sleep in before we got to the room and he made sure any request were fulfilled. This place was also conveniently near restaurants and the outlet. I will definitely stay here when I visit.

Breakfast bar was poorly stocked. Coffee was cold or empty. Halls on the be floor had trash outside rooms doors and by ice machine for the entire visit. Notified the front desk but nothing done

The staff was generally very nice. However, there was an incident where the icemaker on our floor was beeping loudly for most of the night. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told that nothing could be done until the manager arrived at 10 PM, which made it difficult for us to rest before our next event. Additionally, we did not receive towel service for the first two days and had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels ourselves. Considering how much we spent on our stay, we would have appreciated a heads-up about the construction and better attention to guest comfort.

1st the property had a odor of dust and mildew. 2nd breakfast options were biscuits and biscuits also While at the property we had several power outages with no explanations that lasted for hours.they had No back up generators. Didnt call or checkin on guess to communicate any issues. The power was not out within the area just at the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was in a great location to get to epic waters and a awesome playground near by. Close to walmart and good breakfast options like just love coffee and Keke's.

It smell like it was flood and moldy

This property had a smoke alarm that went off during my first night. The alarm went off in all rooms throughout the hotel. When I asked about it in the morning, I was told that it probably was

Breakfast was ok. Only trouble we had was a room hiccup which could not be fixed because they were booked. Room provided met our needs and was perfectly sufficient. However, they refused to refund the difference in price stating the error was Expedia’s. All in all I would stay again.

Nice hotel - a clean room and it was very spacious!

Overall this property was nice, and I would stay again. Right away after checking in we noticed the bathroom sink had a slow drain (I pulled out lots of hair from the drain). Then the next day our key card would not work so we had to be moved to another room, which also had a slow draining bathroom sink. As we were checking out the hotel was starting renovation on the 3rd and 4th floor so I’m willing to stay there again in the future. Customer Service from the staff was excellent despite the inconvenience encountered.
