Our room was nest, clean and pleasantly cool when we arrived.

I liked the location, central to everything. Smelled very clean, beds were comfy. Seemed a little dated. Trim on the wall was falling off BUT it was passable for a budget stay. Used condoms outside in the back by the smoker area which was gross. Feel like this should be a cheaper rate hotel.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The area was good Expensive for the property and my television didn’t work.

The check-in process was quick with a friendly staff. The room was clean. Was able to access the Wifi. Good breakfast items. Would book this hotel again.

I was very disappointed. I realized the sheets/comforter was not in the room for the sofa sleeper. I called to have those items brought to the room in preparation for bedtime. Staff confirmed and no one brought the blankets. We ended up going down to the front desk several times and there was no one anywhere to be found. We sat down there for 30 minutes each time. We were forced to use the sofa bed without blankets/covers. I was very disappointed.

The Staff were very helpful and nice. The room itself looked very good along with the property as a whole.

I mean besides the fact that unfortunately they didn’t have the room I booked and the walls in the shower being dirty if it wasn’t because I had a work meeting at 5 I would’ve had time to let the staff know but it seems like they don’t have the systems up to date as well

The main light was out in the bathroom and the door took a good shove to make sure the lock caught.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast and friendly staff. Only one elevator for the whole hotel. It ended up being out of service during our stay so we had to take the stairs to the third floor where our room was.

They was having free food and drinks at night till it runs out. That was special of them to do that

It was clean He said our card didn’t go through on bookings so he canceled the stay before we got there. So he had us pay again for the same stay and it’s still took the money for the first booking and the second one.

The hotel is located in area that is family friendly and safe. The rooms were clean and the staff has a good customer service. The breakfast was good as they have a variety of food options.

The room was had a dirty smell, rug was very stained and smelled bad. Sheets were stained. Pool had termite ants inside pool and sugar and all around the pool. Paid for clean environment , and was dissatisfied. Room and pool were not clean.

Deposit is $100. I called and told them I was booking with Expedia and they told me it would be 10-20% of the total. When I arrived on property I was told different. Hotel room was very clean

It was close to the freeway,places to eat and shopping very clean not far from the airport and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent. Bed was very comfortable, nice rooms. Good breakfast in the morning with an assortment of dishes and snacks to eat One of the lamps wasn’t working in the room, the charging ports wasn’t functioning and had to find another way around that to charge my devices. Also the shower door sealer was coming off the door. I mentioned it to the desk he said that he’ll send someone up to check it out however no one showed up. Plus the remote for the tv had issues working

Cleanliness, location, breakfast on site, The pool wasn’t kept up with, and besides check-in there wasn’t anyone ever at the front desk. Elevator was also super slow, noisy, and needs to be serviced.

It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave.

Everything was clean

The bed was comfortable. The toiletries provided in the bottles in the bathroom such as body wash, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was a great addition to our stay. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in our room which we used during our stay. Continental breakfast was excellent. The shower in our room was different and smaller than the one in the pictures on the hotel website.

I loved the option of the jetted tub/jacuzzi. It would have 5 stars however breakfast was cold when I went for breakfast. That morning hospitality could’ve been better. Housekeeping knocked like 3-4 times even after I called the front desk.to let them know when I would check out.

The attention to detail was absolutely adorable in every way! There was a heart shaped tub with jets that is absolutely adorable. Beside the tub on the outer ledge, there was a couple of towels in the shape of a heart with bubble baths. There was also a very cute disco-ish light bulb that changed colors, but very subtly and The shower was wide, curved, and long. It could have used a larger sitting area for us older folks! :) The toilet paper and the tissues were in the shape of a bow, once again adorable! The accessories that were in the room were so thoughtful. You can tell a lot of time was taken in consideration of everyday needs!

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and i slept well. I will definitely return.

Our truck got stolen from a handicap parking spot right out front the hotel. Staff and manager was no help

We only spent one night, clean room, comfortable bed, everything we needed. We didn't try the breakfast but the front desk staff was really friendly and provided information about the breakfast and other info.

It was no smoking allowed but room smelled like pot. Moderately clean. Probably would not recommend.

Everything was clean. Staff was polite and friendly including the ladies who clean the rooms. The breakfast was good - omlets, sausages, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, juices, yoghurt, muffins, etc. Price was right for a nice stay.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel owing to its location. It's the second time that the room humidity could only be controlled if the AC was turned down to 69 degrees. Twice, the TV remote or the TV signal would not work. During this last stay in room 310, the receptionist seemed as she could care less. Even cheerful about saying they weren't going to do anything about it. At least the last one offered another room since Game 7 of the World Series was on. I really do hope that the management at IHG reads this and takes steps to bring this property up to their presumably higher operating standards, including new personnel.

Came in with my Cross Country Team. Had to email multiple times to get credit card authorization. Charged tax even after sent Tax free form. I have asked multiple times for the updated receipts to be sent to me. Everything has required multiple emails. Would not stay here again. Manager will tell she is going to fix something and I have to email multiple times before it gets done

Enjoyed my stay the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing was you can't control the temperature in the room and i was freezing.

Definitely found my close to home “get away”-decent prices for the room size and I’ll be at additional options from toothbrushs extra towels body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, all made by Dove! We chose the king Jacuzzi suite! We will be back for our anniversary!

This hotel has rooms with heart shaped tubs for two. They provide bubble bath, towels, and all the shower supplies right on the edge of the tub. The tub even has its own light above it that changes light colors through all the wave spectrums. This hotel also has a coffee machine for the morning that grinds the beans and then brews your coffee. This is to go with a delicious breakfast. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the mattress and pillows on the bed were so comfortable. The coffee machine in the room had tons of options along with all the extras. This hotel is right by lots of dining options and is convenient to Globe Life Field. I just can't recommend it enough.

I usually like to stay in the Holiday Inn express, but I was disappointed in a lot of things. It was kind of not as as good as the normal holiday and expresses I stay in. And when I went to the pool, it was filled with leaves and all kinds of stuff it wasn’t Very nice. I mean the water was warm to the touch of the toe what there wasn’t even a screen that I could take to try to clean out all the debris and stuff that was in the pool, which was not good. I couldn’t dry my stuff because it was an old washer and dryer and you needed quarters to put in it and in today’s day and people don’t carry quarters with them and I couldn’t get quarters from anybody. There was a a place for me to put garbage for food that I ordered to eat out. I do have to say, though that the people who work here were very nice and tried to accommodate me as much as they could so that was very nice. The shade in my room didn’t go down all the way and I needed to get to sleep while it was still daylight out, so that was very difficult. It only went down 3/4 of the way. Next time I come in Dallas, I would definitely not think about staying at this Holiday Inn express because it doesn’t match the other Holiday Inn express is where I usually stay. One more thing when I want to get my breakfast and I went to have the oatmeal there was an cinnamon sugar to put in the oatmeal, and I want to shake it in the whole thing dumped into my oatmeal. That wasn’t very fun at all. And then I wanted just the plain pork sausag

The room we were put in the tub didn’t drain , even with the shower on the water still came out of the faucet and little to none out of the actual shower, the phone was broken and the tv didn’t work . I will say when I called and told them about the room they changed my room immediately so the staff was great. It’s just this hotel really needs remodeling .

Very nice stay. Clean hotel and rooms. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the hot breakfast- even had cheesy omelets, biscuits and gravy. The only thing I would say is that the pool needs a good cleaning, had some green algae.

The property was great and convenient to plenty of dinning grocery shopping fitness gym and more like Post Office everything was within walking distance or less than five minutes to drive.

It was easy to access.

My young daughter and I arrived to the hotel literally in the middle of the night due to traffic we hit driving up to Arlington. The front desk checked us in very fast! We stayed on the first floor in the jacuzzi room and it looks just like the pictures. The bed was very soft like a cloud my daughter said and I would agree. They had a pantry area near the front desk with moderately priced snacks and microwaveable food. The breakfast smelled delicious but actually was not. I opted to use my Walmart + subscription and have them deliver some food to us because we just couldn’t stomach what was prepared. Overall the trip was good, we got good sleep and would stay here again.

The front desk manager was rude, and I always had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. Although I had prepaid, I was not given the option to extend my checkout time by another hour, which caused me inconvenience. I will never stay at this particular Holiday Express again. Parking was terrible.
