My room was spacious and clean. The hotel was located near a highway but I didn’t hear any outside noise. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was good overall. The breakfast was great. Parking lot was clean and very well lit. I do have one thing to say. I was awakened at 8:52 am the day I was going to check out by the house keeping crew. As far as I know check out was at 11:00 am. Other than that everything else was great especially the front desk employees. Thank you for the great experience.

Felt very homey and at the same time pretty clean. The breakfast time says 6am, so when we went down. Nothing was ready. I dont know if prep time is a 6am and not 7am. We waited close to an hour wondering if it was done. Other then that it was good.

Location. Fridge. Shower pressure. Breakfast included. Upon walking in, the room felt moist and smelled damp. There was mold on the lampshades… There were mysterious stains on the couch. The tv didn’t work. Paper-thin walls. The pillows seemed very aged.

Upon arrival into our room, we found chocolate on our bed sheet and when we informed the front desk about it, they said they would get someone to fix it and no one ever came to our room to replace the sheet with a clean one. It is unfortunate that the customer service of this location is lacking so much.

We have needed to stay in this area several times this year and will be staying there again. This hotel is excellent and provides us a great stay.

There were tiny roaches, running around in the bathroom. Every time you turned on the light.

Had an amazing stay, and what made it absolutely amazing was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and nice. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was very clean, halls and common areas were very clean and well maintained as well.

The bedding was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I especially loved the pillows! It was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to get a good rest. The breakfast buffet, available from 6 a.m., was also great. The prices are quite reasonable if you avoid the weekends.

she was having a situation with the customer checking before us. The room was clean, and bathroom, the coffee pot in the room didn't have items to make coffee with, such as the container to hold the coffee filter, otherwise everything was good. Parking was good.

Check in was easy and the room was nice. However, other guests were screaming and slamming doors throughout the night so we didn't get much rest.

I have been calling many time after I was told they would refund my one day stay due to dead roaches in the breakfast food, hair in my beds (from past people staying). Everytime I call or an agent with Expedia call the lady say the manager is busy. At this point it has been from Friday the 7th now Monday the 10th and no response when I called twice today, no email back, no call back, as well as no refund. If you’re looking for a hotel please put your money somewhere else like I did for the remainder days of my family vacation.

Found a dead cockroach and dirty towels. We were offered a room change, but it never happened; they only sent someone to fumigate the room.

The room was large and decent but had a musty or stale cigarette smell to it. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast nothing to rave about. The first day kitchen staff let several things go empty and we had to ask for refills. The pool was small put nice but you had to walk out the lobby to the parking lot to reach it.

Had to switch room because there was red splatter all over bathroom. Room we switched to didn’t have any towels or a comforter on bed. Front desk lady was really nice when told about the issues.

My husband and I stayed here to go to a WNBA game. It was conviently located close to the facility where the game was played. The amenities were great, staff was friendly, and the hotel is well kept. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Overall my stay was great, but one night there were a lot of kids making a ton of noise above me and I wasn’t able to fully enjoy my second night’s stay, but the staff was friendly and very helpful. It was very close to a venue I was going to.

It was good for what we needed kinda of out of the way but a very good taco place near by called Holy Taco

Woman at check-in was very rude. Basically wanted me to feel like I messed up the reservation when I make the same reservation in Dallas every three months. This was the first time staying at this hotel, and will be the last. Gentlemen that was at the front desk in the morning was very nice. Towels had hair on them from other guest. My assumption is if the towels are not moved they don’t change them between guest. Disgusting.

Sooo this hotel kind of sucks. It’s in a decent area but the beds are hard as a rock. Additionally, the whole place just smells off. Our bathroom smelled like sulfur- the rest of the place smelled like air freshener and bug spray. Idk, for the price it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t book again.

My daughter saw roaches in breakfast area a huge watered big crawled around room last night and needs updating we only had 3 towels in room on arrival bed sleep ok need better pillows

Five Star Stay Everytime And The Pool Was Definitely The Cure For This Summer Heat.

I'd say this is the best stay during my one month trip around Texas. I had everything I need in my room, good breakfast. Clean and quiet.

The front desk woman that checked us in after A 13 hour drive, was rude. Canceled the wrong reservation, attempted to charge us the entire total of the stay. That was entirely wrong, after getting it straightened out from affirm and girls contacting the hotel. We checked into the first room on the bottom floor two bed with a pull out couch. There was a dead roach, a chocolate wrapper amongst more odd trash items. The pull out couch bed was TORN to bits, rusted, and had peanut type crumbs between the frame & stained mattress. There was random hair in the sheets. We moved up to the next floor. A little cleaner but the amount of loud obnoxious bonnet wearing, smoking, ghetto music potty mouth guests worsened it all. I had my 10 year old with me, it was ghetto. They still double charged the deposit card for the entire stay, the GM had to get with the operation manager to reverse the charge! I’ve newer had such a BAD EXPERIENCE!

Shower handle in the bathroom was loose and difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower. Also the TV in the room would not connect to the internet (kept getting error messages). The room itself was overall clean and the lobby smelled nice.

Clean room. No bugs. Breakfast was good serving waffles , eggs, sausage, cereal and oatmeal. Staff was okay. We arrived around 2:20 but was denied checking in early said no rooms were available but I’m sure that wasn’t true. Other than that I am very pleased with my stay.

I didn’t like the location of the hotel. The hotel felt like it was in the middle of a downtown corporate area, hidden away. The road wasn’t marked very well and there is no sign on Watson Street to say there was a hotel.

Upon our arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got into our rooms and as we were about to get unpacked we noticed the carpet was wet and I called down stairs and the receptionist took care of us and moved us to another room. The stay was great but the need to get pest patrol to spray for we saw a roach on two different floors.

Absolutely loved Ms. Danyale at the front desk! Only thing was that we stayed 5 days and never had room service. They tried to do room service the day we checked out. We had to ask for tissue and fresh towels. The room also had a very weird smell. Might have been the carpet but it was a terrible musty smell. Other than that, not bad.

The hotel was clean. The guy who checked me in was nic and gave me a nice quiet corner room without me asking. The day lady was ok, not nice but not rude. The light in the hallway of my room was out. The coffee pot was unusable. The refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor. Otherwise the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and things werw nice in the room.

Wednesday evening female front counter staff was very unpleasant and racist. Pool area didn’t he have any towels, gym was small, smelled, no water and their equipment didn’t work. I threw a load to wash at their laundry area, which there was only one washer and dryer. After a 45 minute wash. My clothing was washer soaked in water. The machine didn’t spin. I told the front desk girl and again she was rude. Gave me my money back because her manager told her so and got upset because I brought it up to her attention. I had to drive 12 minutes away to get my load re-washed and dried. This was such an inconvenience and it was also passed 9pm. 😡. I will NEVER GO BACK!!

First My Room there was A Fishing Hook My Grandson Step on.Took it to front Desk and all She Said I'll let my Manager know.. Second The Pool Out of Service Water Green Water....You Know it's has Been Sitting like for a while...If I new when I Checked inn The Pool Not was Working I Would of not Check Inn I would of Gone Some where else...Or They Should Said Excuse the Pool not Working...

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely clutch and filling! The room was so spacious. There were slight signs of not so excellent cleanliness but it wasn’t really felt unless you looked for it. There is also so much to do around here but it does require a car.

It’s an older property that they have tried to keep up. I think more updates might be needed. Breakfast was average. The staff was mostly friendly.

Cleaning people do good at cleaning rooms. The lady who is in charge of breakfast, is too timid does not keep up with restocking food or cleaning mess made by guest or picking up trash from food bar area or floor or emptying trash. Just hire a new person. Please. Everyone goes to breakfast. The waffle is a hit. Everyone wants it. I highly suggest to make the breakfast area a spotless place. The hotel has a lot of guests… a lot! There should be cleaning of tables so the next family can sit. A clean bar and floor. Overall ok experience.

Front desk staff was very unfriendly, I felt even as racisism, in front of me where 2 American family which she took several minutes with carrying a friendly conversation. When it was my turn and handed her the ID she didn’t even greet me, when returning the ID to me I extended my hand and she just set it on the counter. Some friends checked in before us and they experienced the same thing.

For the price the property was OK. They need to invest a little in the property. Tiles were broken in the elevators. The seats on the breakfast chairs were falling apart. Laml shade in room had mold starting to grow bath fixtures were starting to come apart and needed replaced. The pool is really small but still a pool and a good place to cool off. Over all the property needs a little better upkeep. I paid around $90 a night for 2 queen beds and a sofa couch so it was not bad.

Overall experience was satisfying and me and my party felt safe.

Front desk staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back.
