AC was loud, hard to sleep.

The location Roaches were in my room was given a can of raid to spray. They were infested and everywhere on the floor and I have pics to prove it . Also door to get to indoor pool wasn’t working had to get manager to open everytime . Me and my family will never go back here

It was reasonable and clean

The front desk professional was kind and informative. Upon arrival and entering the lobby the facility had a fowl odor and the immediate entry area was not clean. We were told by the receptionist that the elevators were broken and we could get stuck if we went into them. Our room also had a sour odor, the bathroom was not clean, and the look of the room compared to photos was not the same. FALSE ADVERTISING! After we turned off the lights, the door to our room had light coming in and we noticed large gaps in the frame of the door. We were also woken up by movement in the hallway because there was no sound barrier. You could hear everything.

My stay was wonderful,staff was very nice & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. I will definitely stay again.

I was disappointed in the pool and hot tub, it wasn’t clean. The room was okay but this was also a little bit dirty. Staff was helpful and nice.

The customer service with the location of being able to access direct stores, having options for where to eat as well as entertainment that is close by is helpful. Coupled with the access to the pool and having such great spaces such as the furniture within each room as well as dishes readily available in the room already. I would highly recommend this area and here specifically. Not having a TV with the connection to other apps or HDMI connections is the only thing i can say about this location. so beware.

It was more than I expected and very pleased with our accomadations

The room was not cleaned

shopping and restraints close by. Easy access to freeway. Old hotel and room showed signs of need some repairs.

Clean rooms with kitchen included. Nice and safe atmosphere for location of hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby and walmart and sam's as well. Only downside to the stay is NO continental breakfast included with your stay.

Great customer service

Regardless of the great location and easy access to the highway, there was no breakfast. The place seemed like people lived there and the rooms that were occupied permanent occupants were always open where the mess could be seen when you walk by. The internet strength was a minimum, and most times there was none. Also, as I mentioned before, there was no breakfast.

Everything was good.. clean room. Plenty of towels. Inly problem was a lizard in the room but hhe ran away and hid somewhere 🤔

This hotel cancelled my reservation i booked months ago just because they were overbooked and gave my room to another person. I will never book for this hotel ever again.

Everything was great

1) The Hotel room was NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures show a kitchen with a small table. Benificial for my husband that is at his temp "home" in all hours while being on call. A good hot meal is important. The room had nowhere to sit and eat, as shown in the pictures. 2) The hotel states that there is no Hot Breakfast; however, a fully stocked Kitchen to comfortably cook on site. There were no forks, and only one plate, which was still dirty, in the dishwasher. When we called down to see about getting more, they stated they didn't have any more. We had to buy paper and plastic. 3) FILTHY! Gum stuck to the top of the table in the pool, area, Hot tub was dark in color, Toilet paper stuck to the elevator floor, and outside the office door was a unwrapped and used toilet plunger sitting directly on the floor. The list goes on...

Quick, easy, affordable and comfortable.

Horrible! Never again. From the minute we walked in until very end. Very old hotel. I made a reservation for a one bedroom suite which I told upon checking in it was not available. After 10 minutes of discusssing my reservation and what I paid for and then asked for a manager, somehow then my room was available. Reason we chose here was for indoor hot tub and pool. Hot tub water was so dirty and disgusting. Water was cold. The pool you could not even enter unless you wanted to do a cold water plunge. Forget about taking a shower. You had about 2 minutes until water went ice cold. You were allowed one towel per guest and if you wanted to get new towels you had to hand them back your old towels. Apparently 2 towels per person was not allowed. No one was ever at front desk so forget even talking to anyone there. I did send an email to the property manager who chose to completely ignore my email and never responded. I travel regularly about 5 times a year for the past 15 years. I can honestly say this by far was the worse place ever.

The room was clean. It was a nice comfortable setting kind of small for what I needed it for however, we did enjoy our stay and the amenities that they offered.

Hotel was an older hotel but rooms have been updated. Very clean with comfortable beds.

Our room was clean and the staff was great. Jessica was very nice and a pleasure to assist us with our reservations and helped me become a member. Everything with her was a complete breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in Jan with the rest of my family. Thank you for a great stay.

The customer service was everything. Amanda and Jorge went above and beyond for us all 4 days.And I like the fact that there was free coffee 24 seven and there was free washing facility. I’ve never seen that before. That was pretty nice. The pool was nice as well. Just that there was no breakfast, whether it was complementary or Pay.

Every thing was fine would’ve liked a breakfast bar if you’re asking my opinion, but everything was fine thank you

I was just out here for the week to visit friends and family. The hotel staff were wonderful! Georgie made the check in process smooth and stress free! The building was kept up well, the room was in good order and felt comfortable. Very pleased overall.

Elevator was broken. It was evident that this was not new because the notices posted on the elevator were old paper with the tape starting to come off. Room door did not close. Just seemed old and a little run-down.

They had a flooding issue and they allowed us to stay, but there was no breakfast served as we had paid for in our accommodation to correct the issue

Breakfast available was hot pockets or frozen pizza Fourth floor smelled melded and we had industrial fans running the entire time Windows might as well be onions- can hear every car on interstate 20

First floor is noisy and the windows are not safe. AC needs cleaning.

My parents room barely had like warm water. The staff was very kind and friendly. It was the best front desk service staff. We loved our room with the kitchen and space was good. Bed was comfortable. With the exception of not able to shower for 3 days and two nights it was a great stay.

Front desk was the best young guy with Pink Floyd hoodies was so good took care of us love the kitchen but was no room to cook fridge was so close no free breakfast sad

In room. Maybe they used a dirty mop in kitchen and restroom to cause that smell. But other than that everything was up to my standards. Kids loved the pool!

WHAT A NICE VERY FRIENDLY WELCOME BY GORGE AT THE FRONT DESK, WHEN I CHECKED IN !! AND LUDIN WAS SO KIND TO ME ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. SHE HELD A PARTICULAR ROOM FOR ME, WHEN I CALLED THE HOTEL THE NIGHT BEFORE I CHECKED IN. ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY KIND. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

My only complaint would be that the morning of checkout we could hear a phone ringing non stop in the next room and what sounded like footsteps coming from above us. Other than that or stay was great. I would stay here again.

Great property just wish they provided breakfast. Probably wouldn't return for that reason alone. Some less expensive hotels provide breakfast. I'm willing to take a chance with one of them. It's a nice hotel though. :)

Love the mini kitchen and comfortable beds that's a plus especially when you're traveling. And I didn't like that some guests were so loud around midnight. And I wished they had free breakfast

Room was very clean but the AC was leaking water thefooor was wet and got our bags wet that were sitting on the floor. Hotel was overall a very good hotel. Would stay again!

The room service only cleaned the room after seven days of stay. If you need anything like clean towels or sheets you had to take them to the front desk. They charge $20 if you need a room cleaning but they do have free washing and drying but the dryers don’t dry completely. But you can get high if you don’t smoke

Liked how it was calm and peaceful only one dislike was the parking the front needs to be bigger.

The hotel has thin walls. My neighbors (which had a doorbell outside their door) screamed every few minutes for several days.

Pros: The location is great, the beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. Because we were here on New Year's Eve weekend the price was outrageous! I mean I get the increase for the holiday, not double the price for this hotel was ridiculous. But, we enjoyed the Dallas Cowboy game and we slept well. Will I stay here again, absolutely not, but try it for yourselves. You may enjoy it..
