Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center

They were having AC issues, but the staff was very up-front about it - they even said we could get a refund if it was too hot. But, it wasn't really that bad in the room. Otherwise, my one complaint about the hotel was THE SMELL OF THE SHAMPOO/BODY WASH - it was very masculine. I mean, I don't mind masculine, but my wife found it odd. Anyway, nice hotel. Convenient parking.

When we arrived we were told the pool was being renovated and was not accessible! Who renovates a pool in the height of the Texas summer?! We were so disappointed as we were looking forward to relaxing.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Georgetown. Service, food, amenities were all fantastic. All at the front desk were pleasant and nice. We will definitely go back. Highly recommended to everyone.

One of the absolute highlights of the property is its location—it backs right up to some fantastic green spaces and trails (including easy access to lovely spots like Blue Hole Park). Being able to step out and enjoy a quiet, scenic hike amidst the trees and beautiful Texas landscape right from the hotel property was an incredible perk. Beyond the stunning setting, what truly sets this hotel apart is the stellar service. From the moment we checked in, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, attending to every detail with genuine warmth and professionalism. Whether it was recommendations for the area or quick, attentive assistance around the property, the hospitality was consistently top-notch. The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, and comfortable, and the on-site dining and pool area make it effortless to unwind after a day on the trails. If you are visiting the Georgetown or greater Austin area, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. We left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to return!

The place was clean, however I had so many problems with my billing, they overcharged for items that were included when you book as a group or you are a Marriott Bonvoy member. After several calls I had it fixed but it was a headache.

Great location. Covered parking is a plus. Parking fee per night is very reasonable compared to other hotels ($10 per night). Great spacious room. Little refrigerator, coffee maker, toiletries provided. Quick registration at the reception. I was on the 5th floor - city view. Quiet, comfortable. Great sleep. Some construction going on by the pool area. The pool could have more comfortable chairs and a better set up. There is a bar conveniently located close to the pool where you can get drinks. Room service available. A couple of bar/restaurants downstairs. Great place for families and couples.

The location was good. The showers were good The pool did not have pool towels. It took 45 minutes for staff to restock even after several attempts of requesting staff. The beds were not as soft and the. pillows were flat. None satisfying. Front desk was not as friendly during check in.

Self parking system is horrible. A customer has to scan code then complete information including phone number, email address, license plate etc Ridiculous since the hotel already has all this information. Very irritating!

Beautiful hotel; got a great deal through hotels.com but was only able to stay one night due to the price increase.

Everything is great, you still pay for parking overnight $ 10 and $ 10 for wifi, breakfast was $ 40 per person, really expensive for what they offer. It is well located and walking distance to local cafés and bistros.

Nice staff. Spacious room. No microwave in the room. Some areas could have been a little cleaner, overall not bad.

Hotel entrance was appealing and clean. Convenient garage parking beside the hotel. Very friendly staff. Some restaurants and shopping near the hotel, but will likely need transportation to get to most places.

Everything was great when I asked for a late check out the first representative was not very helpful but the second one was in the morning around noon and she was able to get me a late checkout at four so I really appreciated that but other than that, the facility was clean everything was great.

There were many complaints from the guests that the breakfast buffet was cold. Ordering bacon and eggs from the kitchen, it took 30 minutes for the order to reach my table.

I think the lobby smelled bad. One suggestion is to have coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day in the lobby. That would of been amazing

This was our third year staying here and it is always exceptional. The staff is always so friendly. Especially Lydia in the restaurant. She is the best!

The Georgetown Sheraton is in a great location with several restaurant and bars within walking distance,including a nice bar inside the hotel. The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

The bar service, food, and drinks were top-notch!! The room needed a little TLC, but overall, it was acceptable. The parking garage needed a good cleaning. The front desk staff wasn't the friendliest I've experienced, but they weren't necessarily rude. Be warned you'll be charged for Wifi if you're not a Marriott member and may still be charged.

Check in was seamless. Clean room and room service was good.

The shower would not adjust from scolding hot – the knob was very hard to turn and get the temperature right in the shower. The body wash was empty and the shampoo bottle fell off the wall.

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect for my needs. There’s a beautiful walking trail right behind the hotel and there’s plenty of restaurants that are walking distance. I’d stay here again for sure!

For a 4 star hotel the amenities seem very outdated. There are no water refill stations. They say the pool is heated, but it was so cold no one wanted to get in. There is no hot tub. They had some games out on the patio but the connect 4 was broken. There are no microwaves in the room. That seems like a standard now days even in 2 and 3 star hotels. The did have one with the ice machine. When I heard someone ask the front desk why they didn’t have a microwave in the room the front desk clerk said it is because they are a 4 star hotel, not a restaurant. That doesn’t even make sense.

My husband and I visited the hotel over the weekend and we really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is really open and spacious. The areas are very well kept and everyone was really nice and friendly. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The parking garage is right next to the hotel. The hotel was everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. It is a very good location, walking distance to shops, boutiques, spas, restaurants, and short 5 minute ride into town center. I would love to stay here again. There is not much to complain about. The only thing I can think of is that the outdoor area around the pool was not as maintained as the rest of the hotel areas- and by that I mean there were alot of leaves around the seating areas outside.

Room was clean but Hotel is past due for a remodel/refresh. Carpet had numerous spots and bathroom sink had a big crack. We stay here a lot and staff is always wonderful. Restaurant and bar are both great places to hang out. Highly Recommend.

The rooms are always very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is always very accommodating because my flight is always one of the last direct flights from Jacksonville. This Hotel is very convenient for me and my family that I am visiting in the area.

I think the room could be updated a little, although not bad at all. You need to pay for parking, so if you have a car, add that to your total. It's @ $10 per day The lobby is nice. The outside, in back, is nice to hang out and have a drink You can take a very short walk to the Rivery for coffee & bakery This was my 2nd time staying and I would stay again Convenient to highway

Great property close to downtown area and restaurants. The boiler had an issue and our son took a scolding shower that was scary but management was very responsive and gracious about it. If we go back we would not stay anywhere else.

It took 30 minutes to locate the motel using the car map, not easy to get to at all. Breakfast was not served, only coffee. The room was clean but the temperature kept going up throughout the night. I had to get up to adjust controls.There were only 2 towels. You have to pay for internet and only 10 channels on tv. We are not impressed with this motel.

The rooms are in good shape but the toilet paper and kleenex are almost see thru. Parking is non-existent, unless you pay in the parking garage that is literally attached to the hotel but not managed by the hotel. Weird.

loved sitting out by pool and enjoyed lovely breakfast. The hotel even smells awesome! Views gorgeous! I requested a room that looks out back of property and we were assigned to look out front instead. I didn’t complain, but did double check myself that a request was in there as I remembered. Perhaps next time.

Came to hotel for a wedding my room was hot- ac was not working properly and they said they gave me a nice view from that the start of getting room and it was a terrible .

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Georgetown! The hotel was spotless — very clean and well-maintained throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing. The location is great too — close to restaurants and downtown Georgetown. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Austin area.

This was a fantastic stay! Beds were super comfortable, rooms were very clean, and all the staff we talked with were super friendly. Gustavo at the restaurant was one of the nicest people ever, and he came up with a drink for me based on one from a restaurant I like. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

Did not like that the breakfast buffet you had to pay for. Many other hotels have complimentary breakfast. All the food was the same as you would get as a complimentary breakfast at other hotels. Nothing different. It was ridiculous!

The property was nice, was shocked I had to pay $10 a day to park. The a/c did not work that well at night it was not cooler than 73. We reported the first morning about the temp and they would look into it. The next night you could tell the air stopped working around midnight. I reported again the next morning they said yes we fixed it this morning.

Was so sad in this stay - was a QUICK trip for a friends bday. STAFF amazing but carpet felt damp and sticky, we came in late and room was warm - humid - turned air down only to wake up to 76 - when set at 68 - still humid. Complained and desk said, "we know whole hotel having issues last few days"???? JULY - for $200, I should have the choice to cancel if they knew no air

Great place to stay

The best hotel in Georgetown! We stay every year for Two Step Inn. Sometimes we see the festival artists in the lobby. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself was lovely and the rooms spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
