The hotel was very clean. The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool was great. You were walking just a few steps and you could get Burger King or Schlotzsky’s will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The property was very well maintained, the staff was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Online, for some reason, it indicated only two stars for this place; yet, I have no idea why this would be. I'd stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Great rooms, very spacious and there was a desk and sitting area! Very soft comfortable beds. Good selection of breakfast foods, or a to go bag. Nice staff, very clean hotel

The location was perfect, rate was very affordable and beyond what I expected for the stay, and the continental breakast felt like it was a buffet restaurant which everything was delicious. A little bit more understanding when I told the front desk attendant that my Son was making noise due to him being Autistic.

the rooms at this hotel always offer the peace and quiet expected from a hampton hotel and that's important. i appreciate the freedom of being offered breakfast and a coffee bar. A- the location is isolated and difficult to locate even from gps. it should be easier to see from the freeway and yet they expect you to know it's behind some restaurants. A-

Very clean nice breakfast

Stayed overnight to visit family in Georgetown, stayed with two toddlers, and the property was great. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the location was wonderful.

All those built in features were great! I could see the room we had working well for someone having to sort of do a live-in hotel rental for extended work or something else. The shower also was great and actually got hot enough for my likings. I need extra hot showers to relieve my muscles and joints that seize up. The mini fridge was nice and cold for drinks and chilled foods. Wouldn’t use it for freezing anything though. Everything was great

Very nice, modern facility with a nice layout Internet was a challenge to connect with on the top floor, but front desk was able to help. Front counter space had dried water rings on it - looked like it needed more than a wipe of a dust rag to clean.

Hand soap container by sink empty. No Kleenex. No SAFETY mat to stand on in Shower. Rod in shower holding up Shower curtain bent & kept sliding Back so water dripped out. Shower head was very good, in Spite Of trouble. Could not call front office For wake up call. Sent to an Operator that never answered. Staff was very helpful & friendly!! The stay for what we needed basically GOOD. Breakfast was OK. COFFEE DELICIOUS!! FRUIT ALWAYS AVAILABLE. GOOD SELECTION OF FREEZER FOOD & SNACKS. PARKING GOOD. BED CLEAN & COMFORTABLE.

it was a nice overnight place to land after a long drive.

And well stocked. My only complaint is the bed was rather hard. Breakfast was phenomenal!

Would have been nice to know that there was no daily house cleaning before I booked. Hint: would have gone elsewhere. Desk attendant couldn't understand that I booked 2 rooms. Took way-too long to check in. Parking for trailers was excellent. Disappointed in how Hampton Inn's have declined.

We arrived and were greeted by staff at the desk. I was not asked about my honors points. Our room was spacious and had a clean king bed. The breakfast was ok but not great. The wait staff was friendly. We did not use the pool and fitness areas.

Room was very spacious. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Property was convenient to restaurants and parks. Only real issue was a larger than normal gap in the door which made the hallway noise a bit more noticeable.

Had an issue with the toilet but the management didn’t fix it and said maintenance would come in the morning but they didn’t. Said because I booked through hotels.com they couldn’t touch the room and didn’t offer to switch rooms either with a functional bathroom.

The room was clean and nice and the staff are very nice and accommodating when I arrived a day late due to a delayed flight and then when my flight home got canceled due to NY severe winter storms shutting down all airports and flights.

The was clean except for some ants that showed up on the table and the noise from the freeway.

I loved the personal welcom screen on the tv! Staff was helpful. Breakfast was way better than Continental, with hot foods as well a pickups. Nice smallish gym.

We weren’t able to regulate the temperature in the room so we were hot our stay there. Plus, they had an Internet outage so we couldn’t access the Wi-Fi or TV but other than that our stay was great.

We thought we had a handicapped room according to the online booking BUT my son is in a wheelchair and the toilet was very low and no bars to hold onto in room 316. Otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

it would be good to offer a milk alternative - oat, soy, almond or coconut.

Recently remodeled like new. Plenty of parking. Close to Georgetown Courthouse Square.

Sheets smelled sour. Two men came in the room when I wasn’t there talking about the maintenance but my wife and daughter was in the room and it was 930 am and the sign was on the door. They said they were changing locks. Who cares you didn’t knock and the sign was up

I had not planned to stay in the area overnight. I checked in late. The front desk agent was pleasant and efficient. Room was very clean and well maintained. Property was quiet. The next morning, breakfast buffet had everything. I would stay here again.

The room above us was very noisy. Sounded like an elephant was up there. Otherwise, the room was comfy and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. Breakfast was good and the coffee was ok. Looked like renovations were going on the first floor.

This is not a place for resting, I stayed here for 2 very expensive nights, and both morning had to wake up before 8:30am since the cleaning crew just started banging buckets and running vacum cleaners. When i went to reception to complain about it, the answer was, “this is the time that they clean the rooms” and that “it is like this in all hotels”. Sadly for them i travel a lot for work and i know for a fact that this is not real. Very Disappointed i would get my money back if i could. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is by far my worse experience at a Hilton hotel.

I chose this hotel for its location and that was a benefit. Almost positive I had stomach issues from the food served at breakfast. There were multiple long hairs stuck on different things in the bathroom that were not mine and stay even after a "cleaning". I also got in very late 2am and was then called repeatedly to be woken up to run my credit card number again at 4:30am. I found this to be quite annoying and unnecessary as the hotel already had my information and the courteous thing would be to just ask for it the following day not while I was trying to get as much sleep as possible before my work that morning.

The hotel is updating flooring, wall covers, etc. Third floor was complete and very nice. No distraction from the work being done on secondifloor which was closed to visitors. Everything was very nice.
