The front desk made it possible to get us a floor on the ground floor. It was not the type we had requested, but it worked. Dealing with accessibility is never easy.

No cold water out of faucet in room and water tastes terrible. The breakfast and coffee was not good.

So when we got there was kinda late that day 10ish pm so went to sleep because we had some games the next day earlier , so took a shower the next day and noticed the toilet was dirty like around the bottom mid ceramic toilet some drips , so we went to the games came back around 4ish pm and noticed they didn’t clean up the room and ask the front desk and they respond was that WE DID ASK FOR THEM TO CLEAN THE ROOM …Like what?? First time I ever heard that

Although the hotel was beautiful. An issue with the toilet was on going for most of the stay the toilet did not flush. Maintenance was asked to come to the room but the night manager did and was temporarily able to get the toilet working again.

There was not much of a variety for breakfast. The coffee was out, the waffle maker was broken, and there wasn't much of a selection of anything.

The kids enjoyed the pool

Clean room and the hallways smelled so clean and fresh. The front desk clerks were always so friendly!! Didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t say good or bad. Convenience and quiet even though construction was near.

I booked two rooms at the same time that were supposed to be two queen beds. One was a single king bed.

It was nice people were very nice and helpful. Breakfast okay could be batter but don't forget we are not paying for it

Our room was NOT clean. We arrived and found hairs on the nightstand, the phone, the toilet, and the shower. The bedding was at least clean. The TV had sound but no picture. For what we paid for the room the price did NOT match what we received.

We were on 2nd floor and did not see roaches in our room.( I hope) Maybe in Texas it might not be a big deal but I would not have liked to have been in a 1st floor room as there were two rooms right nearby this area. If I owned the place my staff would have removed the dead roaches immediately and not leave them an additional 14 hours for another complaint to be made. Room cleaning was unsatisfactory. Shower water pressure was poor Toilet tank handle was finnicky. Attention to sanitation. I expected more from a Fairfield-Marriott considering the price. If I were a stockholder, I would be annoyed.

This hotel was amazing! I was completely comfortable and had no issues.

The only problem I had was the noise. I was on the 4th floor. I called the front desk 3 times. The lady on the desk said she would come up to check it out. I am not sure she did or not, because I called several times. The parking was excellent, but I probably will not visit there again. I even asked whether I was on a party floor. Being 73 of age, I want quite.

Hotel overall was great, good breakfast, clean rooms. Pool was not clean and did not look useable

This is the second time we have stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Georgetown. It’s our go to place now; it’s convenient, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable. Thank you for being so hospitable.

The pool was green and foggy we didn’t dare get into it. And I know it’s Texas but we had a GIANT red headed centipede in our bathroom on the second night that was venomous. I know we can’t control the creatures but it was very big and frightening

Wife had asked them to clean and make up the room while we were there and they didn’t. Not the Marriott quality stay we are used to.

Great location! The next morning we ate at First Watch for breakfast. Its almost in the same parking lot.

The staff was friendly & helpful & breakfast was great!!!! We especially liked the crustless quiche.

Best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. I could smell how good the hotel smelled from OUTSIDE the lobby doors before we even walked in. Loved the glass shower bathroom, and the employees were extremely friendly. The breakfast was great. Just wish y’all would add biscuits. The blueberry waffles, scrambled eggs, & sausage were delicious. The hotel was packed & the breakfast hostess refilled everything quickly with hot food! It was a great experience & we will be back! No issues!

The breakfast bar was not in very good shape the orange juice machine just let out clear water in the coffee. Water was cold.

10/10 for all things! Cleanliness, kind and helpful staff, well maintained property.

As always, our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, clean room, great parking, and a great breakfast made for a beautiful stay. This hotel is our go-to when we travel to Georgetown!

Room was as expected. Clean and well stocked. I stay at these properties often when I travel and they are a nice experience generally. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was above average. I didn't use any of he amenities, mainly just slept there. The location was a bit far from the friends I was visiting but that was alright. It is close to the amenities in and around Austin, which is a nice town to visit with much to do.

Brand new property and pretty good amenities and location. Shower rod hung incorrectly so water went all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was nice but disorganized.

The hotel is nice and new. The staff are welcoming and professional. The pool and back patio are great for relaxing. Our room #207 had a musty smell and it looked like there had been water damage above. Overall a great stay.

Excellent hotel and in a very good location.

The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning especially on our last day with the spinach quiche. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the area.

check in process was slow when I had already checked in online. It was also disappointing the room wasn't cleaned daily (our room was never cleaned even though they said every other day when we complained.

Wonderful experience

The only issue was the water pressure in our bathroom. The sink pressure was much less than desired. I did not try the shower to see if it had a similar issue.

Breakfast was well below average. Just about zero protein available, even after we waited for more to be set out.

1.antiseptic scent for the lobby was overbearing-only real negative. 2. somewhat noisy-our downstairs room located near the exit

The facility was exceptional. My only complaint is that I requested a king room that was not "accessible" and I received a room that was. Small inconvenience. Otherwise great!

This is my 3rd time staying here. I love this property. Very clean. Safe. Staff very friendly. The location is wonderful.

It was a lovely stay. The front desk was great, especially Patricia. I was dismayed there was no housekeeping, which I discovered when returning late to the hotel. I would have called but Ivwanted privacy after a long day. Would recommend bacon be added to bfast bar, and ice for ice tea. Also recommend at least one comp bottled water per guest.

The only thing I didn’t like it was the mirror in the bathroom it was all with spots and very dirty . The furniture it was with grease and spot under the telephone it was two sticky spots !!!!

Absolutely incredible people very clean very friendly. Spent three days at one point Toilet was stopped up the entire time I had to usually toilet in the hall and I did ask for someone to tend to it but no one ever did.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk gentleman was very helpful and accommodating. It was a great stay.

Oh they said if you let it run for 45 minutes it would get up to 90degs.

Front desk gentleman who checked us in at 2:30pm today was very kind and attentive. Made me feel at home and relaxed. Thank you for your prompted, assistance on check in. I appreciate this place for have a great, friendly attendant at the front desk.

No hot water!

The water in the shower was cold. When called down to the front desk i was told that the hotel was having trouble with their water heater and i needed to let the water run for 15-20 mins for it to start getting warm. I ran it for 25 and made no difference water stayed cold so i left the hotel and checked into a different place

Breakfast was more than sufficient, offering a wide variety of choices in a pleasant dining area. The rooms were clean and comfortable; however housekeeping is provided every other day. Stuff was excellent. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience, amenities, and welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast was healthy and we enjoyed the daily varieties on the menu. We were disappointed though when we checked in we were informed that for 2 days we wouldn’t have water from 9 to 5.

My husband and I booked a room here in order to celebrate our birthdays in Austin, Texas. We were not disappointed with the cleanliness and overall quality of the property. I always do a wipe down with antibacterial wipes and Lysol, and I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of dirt found on the surfaces. We will definitely, without a doubt plan to stay here again. This place actually has me considering starting a membership to retrieve points.

Was looking forward to using the outdoor pool, but it was closed. Close to downtown Georgetown, nice place to walk around and eat.

The man at the desk around 2:45 p.m. on 10/10/25 had no interpersonal skills. No hello, welcome-in, thank you... Very cold, probably best suited in the back office versus front desk. Other than this, the stay was good. Breakfast good.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a great location in the area. They also had gluten free options for the breakfast, made my wife very happy. Would most definitely stay here again.
