It was incredibly clean, and the staff was wonderful. The manager on duty that weekend was fantastic, I cannot remember her name, but she was absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful clean rooms. Clean parking lot. Close to the highway and good restaurants. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was great. Enjoyed the whole experience.

Very clean, they truly stayed on top of keeping the entire facility clean. You can smell the cleanliness. Staff was friendly & helpful. Key card did not work right after receiving. Clerk at desk fixed issue no problem & even double checked it to make sure worked this time. Small inconvenience nothing too terrible. Did also notice everyone struggled with getting into the back door of facility. Several swipes of card before reader would read it.

A+ stay. Breakfast was great! Well stocked and clean. Staff was helpful and efficient and hard working. Well run place and it showed. I'd return there for sure if I'm in that area again. The only negative, which is probably my own phone cases fault, is that my key kept getting demagnetized- over and over! They even know to warn people, so I guess that just happens, but when I travel to other hotels, I don't remember this being so bad an issue. Also, they have a good indoor pool, but the jacuzzi was borded up and I guess they could not keep it for some reason. If the jacuzzi was operable, the whole thing would have been fantastic! As it was, I just with the room, or the water could have been kept a little warmer. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic and I would recommend others to stay there for sure

It was clean with the exception of our hallway upon check in. Indoor pool was a plus. Hot tub was not in service When we checked in another room tried to light a vandal or intense or something and the hallway was incredibly smoky. A/c was a bit weak.

Due to a change in schedule, I attempted to change my reservation to other dates. The hotel would not accomodate a change in my stay and insisted that full charges would be placed for the stay eventhough I attempted to cancel or change my reservation. I would advise anyone to avoid this hotel as they are unaccomodating, are unwilling to work with customers and only care about generating revenue.

It was our 2nd time staying here. Staff are awesome, housekeeping were the best. Pool was clean plenty of towels. Breakfast was so convenient, fresh eggs and biscuits cereals, fruits and drinks. We will come Again and again….

This hotel gave us a much better room than I'd initially booked because of our honeymoon and it was well-appreciated! The hot tub in the king room was great and the staff were helpful and friendly (thanks Beth!). It was a basic continental breakfast there, but that's not what we were there for anyways. Overall a great stay and very positive experience!

Great location, staff was eating in the office and got up immediately and assisted me, asked for room on top floor and was granted. Quiet, peaceful, room was clean and bed was super comfortable. breakfast was hot and good

Nothing wrong with my stay. The room was clean and you can get the ac very cold if you like that, bed was comfy, staff was nice. Only thing is the breakfast isnt that great, some egg patties and sausage, then waffles and cereal kind of stuff. But other than that I would recommend them. No complaints. Thanks for a quiet nice stay!

It's a small thing but I appreciated it. I have never been a coffee drinker so the machine that makes fresh coffee on demand is great but not important but when I found that it also made hot cocoa Wow. BTW it makes expresso, latte etc. one cup at a time.

It was all great except for the tripping hazard between the room and the bathroom. Instead of the usual angled strip, it was a quarter inch squared off strip. It was an excellent way to trip senior citizens. Breakfast was good.

Older property. It wasnt what I expected. If you’re traveling with children I would not recommend staying here. Most of the people here are construction workers… mostly stayed in my room because I just didn’t feel too safe… the beds were comfortable. I didn’t did not eat the breakfast so I can tell you how it is…

We stayed here because we wanted a hotel with a hot tub…this hotel has their hot tub shut down, indefinitely. This is not listed on Expedia…the room itself was fine, but A/C does not stay on. Staff was super friendly, but breakfast was incredibly watered down (ever have biscuits and gravy soup before?) The consistency of the gravy was that of a thin soup, same with the juice. Overall, highly disappointing. For me, this is a budget hotel, but not at a budget price.

The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. The location is perfect. The room was clean and nice. Only complaint is that the hot tub(posted on website) wasn’t working. It was working the previous time we stayed either.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of drawers. The towels were surprisingly soft when compared to fancier hotels. It’s within walking distance to Chili’s. We slept in so we didn’t have time to eat breakfast. I wished the bathroom sink vanity had had more counter space but there were plenty of places in the room to put our stuff. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

The hot tub was out of service and has been for two weeks. We reserve this hotel for the hot tub amenities and we were upset that it was out. Other than that everything else was awesome.
