Le doy 100 volveremos air mi esposo y yo nos gustó mucho la habitación, estaba muy bonita la cama muy cómoda, el cuarto muy amplio, el baño, muy limpio y muy bonito el joven del lobby, muy amable, el desayuno estaba riquísimo la señorita de la cocina, muy atenta y muy amable. Las señoritas de la limpieza también muy amables. Es un hotel muy muy bueno me encanta lo recomiendo le doy 5 estrellas y un 100

This was a remarkable property for the price. It was very clean. The bed was excellent , sheets were great, bathroom area was pretty good. All of the furniture was well maintained and pretty good blackout curtains for nighttime sleep. Very quiet within this hotel. I will be staying here again.

The only negatives relate to the breakfast service. In the first incident, the dining room staff were loud toward each other at 7 o'clock in the morning. In the second, we had to leave Georgetown early to catch a 1 p.m. flight in Dallas. The breakfast room was open at 6 a.m., but only the coffee was available. Breakfast was not completely laid out until between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. We ended up taking our breakfast to go and left 1 hr. late. (We lucked out with the traffic and caught our plane.) Other than that breakfast was fine: hot and cold items, and a coffee machine that dispensed cappuccino.

The room was beautiful. The ice machines are only on 1st and 3rd floor. I was on 2nd floor.

Staff was super friendly and my room was clean and inviting.

Staff helpful and friendly. Building felt clean and smelled good. Room was clean, nice size, bed comfortable, bathroom was clean but shower-head needs some attention as it had lots of hard water crusted on it. Breakfast was available and included in room but we didn’t eat there. Conveniently located to downtown and activities plus the interstate.

The location was an easy-to-get to place. Quiet for the most part. We had our pet and we could hear others, but still got a good nights sleep. Place was clean, staff was pleasent. Basic breakfast offering and OK coffee. Good water pressure in the shower and well taken care of!

Nice mature shade trees and lots of grassy rest areas for pups. I was really surprised how quiet it was given proximity to I-35! Our room was so comfortable and clean too. The front desk associate was kind to let us have a later checkout, thank you!! Oh and thanks also for giving us a room near a first floor exit, my dog super appreciated that!! Nothing, it was great

This is real the best the Best Western hotel I’ve ever stayed, the room is spacious, very clean,the house keeping every day,their laundry room for guests very clean,despite the breakfast with the same food every day and I don’t really care about the food, they serve the good coffee the whole day. I have to stay in this hotel for about 1 week because our car has to go to the garage for some repairs and very enjoyable to stay in the hotel, easy to find some stores like target, H-E-B, restaurants around the area, walking trails through the river.

It’s an older place. The furniture is very outdated but it’s clean and quiet

From the first point of contact the clerk Taha was awesome very friendly and was willing to help. We had an issue with the rooms AC system and Taha helped us find another room quickly. This is customers service at it's best. However I would make one suggestion keep the rooms cooled down prior to your guest arriving that way they know right away whether or not the AC works. It takes more energy to cool a hot than to keep it at a say 72 degree temp. We had to borrow a fan from the front desk because it took three hours for the room to cool down. Fix the AC issues and I will return. -Dan H

Great breakfast, self serve coffee and expresso all day in lobby , super clean , comfy beds , towels poolside . Short walk to Blue Hole . Traveled with my kiddos and they enjoyed themselves.

Definitely I will comeback the location are very convenient to enjoy the entertainment district awesome confort in beds and linen it’s very clean the breakfast it’s a plus with many options for everyone!

Our room was recently renovated- looked like it was done by a handyman- not professionally painted - restroom was done by amateur- staff had to be ordered to help us with the luggage cart - he was standing there watching a lady struggling with the cart - tried to talk with the facility to inquire as to traffic issues with the streets or if the facility was under repair or renovation, could not get the foreign call center to provide the phone number to the facility we would be staying at - overall very frustrating trying to get basic information

This hotel has a good location in Georgetown. This older property was clean and the staff helpful. This property is pet friendly; We don’t have pets. The air conditioning system could use an update.

The elevator was right next to our room. While we could hear it it wasn’t overwhelming until the morning and then it was kind of loud.

I wish I would’ve booked a hotel further away that was better. Absolutely not worth the astounding price I paid of $331 per night bc of a concert in town - which I wasn’t attending. The AC had bugs crawling in it and I came home with bug bites in my legs. The room was damp and smelled and we couldn’t breathe at night because of the stale air. I would neee stay here again. The staff was beyond rude and not helpful. And I don’t write bad reviews. I’ve never given a 2 star review for anything ever.

The staff was EXCELLENT! So nice and accommodating, called to see if we needed anything. We were there for an early morning event so they had breakfast ready early for our group. Would recommend to friends and would stay there again.

The room itself was not bad, except for the large cockroach, the Shower water pressure was low and the breakfast was disappointing. The location is great, close to Highway and Close to the Square in Georgetown. The room itself was quiet and clean.

Room was clean and what we expected. Don't allow people to sit out front and smoke marijuana. It is not legal in Texas.

Most everything was great. There was one very important problem. The mattress in room 225 was clearly worn out. Replacement is the only fix.

Got another room that was not as bad, but very doggish. Both rooms windows were bolted shut, so we couldn't get ANY fresh air. My wife actually ended up having a horrible breathing attack and had to go to the hospital and we couldn't use the second day we'd reserved. I was able to leave the hospital once my wife was stable, went to check out early and get our things. I told desk what had happened and we needed to check out early, and they said "Sorry your wife got sick, but Expedia says no refunds." So the terrible rooms may have caused or contributed to my wife's breathing attack, and they tell us to suck it? Gee, thanks a lot. Screw this place, avoid it at all costs. It's clear it's fallen way, way down and smells like dog rescue that rarely gets cleaned.

The room was pretty normal by all accounts since it was a smaller hotel. I enjoyed the stay. The only downside was that there seemed to be no housekeeping done while I was there overnight (2 night stay), which is typically not the case.

We used to stay here when our daughter was in college there 2013 to 2017. So, this was our first time back since then. It appears that is has not been kept up or updated since then. It was a little disappointing.

We love walking downtown for dinner and drinks. This is a great place to stay for a single night or more if you're trying to enjoy Georgetown and the surrounding area.

It was very clean. Staff was very nice. Beds and pillows are comfortable. For the $$ it was a great deal! The ONLY thing that was subpar was the breakfast. Biscuits look good but no taste. Scrambled eggs weren't good. But cleanliness and comfort are most important to me

The room was a standard hotel room (nothing outstanding). The room had a musky smell which required a trip to get a room freshener. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was small.

The bed squeaked. The hotel doors slam shut very loudly and the neighbors allowed doors to slam every single time. Night time was very loud.

Georgetown is my favorite city in Texas and this hotel is my favorite to stay at when in town. It is within walking distance to the downtown square and right next to the Blue Hole Park.

We like everything about this place 1/2 block off of the highway was quiet, good breakfast, very clean and friendly staff. We stay in many hotels and we will definitely stay here again.

The staff where great. The only thing is the AC issue. It gets reallt hot in the rooms. We had three different rooms and all three the AC didnt blow enough cold air. Either than that the hotel is great for the price.

It was very noisey until about 7 or 8pm,but they stay was good.
