Booked for 2 nights they checked us out after 1 night. Came back later that night they had to give us different room. Wires exposed had to have desk person put outlet cover on. Hair in bed ants crawling on nightstands. Woke up with bites but couldn't find any bugs. Terrible run down place, avoid staying here

Displeased. The room floor and sofa had stains. No phone. Towels very thin, one bar of soap, the TV was on top closet. Only had two pillows. Had to request additional two pillows. Hard to rotate a view. Last night people talking very loud. Not pleased with stay.

Room was fine, guests were not.

The bedding had stains. The entire facility just smelled like mold and musky. The doors are hard to open. And the walls are so thin that if you had extremely loud drunk neighbors at 4am running between rooms and slamming doors, it would keep you up for hours. Not great.

Very central to a lot of areas in Dallas but overall I’m very disappointed in this hotel. The staff was very kind and allowed us to have a late check out. But the pictures online were VERY deceitful. Roaches everywhere, the door to the closet missing, shower had cracks and soap holder missing from it, cough had so many unknown stains, dirty towels and bedsheets (even after the room was being cleaned). Breakfast was basically just waffles, coffee, tea, and muffins. Overall not a good place at all! They need to renovate immediately, will not be here again.

There was hair everywhere on the towels, sheets, closet I mean everywhere, it was brought to the staffs attention, they did nothing! My partner slept in his clothes on top of the bed. They were more concerned about the $50 hold for damages than the comfort of the guest. Never again!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected. Since I only slept there one night, it didn’t complain. Where the tv is placed looks a bit dangerous but I don’t watch tv so I don’t know if it works or not.

My daughter and I checked in Saturday, we were supposed to have stayed til Monday however we left Sunday due to countless roaches we kept finding. It smelled awful in the elevator.

Sugar coated Cheerios, sugar coated muffins, at the bottom of the coffee cup it looked like the grounds were strained through a window screen. There was a new small pillow on the window sill that looked like someone threw up on it and left it there. The shower wall looked like someone tried to go threw it. The two soap dishes were broken off and there was a 4' crack in the tile surround that obviously broke the tile backer. Even after complaining about the cleanliness of the room and the issues with the room they only addresses the items I quoted instead of doing a thorough cleaning. They refused to give me a different room, not sure they'd be any better. The room looked like someone had a bar fight in it.

Help not very friendly. At 7:30 we ran out of coffee and the guy at the front desk. Did not know how to make coffee had to wait till 9 o’clock to get coffee. Breakfast was lousy. Only thing they had were waffles and muffins you need some kind of fruit to go with breakfast if that’s all you going to serve. My room didn’t have a rod in the closet to hang my clothes.

Combative about checking me in because my middle initial was absent from my card. The room was horrible, inconsistent a/c and the bedding had stains. The key reader on the side entrance door was broken. The best thing about this was when it was time to leave and check out.

Room was ok. Room had fridge and microwave but no coffee maker? Went to lobby in the morning for breakfast and coffee as advertised no coffee and clerk did not know how to make it.

It was an okay hotel, had breakfast, cold ac, and was quiet. However my only complaint is the room and hallways reeked of cigarette smell and was nauseating. The staff is nice and friendly. The hotel was close to shopping and food places like Walmart which is convenient :)

Our room was very small

and my wife noticed a small roach in the bathroom this morning. We reported it to the guy at the counter. His response they have exterminator visit couple of days ago.

Staff was extremely rude and harassing. Calling after I already overpaid for the room with how dirty it was. Calling repeatedly after I paid an early check in fee or $40 for me to return the trolly I used for my luggage. I put it outside my room and they still insisted that I had to bring it all the way back downstairs as if that is my job duty instead of theirs. Not to mention how bad it smelt of cigarette smoke and the loud doors slamming at all hours. No pool. Breakfast was BARE MINIMUM! Do not stay here, you’re welcome.

Not too bad, they try their best? At check-in the manager said no smoking allowed in the room, but the room stank of cigarette smoke, and I do NOT smoke so that was unpleasant. Was also given a room that was already occupied; maybe the manager was tired? So I had to go back downstairs to explain this unpleasant experience but they did not believe me so the manager sent Security to the room to check. Of course, I was correct but NO apology was issued, very strange. If you’re needing to book a hotel last minute this will do in a bind; cannot recommend beyond those circumstances.

Upon entering, the person was not very friendly. The bathroom was so dirty—hair in the sink and in the bathtub—they hadn’t cleaned the room. There were cockroaches. I’m not going back to that hotel. There was a musty smell upon entering. Simply a bad experience.

I took pictures of the uncleanliness dirty and moldy pillows. Me and my wife did not stay very long we checked out same night we checked in hours later we checked out because of how dirty the room was.

The carpet was dirty and it had a bad smell

-dirty rooms -broken doors - missing doors -broken faucets -tub with hair, wasn’t mine -broken towel bar -missing door handle and last but not least, a gaping hole in the floor covered by a carpet tile. Nice enough on the outside, pretty scary on the inside. How can anyone charge money for this disaster?!

Very clean and cozy

The property was covered in the aroma of damp mold in the hallways. The room never had the proper amount of towels nor was is cleaned once in a 3 night stay.The breakfast was a wall mounted near the reservation desk.3ft serving bar with just waffles dry cereal and no milk, DAILY.

Felt dirty and old

The door locks were temperamental and would require several tries to get the door open. The bed was hard and fairly uncomfortable.

Room wasn't clean and was infested with wasps. Not sure where they were coming from. I killed 4 live ones and there were more dead scattered around the floor of the room.

Rooms were clean and the WiFi worked. No loud parties or riff raff hanging around the parking lot. Pleasant stay.

The rooms had mold on ceiling from water leakage killed a bug in the bathroom no worrying phone in room etc

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in old & musty smell, carpet never been shampooed, walls & baseboards dirty, closet had one door ripped off, hangers just thrown in the closet, hole in sheets, worst breakfast ever I could go on but I'll stop

Carpet in the room needs replaced immediately and the walls in the bathroom need wiped down or painted.

The stay was okay. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a baby next door that did not want to sleep, but that isn't the property owner's fault. However, there were elevator issues, a broken drawer, and the hair dryer did not work.

THE HOTEL RECEPTIONIST GAVE ME THE WORST ROOM EVER THE CURTAINS WERE DIRTY. THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE MOLD I COULD BARELY BREATHE. THE BREAKFEAST WAS HORRIBLE AND TASTED POORLY… THE AC HAD DIRT ON IT DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR MONEY THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST I HAVE BEEN IN SO FAR

I booked the wrong night. They wouldn’t work with me. I asked for a refund or to reschedule. They simple took the money and said NO. It’s likely the hotel has made simple mistakes before and wanted. Most people aren’t that harsh. These are the facts. Rejecting this review is in bad faith.

Rude, and for breakfast you have to go to the front desk and ask for it and it’s just a kolache and a muffin in a brown bag cold, and if you ask for more they make ugly faces at you considering how empty the hotel was you’d think they would be nicer to gain more customers with kindness but oh well.

It was an ok stay. For a family, I feel there were too many construction workers staying at the hotel!

You get what you pay for. The entryway and lobby were super clean. The room- you can tell it was recently renovated in the past few years… but sheet had a stain on it. Found a huge roach in the bathroom. Toilet was consistently running, even after trying to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re bringing family/kids. If you need a cheap place to crash- go for it.

Noisy smells and humid

I made reservations nothing was stated about pets. We were without power and need to leave our premises. We needed to bring our senior declawed cat without since he couldn’t tolerate the heat. I declared the pet and was told we couldn’t stay.

Yes, I had an unpleasant experience. My complaints was not attended to. I felt being discriminated against. At the lounge after checking out, I asked for the rest room but was told to go to Walmart as I am no longer their guest.

Breakfast was barely adequate. They ran out of orange juice and there was no choice regarding the edibles - muffin and a strange combination of a small hot dog in a sweetish bread.

Breakfast was meager.

This is a low budget motel we stayed at to view the eclipse the following day which did not dissapoint. However, this Microtel reeks of old and cheap so should be avoided if you have other choices. It is next to the what has to be the biggest bowling alley on the planet if you’re into that and a Walmart Supercenter.

Took two weeks to receive my deposit back & the furniture in the room was missing doors .

We had a nonsmoking room and it smelled really bad like cigarette. We also found a cigarette bud in the room. No smoke detector and some mold in the restroom.

When the desk clerk is surrounded by plexiglass, that is not a good sign. The continental breakfast was a Lillie brown bag with a muffin and a little sausage in a wrap! Coffee was not hot. First room I was given had a missing safety latch! Toilet liked from the tank whenever it was flushed. No one came to look at it so it continued to leak! The carpeting was stained and the whole room was “ shop worsen”.

There was too much noise inside the building both nights i was there, like some one was doing construction work. There was also a very damp and musty smell throughout the building. There was also a bar of used soap left in the shower when i arrived. Good on a budget that's it

Very bad smell in room. All furnitures were dirty. Bathrooms were not clean. Lot of hair and many dirty stuffs along the floor and on the bed also in bathroom too.

Coffee wasn't strong enough

Property was clean, comfortable and in good condition. A few sketchy individuals were hanging around however and did not make me feel secure. Towing a trailer, I was forced to park on the street. The clerk was not the friendliest, and there was no breakfast although it was listed. Bargain rate, however.

House keeping should have been better

The front desk clerk was very nice, but room was disappointing. There were no hangers in the closet.Clerk brought them to me. Carry out breakfast was muffin & almost frozen pig in blanket, but no microwave. styrocup at coffeebar had hole in it. Coffee ran everywhere. No napkins or personel to help with cleanup.

My room on the third floor end of corridor was small and you could hear the people in the room beside us talking. It was very cramped and noisy. No coffee maker or refrigerator. Sack breakfast was a muffin and a hot dog. Rug and elevator.

They advertised a continental breakfast. There was no coffee at 8:05 am and we were given a brown bag with a muffin and a cold hotdog in a bun. No fruit. Also the shower was SO slick I had to put a towel down IN the tub so I didn¿t fall. Bath door dirty.

Very nice staff and most of all the location of the hotel is perfect, don't have to go far for food shopping Etc. Do you a person like myself without a vehicle and have to get back and forth to work and for food this is the best location to go. and

No clean linen that said they change it every 3 days, we find a cucaroaches, the toilet wasn't working, they over limited clean towels, and the heater didn't work when outside was 28', NOT RECOMMENDED I ASK TO TALK WITH A MANAGER BUT THEY'RE WHERE NEVER t

When I walked into the property, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d made the right choice. But when I got to my room, all was confirmed that I had in fact made the right choice. My room was clean and neat. There was no smell. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely be back. Great job!

No remote upon arrival but soon provided. Soap & tiny supply of shampoo was never replenished. (5 nights) Many TV stations audio was in Spanish. Unable to change this with the remote. Watched the Cowboys v Rams game in Spanish.

The rooms and carpet on the hallway had bad odor and the person at the front desk had an attitude. I regretted paying high price for a filthy hotel

We chose this hotel because it was close to my moms house. The room was extremely small. Found actual boogers on the walls, french fries on the floor next to the bed and there were poop stains on the sheets. We definitely wont be back.
