Terrible we were sleeping in our room and somebody opened up the room while we were in our room at 11 o’clock at night sleep called the front desk three times they did not pick up and they want to give me a $50 off my room I didn’t feel safe and I did not like how the management approach the situation

The room was large and pet-friendly, though the bathtub was in need of maintenance. Very clean and cool in this heat wave. The staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful, but that's okay.

We had a good stay. Would recommend this La Quinta site to anyone. Every thing was in good shape & the service was excellent. Only thing wrong was that the person in the room next to us had the TV too loud in the evenings and it kept us up until midnight. He was elderly and probably did not realize the TV was so loud.

Room was dirty with biohazard condoms left on bed and floor Cleaning crew used same gloves to pick up dirty condoms to put the new sheets on , everyone had an attitude and no other room where available.

The staff was very helpful, even the non-English speakers. The house keeper translated to me what she was trying to say. I love my room for my Mom and I. More importantly, there is Golden Corral across the street, dinner was very good.

Everything was excellent room clean towels available we needed pool access. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely will use again.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is convenient, with a Starbucks nearby in the same area and stores like Ross just across the street. The area isn’t overly busy, but it’s easy to get to everything you need. The room was clean, and I especially liked the spacious and well-maintained lobby and breakfast area. Even though the hotel is close to the freeway, getting in and out was surprisingly easy and the traffic wasn’t stressful. The hallways were tidy and had a fresh, pleasant smell. The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated the modern glass shower. Overall, the hotel felt well cared for, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Dallas area. The only two things I didn’t really like were the bathroom setup. The bathroom light and exhaust fan are controlled by the same switch, so the fan runs every time you turn on the light, which can be a bit noisy. Also, the shower only has an overhead showerhead with no handheld or lower faucet, so it’s not very convenient if you just want to rinse your feet without taking a full shower.

Friendly and professional staff. The room was clean and seemed maintained and updated. Breakfast was typical, bit reliably ready and maintained during serving hours. Shopping and alternate food restaurants reasonably close.

The hotel was fine with the exception of the breakfast buffet. The food was just slightly warm and I didn't feel comfortable eating almost cold scrambled eggs and sausage.

When we first got there we did get a room with someone else in it but they fixed it quick.

The location was great but the hotel was just OK. It was like other hotels with nothing really standing out. Not a bad hotel, its just okay.

When I arrived on the property, I was unable to check in early due to the night's capacity. I spoke with Marie at Guest Services, and she said the earliest she could try to get me in was 10. She did an extraordinary job and made sure I could get in for early check-in, even though the room I had reserved was not available. She gave me a different room equivalent to what was reserved, and I was not charged an early check-in fee. THANK YOU for your hospitality.

If you are just looking for somewhere to stop and get something quick to eat and sleep then this is it. definitely no complaints about hotel or staff. Just a small bland hotel in a bland area. Dog friendly!

The location was great! lots of places within walking distance to eat dinner. Easy on and off to the property too. We only had coffee but it was delicious. There were a lot of pluses but the two items that detracted from the overall score were of high value to us. 1. The smell. The smell throughout the hotel was a little off, kind of stuffy a little bit, but the smell in the elevator was unpleasant so much so that it left a residual bad taste in the back of the throat. 2. My pet peeve is water pressure in the shower and it was terrible. The pressure was so low that I had to stand for many minutes under the shower head to rinse off the shampoo from my hair then again for the rest of my body. My wife also noticed that the small shampoo bottle had already been opened by a previous occupant but she just mentioned it kind of as a matter-of-fact.

Excellent stay at this Quality Inn. It’s very clean, the room was spacious & comfortable, and they have an indoor swimming pool, which I swam in frequently. The staff was very pleasant, and professional.

I liked the location. It has everything you could want or need near by! Loved this part! The room was filthy. I found 2 dead cockroaches smashed into the carpet. Which tells me the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. There were hand prints on the wall that told me… whom ever had sex in that room and supported them selves against the wall had dirty hands and no one even cared to wipe the wall off. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. It was a filthy room. The lamp was broken. The chair was so dirty I wouldn’t sit on it EVER. Everything is so outdated. This hotel needs a makeover. The breakfast was sub par… everything was microwaved. The people at the front desk were hard to be found. Usually outside smoking. Would I stay here again? Noooo

The convenient location and the young black lady was very polite and even gave me suggestions on good places. Maybe the breakfast options...maybe add a potatoe melody with it and peanut butter packs for the waffles along with better quality plastice ware...real flimsy kind.

Stayed 2 nights; the rooms carpet looked new, had a good smell. The rooms were very basic but in accordance with room cost but very clean & good smell as well. Rooms had microwave, fridge, coffe maker, etc. everything worked. Most of all I liked how quiet at night & day it was through the whole hotel & I liked the smell like new.

The new hired lady was really rude, i knew she was new hired because she was being trained. Really bad attitude towards me and my wife. Threw the receipt in my hand and didn’t spoke any.

This hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool wasn't cold and the breakfast was hot. The only reason I gave it four stars is the room description was wrong.We reserved the Executive Suite which was supposed to have an extra sitting area. The extra sitting area is in the Family Suite. The hotel was booked so we ended up squeezing into the Executive Suite rather than find another hotel. The staff was wonderful giving us extra blankets for the cot we had. I'd stay here again, just in a Family Suite. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a gas station and the area feels safe overall.

I didnt get the chance to stay in the room i paid for. All because of the security deposit, they were too adamant to charge fully. I was exhausted and really needed this but all because they didnt want to accommodate me by any means. I tried working with them but they couldnt so i asked if I can get my money back and they gave me a spiel or mainly believe that I wasn’t gonna get my refund and then that’s when they decided to drop the security deposit and even then I tried but they just weren’t making it easy for me to do that with them. Soo i just threw away almost $100 plus the conflict that caused in my family because of it. Worst customer service I have ever had ever. Just sad cause I really felt mislead or with the intention of having me believed that there was nothing I can do when really it was. I just felt very helpless and no knowledge your help on what to do next.

The room was adequate. I had very little interaction with the staff, but what little I did was not impressive. We didn't have breakfast either morning because breakfast ended at 9:00. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway of our entire floor. It was there throughput our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not clean, the hallways and our room stunk like pot, the bathroom had water damaged walls and moldy shower. It was so bad we did not stay the second night (it was non-refundable so lost money on that

Room was large and very clean. The employees were nice, friendly and helpful. The location was near where I was having an event but one thing I can say is know where you’re going because the GPS on cell and car will drive you crazy. Oh one last thing. Room 315 might need a new ac unit. It’s making noice like there was a helicopter outside when it came on

The room was clean. However, there was no cup for the coffee machine. The toilet was loose on the floor and wobbled loudly. There was no TV channel guide. These are minor, but slightly annoying. The most important thing to me is a clean room and comfortable bed and both of those were5 star.

The room and the attend in the front desk was rude when we got there all the people that work in the front desk it was not a good place to stay the deposit for incidentals I think it was too high I've stayed in others and they're not as high as that not even close the service in the breakfast not good

This Hotel is one of my favorite places to stay, specifically for the quietness and cleanliness. I will usually spend a few more dollars to go here for that reason.

On arrival the room lacked a chair, TV remote and the fridge was broken. The front desk person for the evening shift made me feel that it was an imposition for her to make her half hearted attempt to assist me with the issues. The maintenance worker did his best to solve the issues but didn’t have the necessary tools to properly fix the problems. Poor maintenance was the big issue.

Room had a slight smell of smoke. Staff was polite and friendly.

The tv would not pick up the local channels. On a weekday where the local football pro team played, the game could not be watched. Had to go to a local bar to see the game.

The air in the room that I had was not cold enough for me. I didn’t sleep to well..

Will never be back

The room was super dated and old. Had a musty old smell. Sheets are literally so rough like cardboard and sort of cigarette smell. We did the family suite which was the biggest most expensive room, and it was very basic. The carpet was so dirty my daughter’s feet were black walking around barefoot. Wouldn’t stay at this property again.

The bed has a dip in it and was impossible to sleep. The shower was dirty, had long hair in it. My husband and I do not have long hair. It was very noisy. A dog was barking most of the night.

Stay was comfortable because it was quiet and room was ready and clean. Breakfast options were varied and plentiful.

As soon as we walked in the room a cockroach was on one of the beds. Went to the front desk to let the lady know and she didn't apologize or nothing i asked to switch rooms. The second room we got, everything had stains(lamp shades, chairs, picture frames). Everything was dirty.

This is not the best La Quinta out there but it was convenient. They had to shut the water off & it was brown for quite a while… the room was adequate.

The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable of the Garland and Dallas area. We felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel and the local area. It is nicely appointed and conveniently located. Easily walking distance to IHop, Brums, Chili's, Golden Corral, Aldi and Walmart. We definitely recommend this location. Also, very family friendly.

Zero sense customer service

This hotel can use some TLC and updating. The staff was very nice and the check-in was quick. We had a dog on the same floor that barked late in the evening and early morning hours.

Was awoken at 6am from neighbors slamming doors all around. I guess every person in the entire hotel was on the 3rd floor. Loud TVs. Housekeeping going in and out surrounding rooms letting doors slam. Will not stay here again for work.
