The most unsanitary establishment I think I’ve ever witnessed. I do not recommend

The bed cover had smoking holes in it...the door didn't stay shut when you left the room...saw at least 1 cockroach...the window covering would not cover the window...and the tub had damage to it.

Had a good nights sleep

Very comfortable and clean. AC works superb. Everyone would enjoy staying here.

The desk clerk was extremely rude. When checking in, I was told I’d been blocked with no explanation and told my reservation had been canceled. When I asked who canceled it, clerk said they had and I had to leave. I’m glad I didn’t stay there since it looked like a trashy place, not like a place I usually stay. They went ahead and charged my credit card even though they canceled the reservation without notifying me.

The staff is super friendly and the rooms are always clean I definitely recommend them

The bathroom was disgusting. There was grime on the tub and floor that looked like it had been there since the place opened, which was probably sometime in the 70s. It’s obviously a known hangout for less than tasteful individuals. I would not stay there again.

I had to kill cockroaches in our room. The breakfast area was filled with construction materials. So no food in the morning.

About what I expected considering the cost.

The sheets smelled bad—like dirt—the bathroom wasn't completely clean, the bed sheets were slightly torn, and the upstairs stairs are broken.

Para empezar, el personal fue grosero desde que hicimos check in, después entramos a la habitación y las amenidades estaban sucias (refrigeración, refrigerador, microondas) las toallas olían feo y estaban manchadas, las sábanas estaban de muy baja calidad. En general todas las amenidades necesitan ser cambiadas, parece que no las han cambiado en años. Pero definitivamente la peor parte fue que encontramos cucarachas dentro de la habitación e invadieron nuestras maletas. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

The sheets on the bed were very bad stained and had some little holes in them the floors needed to be mopped something had been dripped in a few places and the air conditioner had black mold on the vents and the filter was filthy

I don’t recommend this place. We arrived and had to clean the room. There were issues with the toilet, it was infested with roaches, and the mini‑split was dirty. It may be a cheap place, but cleanliness still matters.

There is no pool mattress has mold on it bathroom and room lights don't work only dust and caution tape where coffee/breakfast should be. Received no clean sheets no clean towels. They never cleaned the room

Such a horrible experience I ended up not staying the night and going to a different hotel. First, I'm placed in a room with a broken toilet. Then I'm placed in a dirty room. Blanket had a stain, dirt and debris on the floor, and found an empty beer can behind the toilet which shows how little they give a damn about checking and cleaning everything. Also had a lock that wouldn't read the key card so I'd have to be let in by the clerk anytime I wanted to enter the room. I decided to go get food and just stay the night since no refunds and the daytime clerk was nice but when I came back, the overnight clerk was the rudest person I ever had to interact with. She constantly yelled over me and wouldn't listen until I finally raised my own voice so she had to hear me. She wouldn't let me into the room at first since I misplaced the card key but finally let me in. She continued to yell the entire time and I lost my patience and decided to just check out then in the middle of the night and find another place to stay. I don't know how their average review score is so high but I'm guessing the perfect score reviews are them trying to raise the score. Avoid this place, they offer no refunds for a reason.

This was by far the worst place. Top step on stairs was broken, door had huge space between it and wall and room was extremely filthy. People who got kicked out of their rooms were hanging around.

The room air-conditioning is perfect

condition of the place terrible, dirty sheets and bad smell in room, blood in doors, and sheets with cigarette marks on sheets, and staff was terribly unkind, i had 2 rooms reserved and she gave me rooms separated in opposite side of the buildings, worst experience that I can remember.

At check-in, the area and surroundings seemed pretty sketch I'm not going to lie. However, I stayed there four nights the parking lot was very well lit, cameras everywhere, I never heard anything other than the traffic on i-30, was never bothered by anybody the property was clean and my vehicle was never messed with. In regards to the room. My room was clean, there were no bed bugs as others have reported, I didn't see a single bug of any kind in my room! Yes there were a few cigarette Burns in the cover sheet of the bed and there was mold around the base of the tub and on the shower curtain but if that kind of stuff bothers you then you didn't grow up drinking out of a water hose LOL the price point was great and it facilitated my trip perfectly.

This place should be closed down and knock down asap the health department should come in close is for good

The good thing about it is that it has separate suites, so you feel comfortable and it’s very quiet.

This property looked nothing like advertised. I was very disappointed with the quality and condition of the motel.

The room smelled as if a two pack a day smoker was living there. The bed linens were all stained with cigarette burn holes.

AC was cold that’s about the best thing about this place. There was stains all over the bed and bed covers the bath tub looked like it had a gunshot through it. Stinks like weed I could not sleep at night because the smoke of getting stronger and stronger if you just need a room to stay in and don’t care about your door, not closing all the way your curtains being almost see-through then go for it.

This place is disgusting. Crawling with roaches. They have the audacity to claim it a "non-smoking motel". Cigarette holes in the bedding and mattress. Our toilet hardly worked. The microwave barely worked. We left the room with some cereal on the floor we couldn't sweep up with no broom but not all over the floor. I unfortunately had to go back after checkout when we couldn't find my husband's DL. Only to be told upon leaving, that the house keeper said we left the room nasty and that the owner has black-listed me so if I went to book again, I'd be loosing money. Yeah, no, black-listed or not, I will not be booking there again. I wouldn't tell a working girl to book there. Don't waste your money on this roach motel.

The floors were so dirty that walking with bare feet left my feet black on the bottom. Getting fresh towels was a task in itself and the television had to be replaced after two days without a working remote.

There were only 2 things good about this hotel. 1) The staff were very polite. 2) The price of stay was reasonable. But everything else was bad. Room looked decent, but the bed blanket had holes in them as if they were burned or perhaps an animal bit into them. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had mold on the outer rims. They had a tv but it wasn’t even working let alone was a remote there. A lot of nats flying around. The filter in the AC was completely dirty and looked broken. Above all stay wise, not the best place, but if you’re looking for a place to stay as a budget friendly last resort, then do what you gotta do.

This place was very ghetto and very ran down with an awful meal to smell. There were strange characters and homeless people walking around all night long. There was trash all over the ground this is an awful place to stay. I will never ever ever in life stay there again

The place is really dirty, stains everywhere, my door key didn’t work so they have to come open my room everything I needed to go out. They don’t care about help customers. I will never booked that place in my life again.

Lady was dude rooms were available but the lady said there was no available rooms after i already paid she started yelling at me telling me to “get the f**** off her property!” And that she was going to call the police on me when I didn’t disrespect her not once.. mind you I had my 5 year old son with me and she was doing all of this infront of him..

Laundry room was closed which is a big inconvenience since that’s where the ice machine is! Staff is fine there’s a Walmart across the street if you needed to buy anything.

I would be surprised if they've ever clean anything in these rooms. Everything has stains, cigarate burns, and smelled like cigarettes and weed. It was also raining and the door sucked so the rain was in the room. You don't come here because your life is going great, and it is the cheapest option in Dallas, so pick your battle.

Staff was horrible and room was absolutely disgusting. Roaches everywhere and if we didn't have nowhere else to go we would have left but the guy at the desk said we were just going to have to deal. Found socks and crusty coins everywhere

I didn't use the laundry room and the parking was safe but the rooms where so dirty specially the bathroom there was hair on the bathtub the wall on the bath tub was so nasty I had to clean it up myself I say for about two weeks never got a knock on my door offering housekeeping

This place is raggedy. The door was broke and had a credit card sized gap so it was cold all night. The bed was stained and dirty. There was no phone to call the front desk. The room was moldy. The bathroom was dirty. I slept in a chair. I was low on funds and couldn't find anything with a reasonable price. I booked 2 days and left after the first night they kept my money. Y'all should do some type of property verification and audits. This is crazy sending people to roach motel that won't give you your money back.

When we were finally able to check in, the key cards did not work properly and we had to go back to the front desk several times. Once inside the room, the situation was even worse. The room was dirty, with visible bugs, and the bed sheets were stained with what looked like urine or possibly blood. It was impossible to feel comfortable in those conditions. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the room, which made the experience even more unpleasant. We couldn’t even stay the night and had to find another hotel. Despite the unacceptable conditions, we were not given a refund. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The place I reserved on your website wasn't anything like it looked on the website. The desk clerk wasn't very nice but he did try to be accommodating. But still had poor disposition. And the room was nothing like the website room, it wasn't horrible but he could do with some major upgrades.

It was adequate in the barest sense. A bathroom, and place to sleep. The bed was fairly comfortable. The sheets were old and discolored but appeared clean, the bedspread full of stains and cigarette burns. The two towels provided were small and threadbare. No place for hanging clothes. Although I had no security problems, based on the environment and "feel," I'm glad I was armed. It did have Wifi and a TV, and a microwave and fridge. Far from glamorous, but sufficient.

The bathroom toilet was broken and would not flush, the exterior was junkie and covered up with boards, the room was disgusting and dirty all over the floor, the bedspread was dirty. The linens were dirty and smelled like feet.
