Clean. Staff was so nice. Pool was a cherry on top. Close to so many attractions. Next time I will bring a fan as it was too quiet in the room ..that's my only complaint!

The rooms were cozy. I like the pool towels were available after getting out of pool. Pool was warm and not refreshing. The water slide wasn't strong enough to slide down. That the bar closed early didn't stay open at night

Hot tub jets did not work, I had to call maintenance twice to fix the AC in the room, the toilet had issues when flushed, as if it was about to overflow or explode, and our hotel room door would jam every time we would open it

We had a wonderful stay during the World Cup and would definitely come back. The amenities were wonderful for our kids and us! The only complaint we have is that AC didn’t seem to be working well. We lowered ours to 65 and it never got cooled down below 70 really and in Texas during the summer that is quite warm. The AC in the fitness center seemed to be having issues also, and there were portable units placed that were struggling.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Stonebriar! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food we had during our stay was delicious, and the pool area was a huge hit with our family—the slide was perfect for the kids and kept them entertained for hours. We did have one minor issue with our room, but the front desk immediately moved us to a new room without any questions or hassle. Their prompt, friendly service really stood out and made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again!

No valet derby ce with bags and restaurants were unavailable a lot and food no goox

When we arrived, we ask the man outside for valet to take our bags up. He said they didn’t do it and brought us a cart to load ourselves which was hard to steer. The breakfast was sparse and not open at 10:45 because they were setting up for lunch.

The property was very nice and the staff was super, with the exception of the evening guy at the check in desk . Everyone was friendly , upbeat and enthusiastic the evening guy in the check in desk was cold and appeared to not care . Jackie who worked with golfing aspect of the hotel was amazing !!!

Room didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. I assume it hadn’t been used in a while considering the accumulated dust. The bathroom shower curtain was not usable and it was tangled around the curtain rings, which were also loose and some broken. For a luxury rating, it didn’t feel luxurious at all

The hotel structure and grounds are quite beautiful. However it’s clearly apparent that the hotel is at least 5 if not 10 years past a restoration and refurbishing project. Pool area is very dated, metal fencing on the property is falling over, there is only so much paint and caulk you can use before it’s time to replace. The barn door bath door fell off the track the first time we tried to use it. Barn doors dates this hotel at least 20 years since it was last touched.

The Westin was a beautiful hotel. They did not get our booking from hotels.com so it caused a bit of chaos and we had to wait several hours for them to figure it out. The staff was on top of it and very kind, so i have no complaints with them! I’m not sure what happened on the hotels.com side, but that could have eased the situation had everything shown up as it should, considering we paid in full when we booked.

The staff and front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was great and updated and the beds were so comfortable. Perfect weekend get away. Dog friendly and very accommodating to our fur baby! Food and drinks awesome. Kids loved the pool/splashpad/slides. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing stay and amazing atmosphere it was incredibly beautiful and quiet, which is what I’m looking for in any stay… the only thing I would critique is that amenities here, like the golf and spa are kind of misleading and kind of hard to understand online and on the paper.

The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful area with beatiful view..BUT the service could have been better it did not align. I felt the carpets needed cleaning especially with some guests having their pets. I simply expected more for price and location. Staff did not go above and beyond to accomodate.

The advertised hot tub did not have working jets which also led to the well heated tub to be covered with leaves. The room was in tip top condition and well decorated. All staff from front desk, cleaning, Starbucks to bar were fine. I guess another issue would be the lack of valet parking when we arrived about 6:30 p.m. Thursday. We ended up needing to park over 100 yards from the entrance. Oh, there was also no bellman to take our suitcases, hang ups and coolers to the room.

Great location great staff a lot of amenities. The only issue with my stay is I had a room that was next to a suite filled with a group of teens or 20 yr olds and they were very loud. Loud music I could hear their conversations through the wall.

Every time we stay at the Westin Stonebriar it is fantastic! Easy check in and out and beautiful property near by a ton of things to do!

I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and called to tell them my check in time would be 1030 and they okayed that. When I got there there was no more 2 queen beds available and gave us a pull out “roller” bed. Definitely disappointed in that. But everything else was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Always a great stay at the stone briar. we always stay here for the cleanliness, the smell when you walk in. The bartenders are awesome and Miss Tori up front is hands down the best host!

My dog and I stayed here for NYE and had the best experience. The property is secluded enough to feel like you’ve escaped the chaos of DFW and the grounds are wooded and relaxing. The service and staff were so kind and attentive. The spa was the highlight. I had an incredible massage by Greg and facial by Melissa. Everyone was so nice to my dog and it’s a very dog friendly property. Bed was comfortable, bed was clean and pool area is huge! Love that the spa had a steam room! Can’t wait to come back!

The toilet paper was the thin rough texture. House keeping was super loud cleaning above the room at 5-5:40 pm.

Staff was amazing. There was a speaker at the hotel while we stayed and people swarmed into the hotel. The staff and the police handled the crowds very well.

We’ve been staying here for over 20 years now and every time it’s five star staff and accommodations. This place is timeless without feeling dated. In our most recent stay, the bellhop even offered to go to the local CVS to get some medicine late at night for my wife. They really go above and beyond to serve with excellence and it’s a beautiful property that’s located by everything you want!!! Love this place!

Pool was closed during our stay. That was disappointing They did shuttle to another property. Hot water did not work for our evening showers. Not sure why?! Great location for our stay. Price was high for what you got!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Only complaint would be that the patio was shut down too early. Understand the pool being shut down, but weather was still nice enough to sit outside. When we went out to the patio, all the fire patio tables had been taped up to not use. Would have been nice to still utilize those.

Upon arriving at 2:30 am after long 2 days of packing for a big move, we were greeted by night reception scalding us for “not calling in advance” being that we were arriving so late and that it “may have required reservation be re-entered into the system”. I’m sorry…who is customer here?! Then I was told that there are “no late checkout”

They were having some sort of party so it was loud at night Hot tub was nice Breakfast was ok I wouldn’t get it not worth the $50 Hallways did have an odd smell Also heard dogs barking thru walls

We got a room on 2nd floor and throughout the stay, there was a strong mildew-like smell in the hallway. My friend and I had to hold our breath when leaving the room and back to the room. We even told the front desk and the smell never went away. Other than that, our stay was great!
