Sheraton Stonebriar Hotel

. Lady in the breakfast restaurant appears to be on drugs. No clean tables. Her parents came in and heard her say I made you fresh pancakes. The ones in buffet are frozen or old. She is running all around the place. Couldn’t resest computer for the register. She is a mess. Restaurant messy.

It was just what we needed! I just wish we could have stayed one more night:) I don’t really think there was anything that really popped out at me that I didn’t like

My wife and I were really impressed by our stay. The staff was polite and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Loved this hotel. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Very nice room.

The only inconvenience was that one of the two elevators was not working, and the one that was working, was very slow.

One elevator was out of order the two nights we stayed. The working elevator also appeared to have issues. Super long delays before doors would close, rear entry doors opened even when not selected, etc..

The front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful! He was friendly to me and my family and remembered their names when greeted.

Overall great hotel only drawbacks were no shuttle, the streaming service system didn’t work on our tv and the restaurant hours on site. Otherwise everything was great rooms are modern and well kept, staff is very responsive, great location and quiet will be back.

Over all this was a wonderful place to stay and would most definitely stay again and or recommend! My only “complaint” would be the shower at a funny smell and not enough towels.

Wonderful stay, walking distant from the training I attended! Staff was friendly and even printed several documents I needed for my training!

So first of all, I chose one of the rooms because it said that this hotel has hot tubs in the room apparently, when I got there, the staff members mentioned that they don’t have any hot tubs only outside for people to get into and on top of that, the room was nice pretty spacious, but the AC unit was very loud and it kept clicking and making noises I chose to stay at this hotel because I had some training classes. I have to take pertaining for my job around the corner from this hotel so I was thinking that this would have been a great spot. I was a little upset, but hey, it is what it is.

Everything was good except not all of the elevators were operational. Of the two elevators near the front lobby, only one was operating. A bit of a nuisance.

There were no laundry machines so this should be disclosed that no washer and dryer on premises. The Staff was very Friendly. The hotel lacked the feel of a four or five star Sheraton hotel

The pool was a little dirty. One of the elevators wasn’t working and the working one sounded like it was breaking down…but other than that it was a nice property.

AC was ice cold - rooms are in great shape - elevator not so much. Staff amazing but you want to stay ok the North side away from the Freeway noise. Lots of great food options walking distance. Free parking nearby. Overall great value.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was my first but definitely won’t be the last. The lovely gentlemen working on the afternoon and evening of June 20th were super friendly and gave A+ customer service. The room was spotless and with the weather being humid the air conditioning was also too notch. The coolness of the room was extremely inviting and much appreciated after being outside all evening. The location was perfect and near so many restaurants and shopping areas. Cannot wait to come back here on my next trip to Frisco/Plano.

Excellent staff. Clean/cut room and fun Friday events each Friday evening of the month - this Friday we enjoyed fresh baked donut holes in the lobby.

Clean, tidy, safe. Comfy beds. Walkable to Legacy Shops (25 minutes). Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good. Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee. I did not use the hotel bar/food. Easy parking straight outside and around the hotel.

Very clean rooms and workout facility. The breakfast tables needed wiped and the microwave and coffee pot in lobby needed wiping down . Everything else was perfect and it was quiet . The air conditioner was good too and quiet .

The person who checked me in shorter male balding with a beard and glasses had an O in his first name was super helpful. I asked to move rooms to a higher floor and he accommodated. I asked for some paper and he helped me with that as well. Had an issue with the TV and he helped there as well. The air in the hallways was quite different than the rooms. More moisture and warmer. Maybe saving on AC costs not taking out the moisture in the hallways. Not a major issue but noticeable. There is a microwave by the elevator which is a very strange and not convenient place for it. If you needed it the normal person would check in the Food, breakfast, bar area not walking far away to a different section all together that has no food by the elevators to microwave something.

Starts with the TV what only give us 2 channels to watch, and the guy at the desk was no help, told me i would need to wait till the next day. i told him i would not be there, his response was not anything he could do. the breakfast was cold...... even with the so call warmers, i don't think they where on.

Had a brief but great stay. 10/10 definitely recommend.

All of the staff were wonderful, from the Front Desk to the very helpful Cleaning Crew. I appreciate that the property is pet friendly and extremely clean. It was a quiet and restful stay.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. I think his name was Marcus. Best interaction with hotel staff I’ve had in a while.10/10

Customer service by Alexis took a load off me when had an event @ the OMNI Star. Alexis was knowledgeable about the shuttle services offered by the hotel and she scheduled me right away. Matthew was a great driver and friendly. My room services provided during my staff were timely and provided the things we needed. Enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great.

I took the red eye to Dallas from Portland and after renting a car and driving for 30 minutes arrived a few hours before check-in. The receptionist was so understanding and said my room was ready, so she let me check in two hours early so I could rest before my first event. It made all the difference and I won't forget her kindness. Thank you. I will definitely return to the Stonebriar Sheraton whenever I'm in the Dallas area. It was close to restaurants and a great music venue called Box Bar & Garden.

The hotel and my room was very clean. The front desk staff and housekeeping were wonderful.

Overall is a good property, except the receptionist on the front desk aren’t very professional in communication or in their attire. Seemed like we were at one star motel front desk.

Late check-in was easy and quick. Came in for my child's basketball tournament, and this hotel was very cozy.

Would be even better if breakfast was included :)

Loved the shuttle service!! I travel for my daughter's cheer competitions and once I get in town, I like to park my car and not have to move it again, so the shuttle service is a very big bonus!! The room was nice spacious and clean and very friendly staff!!

Our check in was pretty late in the morning (1-2am) and no one was at the front desk for a solid 10 minutes or so. Very odd, and a little concerning. I was shouting to see if anyone was around, knocking on doors, and nothing. A man/employee came out around the corner from the elevators to finally check us in. Strange. Otherwise, the rooms are always presentable and clean.
