Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star

From the moment we pulled up the staff was amazing. The guys at valet were super nice. Front desk service was top notch! Our room was beautiful and the tub!! Omg!! We also loved the pool. There are plenty of places to eat at in and around the hotel and shopping too. Highly recommend Omni.

Really loved this hotel. The location is unbeatable especially if you are traveling to an event at the Ford Center. You can walk right out of the hotel lobby onto the outdoor practice field at the Tostitos entrance. Besides that, the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, the pool and pool deck atmosphere was tropical and incredible, the hotel gym is excellent, everything about this place exceeded our expectations.

I was lost and since I called to ask for directions, receptionist was so kind and guided me to the entrance....Valet was really nice....since we get there we feel welcomed staff were so nice and helpful....great experience overall 😊❤️👍

The bath towels were large, but a bit rough on the skin and the mattress on one of the queen beds was not very firm, and we were rolling towards the center. When I called ahead, we were told that guests usually watch the fireworks from the pool deck. However, even on the Fourth of July, they closed the pool at 10 just as the fireworks were getting ready to begin and we were told we had to leave, which was very disappointing. There are several restaurant choices within walking distance, which were all very good. But it’s a very busy area and you can hear a lot of noise from the traffic, so if you’re looking for a very quiet stay, it’s probably not the place for you.

Neighborhood services restaurant was cute, nice staff but was served very raw eggs and sausage that looked so bad I didn’t touch it. Paid for two breakfasts and only able to eat the toast. We didn’t eat at the hotel again. Other than food the place is very nice, so convenient & would stay again.

The customer service at the Omni was amazing. My husband preferred a walk in shower, and Dino worked diligently to make sure we were accommodated. All of the staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel and rooms were clean.

We liked the in/out door that we had in our unit. We were especially pleased with the pool.

Nothing is complimentary and everything is over priced. The power went out and the generators (if there are any) did not allow the elevator doors to open. My family and I had to walk down 16 floors.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. The staff is wonderful and attentive, the rooms are excellent and clean and the beds are quite comfortable. We have stayed at almost every hotel in the area and this was by far the best. We will be choosing the Omni as our preferred hotel from now on.

My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX.

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of The Star, with so many great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just steps away. It made the entire experience so convenient and fun, especially with everything going on for the NFL Draft weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which is always a big plus after a long day out. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience, and that level of service does not go unnoticed. The amenities were also top-notch. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt upscale yet still very inviting. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whether you’re visiting for an event at The Star, a Cowboys fan experience, or just a weekend getaway, I highly recommend the Omni Frisco Hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. The food at the hotel restaurant was better than at some of the places we had eaten in the area. The atmosphere, customer service, and rooms were all top-notch. That is now one of our best places to stay when we're in the Frisco area.

We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel.

The room was nice, however the technology was a disaster. We went there to watch the Super Bowl and have a nice dinner outside. There was no sound available on the TV screens out on the patio. After multiple attempts to get somebody from the technology department, someone finally showed up. We just had to basically listen to the restaurant patio across the street in order to hear what was going on.The food was just ok.

The convenience to the Dallas Men’s tennis tournament was unbeatable. Beds comfy, everyone very welcoming. The hotel restaurant was so convenient and we LOVED our server Radius. She doted on my elderly mom every morning and it made her feel special.

It's just an ok hotel. You could probably find better in the area. We will not be staying here again. Mainly because, in 2026, how is it possible that a modern hotel does not have tvs that allow you to watch your streaming apps? That's a deal breaker for us. It astounds me how behind they are on their technology. No streaming apps, and no chrome cast. Really, Omni?
