Room was hot, food wasn’t very good but there was room service, pool was out of order,(that was NOT advertised and we had a very disappointed toddler), and the comforter on the bed was dirty.

The pool was closed.

This was my second time staying here at this hotel, I say overall a good stay. The outside and lobby look very nice but I feel like the rooms aren't as nice (they layout). The shower wasn't sealed properly so water was leaking out and would soak the floors every time I showered. I think the rooms need an upgrade. It is in a great location.

Location in Frisco, overall room, cleanliness, decor , comfy bed were all excellent. Also parking is easy and free. We would have considered this the perfect room but there was no mini refrigerator in the room! This is usually a given for hotel rooms in this price range so this doesn’t work for us since we want to have cold pop and bottled water during our stay.

Disappointing

The staff was great. The bartenders Eric and Aleea were super friendly and we really enjoyed talking with them. The front desk clerk made it an easy check in and out. Pool was out of order. We were looking forward to a day relaxing by the pool. We were not aware before our stay, so it was quite disappointing.

My stay was extremely comfortable. Staff is friendly, environment is calm and quiet. The property is clean, walking trail nearby, easy parking. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo.

Very beautiful

The first issue was that there was no parking; the entire lot filled up. Other issues include a toilet that took 10 minutes to refill, noisy air conditioning, bed is too high off the ground and too firm, tv changes channels too slow, no ice on my floor, staircases between floor not air conditioned, no microwave or refrigerator which is pretty standard fare in hotels these days. On the upside, it was decently quiet.

The workout facility, pool and hot tub area were wonderful and we use them often The only drawback to the entire experience is that I wish they would consider putting a mini fridge in there. It’s extremely helpful, especially for families or even a single person to be able to have cold water since the ice bucket is quite small.

Just disappointed that it was not that clean.

Great place to stay in Frisco and near most everything

The room was clean and the A/C was cold(very important in Dallas in the summer). What I did not know is that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which I didn't check for as I had never stayed in a hotel without these before. It was a good value for the money but some people would really need to think twice about staying here because of that inconvience.

I spent very little time here so I am mainly basing my review off of how uncomfortable their beds were. I woke up with terrible back pain! The front desk guy was so busy reassuring a previous costumer about their payment he couldn’t bother to get me checked in until I had to be a Karen and I hate being a Karen. The pool looked nice but unfortunately I had no time to swim. Overall it was okay.

The breakfast and dinner were always GOOD!!!! Housekeeping didn’t refresh our room on our second day being there. They tried to enter the room at 8:15am (what was the reason to come this early when we were not checking out) while everyone was still sleep. We eventually left for the day at 10:15 and returned at 6:00. The room had not been refreshed nor clean towels and toilet paper was left. I went to the front desk to inquire about it and she first said that we left a note on the door, which was a lie then she said we told them to come back, which was another lie. I told her we never spoke to anyone and if we had, they still didn’t come back. She gave me towels and toilet paper and after getting back to the room I realized two of the big towels were still wet.

Clean room, friendly staff and convenient parking. I visit Frisco several times a year and will stay here again.

Good afternoon overall value and location at a reasonable price, We would definitely book this hotel again if necessary.

Hotel is very cozy and beautiful. The team there weee very friendly and made us feel welcomed. I will say the king suite is not worth it. I’m use to suites having couches to sit and enjoy the room but it only had a table making the space kinda unusable.

My favorite part was Eric who was a bartender

Did a quick girls weekend get away. Had never heard of this hotel, but will definitely be back. The hotel will send you daily text to ask how your stay is going. I send a text that the room was too hot and the ice machine beside our room was running all night long. When we got back to the hotel the temperature was adjusted so the room stayed cool throughout the night and the ice machine didn’t make a sound. All staff are courteous, the hotel is super clean, and they have a nice bar and restaurant as well. It is centrally located amongst most anything you could want.

Had a girls weekend trip and our stay was wonderful. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious. Very quiet area. The room was bigger than we expected which was nice. Coffee maker in room and if you need more coffee pods just ask. We will definitely stay again.

This is my third stay here. The staff is always gracious and accommodating. The facility is top notch and the we had is spacious and comfortable. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Great location and super customer service!

The stay was just ok for me. The room they had me in was like everything stayed damp. Sheets, pillows, things in my bag. That was uncomfortable for me. My husband enjoyed it, because of the pool area. He didn't like the coffee though. The $100.00 hold definitely did not make things easy for me either. That's gonna take at least 2 months to get back. You should alert people about this because, I had no idea. So you're doing good to get a 4, it should've been lower.

The toilet tissue and facial tissue is too thin...seems cheap. The Parks coffee is too bitter. Please stay with Gold Mountain Otherwise, all is well. I will stay there again

Clean & comfortable. Especially liked the Keurig K-cup coffee maker. Plenty of parking, and great staff. Lobby Bar was great. One of the best Espresso Martini's ever.

Completely insensitive and dismissive front desk person accommodating a reservation error. Unwilling to help or work with me. I guess business is so good you don't care about making guests happy. Won't be going there again. There are plenty of other hotels in Frisco/Plano Tx.

Parking was excellent. Hotel and room accommodations were great. Housekeeping was wonderful and customer service. Great service at the restaurant. Only negative is that the hotel should provide free coffee and water.

The hotel is so much better than I expected. My husband and I stayed here with our baby. The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff showed a high level of friendliness. Sara and Jules at the parlor provided excellent service; they were engaging and courteous. The hotel needs some maintenance, especially the paint on the room walls. The entrance door to our room was chipped, and the carpet in the hallway leading to room 410 requires urgent repair. Additionally, the caulking in the bathroom and shower needs to be refreshed. The mattress was too firm for my comfort, although the pillows were excellent. During our six-night stay, we purchased breakfast for two. It is important to note the 22% gratuity added to breakfast charges, which is acceptable. I also gave an extra tip, which was appropriate, but sometimes the items requested at breakfast were incorrect. However, once the mistake was pointed out, they corrected it if possible. I would give this Hotel 3 Stars

Great place!! Clean, great staff!!

This was my second stay and will be my preferred location if I’m in the area again. It was comfortable, clean and safe as the first time. The staff members were attentive and quickly addressed a noise concern. No problems.

Hotel Índigo was the perfect for my weekend getaway. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is close to everything you might want to do or see.

Rooms were clean and staff was helpful! Only complaint was the room I had the shower was awkward. You had to go half way in the middle of the bathroom to close the shower door after getting out. Which caused water to be all over the floor. Not all bathrooms have this issue.

The hotel was very nicely designed - both the lobby and the rooms. I would definitely stay here again. It was wonderful to have a parking lot at the hotel that was free!

Fantastic stay at thhis property. Rooms were large, midern and very clean. Restaurant was top notch especially the breakfast. However the highlight if my trip was the staff. Jewel and Sarah at the Parlour restaurant are excellent ambassadors for the hotel and their customer "care" was top notch. Kudos to them!

Breakfast is extra, so I skipped it. But the latte from the kitchen was good! And the coffee pod machine in the room was clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The property has dog bag stations and is next to a greenway for walks. Would most definitely stay here again!

Great staff, rooms are great! Beds are a little hard for my taste. Pool towels need an upgrade. They are hand towels and rough. We enjoyed and will be back.

Only hand held nozzle In shower. Your only option is horrible cable tv, no smart tv’s, my remote was broken, coffee maker broken, poll is half the size depicted on website and the button on treadmills were so worn out, difficult to adjust. Bed was ok, pillows awful. Will not be back

Would have liked a microwave and mini fridge in my room as I’m not a big eater and would have been able to reheat my leftovers and not through them away.

Clean and beautiful

This is a dog friendly property. The dog nextdoor howled and barked all night. I had to ask to be moved to another room. The room they moved me to the air didn't work properly and had a stale smell. I was over it at this point

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are always nice and clean and everyone who I ever encounter there is so kind and gracious. Huge shout out to Sara who served me breakfast, the last few times I’ve been there. She is an absolute doll.

We were in Frisco for a cheer competition, so after a long and very loud day, it was nice to sit in the lobby and relax with a couple of drinks. The bar service was great! We also enjoyed the free breakfast.
