The rooms were very clean and nice. Breakfast was hot and coming out all the time. Overall it was excellent. Will come back again.

I stayed for one weekend to attend a family wedding. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well organized, quiet when you needed it to be. My room was very spacious and clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast in the morning was great quality and had lots of options. I do not have any kids but my niece and nephews were there and they enjoyed the pool very much. Parking was really easy and available as well and location was great right next to a shopping center if you needed anything.

Needed to ask for a sponge and soap to wash dishes (and they kept taking the sponge when they would clean the room). Coffee make was your standard cheap two cup deal, with bad coffee. Would have liked to see this upgraded. Water pressure was very low in kitchen sink, which was very small. Overall it was fine, but I would rather stay at the actual residence inn. Have had better experience there.

Clean, large renovated rooms. wonderful cleaning staff worked round the clock. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was great.

The suite was very nice and clean. Walls need to be better insulated. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were really sweet and helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again.

A lot of food eateries were in close proximity including shopping and the rooms are very spacious They must control the central air at night because “ it was hot as hell” and that kept waking us up throughout the night. During the day, it’s cozy but a night “ it’s too hot”.

Rooms were good size Breakfast was always the same. Scrambled eggs with some spicy sausage patty which I didn't like. It was closed immediately at 9am . No bench or chair outside in the front yet couldn't sit outside in the back at night because too many people were making it loud and people complained. No shuttle to airport. Cleaning staff did not speak english. Cleaning was not done every day. You need a car to get around. No lunch or dinner.

It was clean, quiet, gorgeous rooms, great amenities and the breakfast was top notch. I seriously would have gone to a restauraunt and paid for what they served.

Everything was great, but the staff stood out as the high point. From front desk to maid service, all exceptional.

Gym was nice not very big but great equipment. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was all that and then some. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub clean, nice outside space.

The hotel is located within walking distance of any store you can possibly think of namely Five Below, Pop Shelf, Ross, Old Navy, Ulta etc. I left my watch charger at home and I was able to purchase one at Five Below without issue. I loved the convenience. My twins are on Spring Break and we stumbled upon Sky Zone which is literally right behind the hotel. I won major points for that. The staff were great. My first room had a few ants along the bedroom window. The manager changed my room without me having to request a change, and ensured my second room was accommodating. In a time where customer service seems to be extinct, it was refreshing to know there is still hope.

Great stay first time at Homewood Suites I was very impressed.

Room was nice, but edge of bed sagged. Cost for a pet was high, but adding tax made it ridiculous (cost of a night's stay).

Great hotel for families with lots to do and eat in the area.

The property seemed very new. Our suite was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The family enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and the hot breakfast. The front staff was friendly and gave tips on local restaurants and shops. Local area had plenty of dining options (especially Asian). We will definitely stay here again when we visit Frisco.

Amazing

I love this place. We could not have been happier. Suite had plenty of space and a kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Entire property was very clean. Very nice, relaxing patio area with pool and hot tub. Breakfast had just about everything—eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast taco bar, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, toast and Texas shaped waffles! I even washed a load of clothes for a quarter. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Target shopping center about a one minute walk from hotel. Really enjoyed this place. They pretty much have everything you could possibly need right there. Highly recommend. We will definitely be looking for Homewood suites from now on when we travel.

Overall it was a great stay. The only thing is that parking was very limited at night due to construction going on at the hotel.

The hotel was in mid-renovation but you would never know it. Everything was new, clean, and smelled great! The room was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults/2 teens). We used the pool and fitness center and they were also great!

Accidentally booked my stay for wrong day, could not get a refund or put toward the next day which was the actual day we were arriving. So we paid twice for 1 day.

This hotel is located in a great and safe area but still close enough to the city/airport. It is VERY clean and well-maintained. Pool area us great. The staff is super friendly. We didnt have a chance to eat the included breakfast due to other plans but it looked delicious and their was a great selection. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the area. A+++

This property was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.

This was a very nice stay, even though we got a noise complaint 40 min into arriving . This had never happened and I felt a bit uncomfortable after that. The staff made me feel uncomfortable and I will not be recommending this hotel . They should not make complaints if the whole hotel was filled with kids doing soccer tournaments and cheer competitions. We arrived late evening and we were so tired from a 5 hour drive, I was not feeling well and they made my evening unpleasant.

we have stayed at this property a number of times...this time, we had a poor experience. the toilet ran all night, the people above us were very noisy and the rooms are aging and need updating. upon check out, the lady did not have the courteous to even ask me how my stay was....too bad...we will look to find another property in this highly competitive environment.

Our family of five stayed here for two nights. Everything was very clean, we had plenty of room, and the complementary breakfast was more than what we could have expected. We were very pleased with our stay.

accessible shower was too small and water leaked out over the shower lip making the floor very slippery. There was no dish soap, dish cloth or dishwasher soap.

I love this hotel ! It was my first time there and it was wonderful from start to finish . It was like a cozy little apartment. It was quiet , clean and smelled fresh , the bed was so comfortable I never woke up once . Breakfast was great , so many selections. The staff were all friendly and professional. Hotel was great. When we first tried to check in early, we were meant by pretty rude employee who told us that we would have to pay extra to check in that we needed to go find something to do. When we returned, we found a very nice lady at the front desk, who assisted us.

We love this hotel and will always book it when we come to Frisco. Friendly staff and nice rooms!
