Love everything about this IHG hotel

Exceptional

The grass was dead had weeds the pool was gross I had to clean it out before I could even swim in it. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were clean.

The breakfast had all my favorites. It was delicious.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Everything was clean and the breakfast was tasty despite being rather small. I just stayed from 12AM to 6:30AM but I slept well and woke up refreshed.

Be prepared for a $75 incidentals thay takes over a week to refund to your card. I really feel that needs to be advertised.

The pool was unusable

Front desk was not that helpful and nice on our arrival, i called prior to arrival and the person I spoke to prior was nice and had tried his best to help me. When I got to the Hotel. I told her that I called and I asked to check in early so we can rest from our long trip from Hawaii but she keeps saying she can’t check us in because they’re full and had to wait for check outs. We stayed in the Lobby to wait. We see so many checked out already. And that was it not even a smile on her face. This was not a great experience. Hope they train their staff on how to be firm but friendly & helpful at the front desk.

The paint on the walls were peeling both in room and restroom and the valve for the toilet was pretty loud. The ironing board was broken and struggled to set it up.

Clean room. Nice breakfast. Ample parking and overall amenities were good.

This has been one of my favorite stays! Breakfast was great and there were plenty of options. Room was clean and was tidied daily. Thermostat worked amazing haha. My kids enjoyed the heated pool also.

Our room was clean and check-in was super quick and painless. Our room had a few lightbulbs that flickered like a disco, such as the one in the bathroom and the one by the bed, but otherwise, everything else was top notch. It's also in a great location near many restaurants. Highly recommend.

Everything was good!

The beds were very comfortable. There was only one staff member the night clerk on Monday night, August 3 had treated us with courtesy, kindness, and respect. He was very helpful. Conversely, the morning desk clerk on August 4, 2026 had an attitude of she was being bothered when you asked for anything. She had a bad attitude and was nasty and hateful in dealing with my party that was there for the night before. Hotels are known to be in the hospitality business. Sad to say, no hospitality was afforded us by this particular clerk.

I offered to pay for everything, including a prepaid shipping label, and only asked if they could place it in a small box so UPS/FedEx could pick it up. Unfortunately, the manager said they would not do it because they didn’t want to take the time. It was frustrating to see such little willingness to help a guest with a simple request. I made a reservation for my sons travelling from Australia & South Africa. I never saw the room but they said it was very nice. One complaint was that an exterior light shone through onto the bed as the curtains were too small & didn't close the gap.

It was close to the surgery center we had to be at so early the next morning Check in was 3pm we got there after 4pm with a 5yr old little boy who was having surgery The next day and would not be able to swim for over 2 weeks the reason we booked there was for the outdoor swimming pool. We still had to wait almost 40 minutes before the room was ready which did not leave him very much time to swim before we had to leave for dinner. We rushed through dinner to hurry back so he could swim a little more before bed due to we had to get up by 4:30am to be at the surgery center for his surgery. Plus the lady that checked us in never even offered an apology for it not being ready or if there was anything they could do. My husband said I thought check in is 3pm she snapped yes it is he said it’s after 4 she said yes it is. Go wait over there and I will let you know when you can check in.

On two of our days, our rooms were not cleaned nor the towels replenished. On our last weekend day, on one of our rooms, the power and lights went out in the restroom when being utilized. Breakfast was a plus for our stay at this hotel. Staff were courteous and attentive.

I like the property has good parking, close to highway. I did not like not enough option for breakfast, all items were not available, breakfast room does not have good place to seat and eat. The guest room were not very clean and smelly.

The room was spotless and the service was exceptional. We were a late check in (midnight) and the process was still seamless.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room and all common areas were spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. I really appreciated the comfortable, clean environment and the attentive service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Staff was very helpful, especially Misty at the front desk.

The free breakfast was out of almost all food on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. It was quiet in our room and staff was nice. The pool and area around it were dirty.

The rooms had liquid soap and body wash! The TV and closet had backlights. Great rooms!

Very nice and new property it felt like and it smelled good. Staff was very helpful and breakfast in the morning was actually good and tasteful! Parking is a little weird but since you can get in the back door it’s not bad at all just weird.

We definitely recommend this hotel, the hotel staff is very respectful, knowledgeable, considerate and will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend it!!!

The only complaint I have is not enough laundry machines.

Breakfast was excellent and overall it was a pleasant experience

The breakfast was mediocre; needs more variety. The breakfast menu should take into consideration certain allergies, or possible digestive issues (e.g., IBS, gluten issues etc). The eggs that were cooked, it either had cheese, or peppers in them; two foods that can be a problem for those battling with digestive issues. The bagels were stale. I am not suggesting that the aforementioned cannot be served, but there needs to be more of a variety (plain scramble eggs, fresh bagels, waffles). And lastly, my room had a connecting door to an adjourning room, which the guest were loud. in hindsight, I just should have requested another room. Thanks.

We stayed in the 1 King Suite. It was much better than a single king room. The extra space with the sofa and chair added a nice touch and felt much less cramped. The continental breakfast was really good with a nice amount of options to include freshly (self-made) pancakes and waffles. Coffee was available 24/7. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Friendly, good breakfast

Our stay started off poorly and never really improved. When we arrived at the front desk, it took about 10 minutes for someone to come out and assist us. After finally checking in, we used our key to enter the main door and went up to the 4th floor, only to find that the room key wouldn’t work—the light on the door stayed red. We went back downstairs to have the key reprogrammed. Back upstairs—same issue. Downstairs again for a new key. Back upstairs—still the same problem. After a third trip downstairs, an employee came upstairs with us, knocked on the door, and discovered there was already someone occupying the room we had been assigned. At that point, we had to drag all of our luggage back downstairs. We were then told there were no rooms available with the queen bed we had originally booked. Instead of honoring our reservation, the solution offered was to send us to a hotel next door. I had to insist on speaking with a manager because I expected the hotel to provide the room type I had reserved. Manager wasn’t available until the next day. To make matters worse, after finally getting settled, we woke up the next morning to loud construction noise right outside our window. (I have videos.) Overall, the check-in process was disorganized, our reserved room was unavailable, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I would not stay here again.

Was woken up at 12 am but front desk staff because they had put us in the wrong room but didn't know til 3 hours after we checked in and were in bed. Fortunately we did not have to change rooms but made for a rough night sleep

The construction trucks with trailers took up over half of the available parking spots. The second night had to park my car at a different hotel’s lot a pretty long way from this hotel. Either expand the parking or limit the vehicle size!

Breakfast was nice. The shower hadn’t been cleaned. A bought flip flops and cleaner to deal with it. Hotel was quiet. The mini fridge leaked so the room smelled damp. Bed was comfy. Clean and quiet gym but one of the machines didn’t work. Other than cosmetics and stench no real issues.

Front desk person was very rude. Had a problem checking in and was never resolved. Never did stay there.

The hotel itself is really nice. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good. Just be aware that the hotel is across the street from many soccer fields and the majority of the residents seems to be adolescent male soccer players. They are loud and stay up late...so if you are traveling for work and need a good night sleep, this hotel might not offer that. If you are a heavy sleeper and not bothered by others up late, then this is a great hotel.

Parking was safe and easy. The breakfast such as eggs and meat did not taste that good. Rooms were clean and made up every day but the sheets were not changed for our entire 5 day stay.
