I did get a room with a walk-in shower. Had no problem The one thing that did bother me is that the walk-in shower flooded over.

Facility Beds and pillows

We stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it was great. The hotel is in a wonderful location, has a wonderful potential. The breakfast was lovely. This time our room was dirty, the reception staff was not friendly or accommodating. The elevator is extremely slow and we ended up using the stairs instead. The A/C in our room did not stop running all night even though we raised the temperature. It was extremely loud, impossible to sleep.

Price....Lication Shower in 121 was very bad!!!! It was just a walk in with a cheap curtain. It wasn't installed properly (curtain) was hung to high. Water ran out all over the rest of the floor.

Need second elevator working. Need A/C on in elevators and in hallways. This is TEXAS, it is hot!!

It was really good staying at this hotel.

The elevator was slow and it got stuck a few times with people inside. The lobby was hot and the AC in the room was really loud.

Nice stuff and the pool was refreshing. Water didn't go down the sink.

The location was good, food was not hot, eggs were over cooked. Need cereal that is not presweetened.

Unfortunately, the rooms felt very dated and were not maintained as well as I would expect from a hotel. One of the biggest frustrations was that the water was shut off during our stay without any communication or warning to guests. When the water was available, our shower would not get warm, so we were stuck taking a cold shower. The friendly staff, breakfast, and pool were definitely positives, but the condition of the rooms and the water issues made the stay disappointing. Better maintenance and communication with guests would go a long way.

Everything was ok the staff was friendly The elevator wasn’t working and the one that was working it’s extremely slow I was on the 3rd floor and had Dj take the stairs

Toilet wouldn't flush properly, had to take the lud off and pull the chain.

Refrigerator was not working. They were supposed to look at it. That’s probably all they did was look at it, because they didn’t fix it. Could not keep our drinks cold. Very disappointed.

Great location and decent enough The door handle in the restroom looked recently broken and half repaired, the restroom wasn’t properly cleaned cause there were small pieces of hair in the bottom of the tub and it just didn’t visibly look as clean as it should. The AC was very loud throughout the night every time it turned on and off and housekeeping didn’t keep up with cleaning and removing towels and stuff. One of the elevators was also down the whole weekend we were there and it was extremely slow making it kind of frustrating going up and down and waiting so long. The staff however was very very lovely and we greatly appreciated them and their assistance when needed.

The location was good but the actual facility was not good Only one elevator was working and we heard it has been that way over a month, causing us to spend very long periods waiting for the elevator. All of the ice machines were also broken except for one floor, which have also not been fixed for quite some time. For the money we paid, it was not worth it.

Loved the area close to a lot of my favorite stores staff was great especially at check in super friendly and helpful My bed was a bit uncomfortable and wish tub would have been resurfaced, water kept getting stuck took forever to drain from tub and sink

This location was Super clean, organized, dry well maintained and the staff was amazing. Will definitely stay again AAAAA+++++

Elevators and ice machines not working. Breakfast not up to par with other hamton inns. Homeless man living in the parking lot. If you like hampton inns stay at the one in the colony which is much nicer better maintained.

I can’t say I liked anything about my stay One elevator did not work my entire stay, the air conditioner made a long hissing sound prior to it starting up. One of beds had crumbs in it. As I was leaving one morning passing the breakfast area I had a plastic bag I threw in trash can and employee who was working the breakfast area yelled at me in front of all the guests not to throw it that trash can she would throw it in dumpster. What are trash cans for ?? I am a guest, paying customer talk about getting disrespected. On check out day I realized I had left my daughter Alo and Abercrombie sweatshirt in the closet, I called the property explained that I left items in closet, was placed on hold then the receptionist said that there were no sweatshirts turned in to lost and found. Truly the worst experience I have encountered.

The front desk lady, very nice and helpful. The room was clean but only one elevator worked and it was super slow and a bit scary. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Overall it was ok, it served the purpose. Also very disappointed it was advertised as 1.4 miles from Baylor Scott White Medical Center, only to find out it was close to the old one, not the new medical center. I wish that had been made clear, as being from out of state I had no idea there were 2.

During our stay the daily breakfast was great and my son’s favorite part. Room was big and comfy beds. Only down side was having one working elevator and it did have AC /: also the housekeeping didn’t come to our room to clean as we hoped… stayed from Monday-Thursday.

Outside grounds had dog poop all over. One elevator was broken.

However there were a couple of outlets in my room that did not work. (The first night I thought it was the coffee maker!) One elevator was not working, so the wait was sometimes long. There was a homeless man that stood around out front, and walked through the lobby. I felt uncomfortable, since I was alone on this trip.

It definitely doesn’t deserve the rating it has online. I don’t think it’s clean at all, especially the bathroom. It also doesn’t deserve the price they charge. It’s simply not that kind of quality.

Appears to be an older property being updated. The staff wasn’t that friendly and the rooms particularly the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Room was not ready at check-in. One elevator completely out of service. Bathroom was not clean. Toilet paper hanger was broken. Very little hot water.

Breakfast isn't good. Room was okay not that clean, it smells awkward. Only one elevator is working and its very slow.

Easy & friendly check in! GREAT location near lots of shopping and restaurants. Clean comfortable rooms and beds. Air conditioning worked great! Pool was nice, large, and well maintained. Breakfast was decent for continental breakfast. Plenty of parking available. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was from Thursday July 9th-Sunday July 12th. First day was ok because we got in kind of late. Friday was horrible the room I mean it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. It was Me,my friend and 2 of our kids. Gladly to be accommodated to another room. It was fine after that. The breakfast was hot and we enjoyed the pool. The ice machine was down on all but 2 floors. Hopefully the next time we visit they will get it together.

We really enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and safe. No butter for breakfast, other than that all good.

The hotel itself is in a nice area. The hotel was clean and looked nice. The breakfast was good but not much variety. Our room smelled like mildew and it was miserable to stay there with the awful smell. Front desk was not helpful. I emailed the manager about the situation and have not received anything back. It has been more than 24 hours and no response.

Great location. Breakfast selections were pretty good and always stocked. Air conditioner is very loud in the room but after one night you get use to it. Walls are paper thin so you’re able to hear people next door if they’re loud. I had to alert the front desk at 3am about the people next to us because they had no common courtesy to not have music blaring and singing out loud. Front desk took care of it immediately.

Extremely disappointing stay at the Hampton Inn Frisco, TX. I booked two nights (June 16–18) through Expedia, but the room was unacceptable from the start—strong musty and body odor smell, and an unsanitary bathroom. After the first night, the hotel checked me out with only a phone call asking why my belongings were in the room; I had to call immediately to ensure my belongings weren’t removed, which added unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, I was later incorrectly charged as if I had stayed three nights. The staff was unprofessional, not personable, and repeatedly forgetful during basic interactions. The iron in the room was defective; I called the front desk but never received a replacement and had to leave without being able to use it. Breakfast was also disappointing, with waffle makers out of commission. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend the Hampton Inn Frisco MOTEL, to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night.

It was a very clean room. Pets were allowed, which was very convenient. Quiet well-maintained. Breakfast was wonderful. We had no complaints. Excellent hotel.

We went to be close to the Coamerica center so we could walk to a graduation ceremony and would’ve been great but it rain and didn’t work out. Close to Legacy Hall where the served all kinds of food.

I liked the landscaping and the water fountain was pretty. In the back, however there were cigarettes on the ground, and there is an ash try right there. I ran out of shampoo in the shower,but I had brought my own,and the body soap was empty as well. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a table on one side of the bed I had to move a chair and the lighting wasn't too good. The breakfast was amazing and tasty.

Everything is amazing. Recommended.

The first day the bacon was burnt and oily. They tried their best to keep up, but there was a lot of guests in and out. The second day, the scrambled eggs were like a weird textured jelly melting in my mouth. They were disgusting. The staff was very nice. They helped as much as they could at all times. They were all so friendly and fun.

After I got a new room hotel was just fine but first impressions made me never want to stay at a Hilton ever again.

Clean room, great area in Frisco! You can get to most places in 5-10 minutes and they have great food selections around! Mini fridge, microwave, tv, desk if you need to do some work, very nicely kept! Staff is super nice and inviting! Would definitely recommend staying here!

It's the worst place I've ever stayed, the air conditioning didn't work and in the morning I needed to go to work very early there was no hot water, I tried to talk to the receptionist and he wasn't there.

I was given a room designated for handicapped. There was no bathtub in the bathroom and the water from the shower spilled over the entire floor of the bathroom. Made cleaning ourselves and out small children more difficult.

Super clean and comfortable, bed comfortable, nice hot shower, room very efficient with fridge and microwave and room very spacious. Buffet breakfast terrific and was frequently restocked with hot food. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient location to Baylor Scott-White Medical Center. Parking was very easy and plenty of luggage carts available. We had a very pleasant stay and plan to book this hotel again if in the area. I’d recommend it, especially if you have a family member in the nearby Baylor Scott-White hospital.

Something was making noises throughout the night, probably in the air conditioning. The staff changed our room for us. Breakfast was good but was the standard given at most hotels. Also wish they had hot water at the breakfast area instead of having to use the lobby each time.

Every thing was fantastic, there was an issue of kids banging on doors drunk in the middle of the night. My mom said I was so tired I slept through it. But apparently they woke several guests up.

Everything was great! Check-in was super easy - room was very large and super clean. I was always greeted anytime I walked by the front desk and breakfast was simple but always good!

This property is conveniently located and the first impression is good. However the sink and tub were very slow to drain. We I took my shower I stood in soapy water almost to my ankles. The bottom of the tub looked yellowed from being backed up so often. The room was now lighted well. Needs task lighting over the microwave and over the coffee area. Otherwise the room was clean and furnished well.

used my cellphone to call the front desk. I was told someone would fix the phone & spray the room the next day. It did NOT happen.

TV service lost signal and the AC was loud. The breakfast was below average.

I had to ask to have the room cleaned as they didn't come as was told would be every other day which didn't happen
