Drury Inn & Suites Dallas Frisco

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Great breakfast, spacious rooms, and a convenient location. We would definitely stay again!

Clean hotel great breakfast

This was a 3 night solo stay. They checked me in quickly. There was plenty of parking. The room was in perfect condition and the A/C worked great. I was a little worried at first because the lowest you could set it was 66. I’m a night nurse having my own A/C replaced, so I needed it cool while I slept all day and this is August in Texas. The warmest the room got was 67…and it was 106 outside! There was free breakfast, and drinks and dinner in the evening. I didn’t have drinks, but the food was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, It was hot couldn't get it to cool till night time. Inside pool was dirty mirky water.staff was good. Breakfast was good.

The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was good. We also enjoy the pool and the hot tub. The apology meal was great and so was breakfast. Highly recommended.

Room 815 I assume was for handicap people. The shower was so difficult to figure out and almost impossible to get the water regulated to the temp you wanted.

Didn't want to pay the $50 for amenities/food that I didn't eat. I did get beer though. 6 cups for 50$ a little expensive

Great front desk check in and super prompt considering when we arrived there was a line from a bus arrival that was checking in. The assistant manager and another employee were working rapidly to get us all in. The evening reception was great and was happy we didn’t have to leave to get dinner. We loved the pasta and granddaughter loved the nachos and hot dog. Breakfast the next morning was great to and again great we didn’t have to go searching for food. Love the convenience.

This was a great stay for our trip to Universal Kids. Room was clean, food was great, and the area had so much to offer. Will definitely be back.

The place was great but, I knock it due to hard small queen bed. They had dinner, drinks & breakfast. Complimentary! So, that was great. The staff was really nice & helpful. All seem to be on the ready w/some great smiles! Thanks

Great for families. Above average breakfast. Coffee available 24/7. Parking at this location is an issue if you have a high clearance vehicle.

The hotel was great at the staff was too. Parking was anmple and the hotel was quiet.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. There was a place where you could buy food, drinkes and ammenities. It was very convenient! They took pictures of us when we needed it for our event and everything was so clean! I would stay there again. We even had an issue and needed to have stuff delivered from Amazon to the hotel and they got us our stuff right away! I would stay there again.

We stay at this hotel quite often and it's always a great stay!! The entire staff is always amazing and very helpful! Chelsy at the front desk was extremely nice and extra helpful when we needed anything. Anytime we're in the Dallas area this is one our first choices for a hotel.

Great hotel! Beautiful view from the 7th floor. Breakfast was good and they kept it pretty full until breakfast hours ended - they didn't try to pack up early and kept the area fully stocked and clean.

We tend to stay here on our trips to the Frisco area. Always meets expectations and close to everything!

Out of the last three times we've stayed there.Air conditioning didn't work two of the three. Had to move to a different room. Other than that, it's a really nice hotel.

Value

First hotel where pool was on the top floor, super cool. However the flow of the dinning area was off people crashing into each other more than usual. I'm not an architect bit the middle food island would be best by the bar, or something like that to help the flow of people in and out of the area. Overall, grateful for the professional staff and overall cleanliness thank you.

Great place to stay

I have nothing but rave reviews for this Drury location. It was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were great. Having access to both breakfast and dinner was helpful when you have a very hungry teenager. We stayed in the Frisco location and it was next door to where my son's graduation was. We walked to it. We didn't attend a game, but the Rough Riders field was within waking distance too. We will definitely stay here again!

Good customer service. The room that we booked ended up not being available due to a maintenance issue. They got us in a similar room with accessibility installed and gave us a discount. They were always super helpful and the meals were pretty good too.

The hotel was nice and clean. The problem I had was that I was missing an item from my belonging that no one else would have taken but a staff member.

Everything about this hotel was excellent from the price to the staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Frisco

I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour (kick back) from 5:30–7:00 PM with free food and alcoholic beverages. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The biggest downside was the television service. There were only about seven channels available, and most of them were weather channels that weren’t even for the area we were visiting. It would have been nice to have more entertainment options, such as Netflix or other streaming services. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the TV options could definitely be improved.

I just wish that there was i've designated time for adults to access the playout. Are the hot tub. We love the place we love the hotel every time we come.It seems like there's some kind of a convention and we come for a anniversary trip to get access to the pool and hot tub.And it's already packed with children or teenagers.

The top floor pool and jacuzzi was a bit of a surprise, but well received. The staff was courteous and helpful - with prompt replies to questions and a smile! I would definitely recommend this chain of hotels for their quality, value and hospitality.

I liked that they offered complimentary foods and drinks, but didnt get to utilize either due to the short times offered.

Me and my family definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was super quiet and clean. The hotel itself was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were pretty good. The only suggestion I have would be to freshen up the couch in the room, if possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was on the first floor. It was a bit dark, we probably should have choosen upper floors. The room was very clean. We appreciated the evening happy hour service. They provided plenty of food including soup, salad and hotdogs etc. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. We can come back here later.

Wonderful in every way! Staff was gracious, kind, altogether delightful. Breakfast, evening drinks and light supper included made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We shall stay at Drury Inns every time.
