The staff spoke kindly however were not very attentive and constantly another areas chatting or on their phones not attending the front desk. We had pizza delivered and the staff said they'd notify us and didnt we had no idea for almost 40 minutes our pizza sat at the front desk and was left unattended. The hallways, pool and common areas were not clean. The positive the beds were clean and the breakfast was very good and well stocked. The breakfast attendant was very responsive and cleaned and maintained the bar nicely. Wouldn't stay here again - if a staff person includo g housekeeping and front desk can walk by the trash on the floor and in the hallways, common areas and outside parking lot and seating g areas repeatedly and not pick it up - that is generally a management issue! And frankly, how do you trust the clea li ess of other areas?

This hotel is in a very convenient location to the Trinity Cultural District. The staff was very responsive and friendly. The price is excellent.

Parking and a really nice breakfast were included, which was a plus!

The hotel is only about 15 minute walking distance from the Dickies venue and felt to be very safe area. The room was really comfortable and the kitchenette stocked with everything you’d need to prepare meals in. Highly recommend!

Bed was comfy, breakfast was yummy, room was clean. Love the full kitchen. Hotel was very close to Dickies Arena. The satff at check in was wonderful and friendly, and the cleaning staff was also friendly. I did not like the shower set up water was getting the floor wet and in order to get to the shampoo you had to reach under the running shower head.

Location, value for $$, exceptional staff made a difficult occurrence better, room. TV mounted in unfavorable place on wall, beds probably should have been on opposite wall, and bed was not comfortable and at a lopsided angle.

Great location that was very central. Free breakfast was very good.

We enjoyed our room. It was very clean and comfortable. The gym was good with a few cardio machines, weights, and mats. The pool was pretty small though. It looked bigger in the photo.

Last evening there, someone above us with a kid continually running and making loud noises that went on for 1.5 hours, with contacting front desk twice by call and twice in person and being asked if we wanted to move…NO move them as we’re not the problem! Pillows awful, bed hard, shower broke, Netflix would not connect, grill and seating area lack cleanliness and the appeal it shows online, breakfast was decent. Website makes this hotel so much more appealing than what it is! Should also advertise there is a train that will disturb your sleep, if you’re a light sleeper! Pool is undesirable! Gym serves a purpose, but it seems to have no ventilation, AC is definitely not working at more than 40% in that area! We will not stay here again

Great location to the Will Rogers and Dickies arena!

Bathroom sink faucet had very little pressure and the hot/cold taps were opposite of what you would expect. Lobby was a mish-mash of seating and shapes and not attractive. Exterior was very unattractive.

The property was well maintained, the staff were very helpful. Our online app stated there was an indoor and outdoor pool, but there is only one outdoor pool that’s partially covered. The breakfast had a good variety of items the day we were there. Fight items were two different eggs, and it actually had bacon. There was oatmeal and waffles available several different yogurts and toppings. Also toppings for the eggs and waffles. Our room was clean and the bathroom was clean very enjoyable. Stay even near the train tracks It was quiet.

The hotel was really clean! Staff were very helpful and engaging and made sure we had no questions. Room was nice size, the kitchenette a major plus! Bathroom was large and in great working order. Plenty of towels and pillows for the beds. The only drawback was the immediate location didn't have many stores or restaurants within walking distance, but access back to the highway was right around the corner.

I stayed for going to concert at Dickies Arena. It was walking distance so was easy to return without crazy traffic. The shower didn’t work well and water pressure was low. The room layout was odd for two queen room. My bed was right next bathroom door. Closet was indie the bathroom.

I loved the space in the double queen suite -- we didn't feel cramped. It had a roll in shower for those in wheelchairs etc. and I wasn't prepared for the water that covered the batrhroom floor. We used the extra towels to keep us from slipping on the water on the floor. I would have liked to have seen breakfast served at 6 am (as in other hotels I've stayed at) so we could have eaten prior to going to our livestock show at the Ft Worth Stock Show (as we were showing at 8 am and so didn't have time to stay until 7 for breakfast). The last day we were there we didn't have to be at the barn 7:30 or 8 in time to get the dairy goats ready for show so we were able to eat a quick breakfast. The breakfast was good no complaints there.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and had a great view of the train tracks for my young nephew’s big trip to the city. Breakfast was good and had excellent eggs and bacon as well as a stocked build your own oatmeal and waffle bar. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was great but don't ask for extra blankets. They don't have any. Breakfast wasn't very good and very limited choices.

The bathroom could have been cleaned more, there were stains on the wall by the shower like someone else had left their hand print there...

Our stay was overall a good experience. Location was perfect for walking to the Dickies Arena. We felt safe walking as there were other hotel guest attending the concert. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a bit of damage on the ceiling of the shower. But overall a good place to stay.

A pet-friendly hotel that prioritizes the pet over other guests. Wish I would have known that before I booked. Wife and I just love spending our stay listening to the dog bark continuously while its owners are gone.

Overall, the property was perfect for anyone looking to go to the Dickies Arena for a game or concert. The only thing that I don’t like is that the nightly parking fee wasn’t included in the price of the hotel reservation. I would definitely come back in the future for concerts at the Dickies Arena.

Very close to the arena

The property oblver booked and gave us a single room instead of the double we booked. They waved the parking lot fee for the inconvenience but that was sufficient considering I booked the room seven months ago and needed 2 queen beds. Room was old and dirty. Found 2 large roaches in the room. Not impressed. The location was super convenient though.

I'll try other locations on my next trip.

The hotel was overall great, fairly new, in a cool part of town with easy access to the TCU area, the Ft Worth Zoo, and Dickies Arena. The only stumble was that the hotel was having alot of trouble getting the rooms ready for check-in. We ended up killing a couple of hours by going to the closeby and excellent Rogers Roundhouse for dinner and drinks during the wait instead of sitting around the lobby like a bunch of other people did. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Walking distance to Dickies Arena. Flying Fish Restaurant is a MUST, easy block walk away.

I have stayed here several times and enjoy it. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and it's my go to when in the area.

The hotel was close to the zoo which was very convenient. Everything was good, however, the front desk clerk told me that they were going to wave the $13 parking fee since it was our first time there. Just checked my account and they still wound up charging the fee.

They had board games to borrow for family fun, grills, nice outdoor area, and SO convenient to Fort Worth attractions. Staff was always so nice and helpful. Only downfall was the pool… for a hot July stay, it was very underwhelming. SMALL and the chemicals made me and my daughter have itching- most likely from abnormal chemical exposure. Other than that it was AMAZING stay.

Was surprised to find out there was a $12.99 parking fee. I booked this property over another property that had transparent parking fees, and ended up spending more than if I had booked at the first one.

Kitchen appliances very useful

My family and I traveled for my granddaughter's visit to Cook Hospital. It was clean, good handicap shower and cool air conditioning. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice before her Dr. appointments.

Disappointed in the room. Very narrow and poorly laid out. Not comfortable for two people. Sheets were stained. Housekeeping did not replenish room supplies.

We stayed in the handicap/hearing impaired room to accommodate my deaf friend. However the doorbell only made a sound without flashing lights. That was a disappointment. We weee also disappointed that we could not use the pool because we discovered that someone had vomited on the edge of the pool. We didn’t know if the pool was contaminated. The staff, however, was very nice and we did enjoy our overall stay!
