The staff front desk person was great (Deborah & James) very helpful and definitely (Kevin) your bellman. After learning more about Kevin and since we were from California we had alot in common.. he is a friendly person.. The toliet was to low and the furniture was dated. But the vibe was still fine and we enjoyed our suite..

Really nice beautiful property that’s clean. Everyone was really nice. The rooms were nice. The only thing that was weird, is right by the toilet, there’s a little bump for a doorstop so you kinda gotta be careful - well you really hurt your foot, but other than that it’s a very nice place, very convenient to things to walk to in Fort Worth.

The lady that checked us in wasn't exactly welcoming but got the job done. When we got to our room, the carpet was soaking wet. I went back and asked to switch rooms. She was accommodating, however, she was more focused on finding other employees to tell them what was going on then she was on helping us. We got to the second room and the bathroom floor was wet. I used towels to clean it up. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. We went back to the front desk twice to speak with someone but could not find an employee there. We live in the area, but find time once a month to do a stay-cation somewhere locally and we were really excited about this stay, as the hotel is beautiful, however we experienced problems with two different rooms and the lady on duty did not seem very interested in helping or making it right.

They gave us a large room, it was hypoallergenic, nice gym with free water. Very clean. Told Rodney at the front desk that the A/C was all or nothing. It was not regulating properly, but we just turned it off when it got too cold. And one of the ceiling lights was flickering.

No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. They were doing renovations in the room under me, which was hammering constantly in the morning, but the staff was wonderful and stopped their work so I could get some of my work done. The building is neat, the room was somewhat clean. But the AC didn't work at all, it was like the heater was on all noght although it was set to cold. The parking situation was terrible, it's advertised through Hotels.com as $55 for valet and as a perk you get a $20 credit... that is a lie. I was charged $68 after we checked out, for one night of parking. The response I got from Hotels.com was to dispute it at the front desk. We jad already left and gone home by the time they charged my account.

Overall the stay was good. The valet parking situation is not good at all. For $55 a night, it should be better. Staff is great, bartender is excellent. Rooms very nice and spacious. Breakfast is good. Only issue is that the valet parking is done with an outside vendor. Very complicated to get your vehicle as you have to sign up in their website, which requires you to share your credit card information with someone you have no idea who it is or how they might use it. Plus, it's $55 per night. Hotel staff graciously handled my complaint and fetched my car, but it clearly is a customer service issue that senior management should handle. I'm guessing I'm not the first person to complain.

I had two issues with my stay. First, there were two bottles of body wash and one bottle of conditioner in the shower--no shampoo. I had to wash my hair with body wash, which didn't leave me with the best look on my business trip. The bed was also a bit hard. Otherwise, I think the hotel was attractive, the people working at the hotel were great, and the location was excellent.
