No breakfast but they claim they have it. They say continental breakfast yet only had juice wth will not stay here again.

Really need to spray for cockroaches and crickets etc. The insects

Room was pretty rough, bathroom door was very hard to open and close. The toilet was very loud. The blankets and sheets had cigarette burns on them. We had a non smoking room. The pool was full of leaves and feathers. The a/c didn’t work very well. Quite a few roaches too. Also the free breakfast was just toast, coffee and 2 kinds of cereal.

So arrived to a person complaining already about the pool. I went to the pool and i told the manager that that person had a point so many leaves, trash and chairs not wiped down. The manager said he would take care of it but didnt.the next they had a landscaping company out blowing all the trash and leaves. What i found interesting is they did pick anything up. Everything was back trash and leaves. The pool never got clean. I didnt run into the same manager again but its pretty much run by his family. The room was clean but the bathroom door was so bad it didn't close. I didn't bother bringing it up. Over all I didnt have a problem it was in the middle of where I needed to go. The regular workers not family were nice

Moved from first room. Just nasty and commode and toilet seat nasty looking. 2nd room -- Bathroom door had holes in it. Floor was so nasty I used house shampoo to MOP. Elevator floor never moped in 4 days. Have pictures of all of this NASTINESS.

Roaches. Wouldn't refund my money for the night smelled something awful.

It was good, the pool wasn’t ready

The location is convenient and great value. Great price for the location and overall experience. The pool closes too early. My teens wanted to swim but weren’t able since it was closed most of our stay. The breakfast was only cold cereals and juices.

The hotel was messy. Breakfast was horrible. To even call it a breakfast is ridiculous.

Roaches in the room. Towels did not feel clean at all. Peeling paint in the tub. The hotel hallways were blazingly hot. And they have a sign saying no guests after 9pm.

Nothing When we arrived our room was dirty, sheets were clearly used and when we asked the front desk to clean the room and change the bedding was told they do not do that. WTH. They refused to clean or change the bedding when it was horrible. No money back or anything. Absolutely will not stay here again. Rude staff and nasty rooms

Awful musty smell. Didn’t look for feel nice. Pool needed cleaning and was closed. Couldn’t sleep with the smell. Felt dirty leaving. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut

I asked for a non smoking and the people next door smoked and I had my children there so I was upset and the lobby had no type of ac Poor customer service skills nobody really greeted As I came in and the next morning a diff shift same no greeting poor customer service skills the maids on the other had the house keepers were all friendly And nice

Property is run down. Halls have strong odor of weed. Stairwell smells like piss. Would not stay here again.

Booked 2 rooms 1 bathroom had mold the other the bath tub the porcelain was half peeled off check in time was 3 and we arrived at 3:30 got to the rooms and they were not ready called to make sure pool was open before booking and when we took the kids it was locked with a pad lock but just make sure to ask attendant as it had not been unlocked beds were a hit after spending the day at the stockyard

Easy check in and close to the stockyards.

Front desk staff was nice but there were stains on the comforter and we did not have hot water in our shower.

Room was clean. Parking area had used syringes laying around. The tub did not have a non skid Matt and was slick. Fall risk if you aren’t careful. They wanted you to sign up for the whyndam club before you could use the WiFi. TV wanted you to sign in on your own Amazon account.

It was 13 minutes to stockyards Their is people always hanging out their almost like it’s a prostitution place

I did like the hard flooring instead of carpet. The tv remote didn’t work. Hair in the bathtub. Had to reach into toilet tank and reconnect flushing arm once. Maybe I should have given two stars instead of three…

Great service cleans rooms

Parking was ok birds in tree out front kept pooping on vehicle, smelled weed a few times, was denied bath cloths second night and had to go to store and buy some. Toilet leaked water in floor and latch lock was broken. Was on vacation so a place to bathe and sleep was all that mattered.

The staff was non existent, never at the counter. The breakfast did not exist. We went down at 6:30 and didn’t even see an area there could have been breakfast. There were two GIANT cockroaches in the room. Parking was kind of cramped and you had to dodge the homeless people in the area that hang out there.

It was cheap When we first wanted to check into our room our key cards didn’t work, so we had to get them fixed at the front desk. Our room was completely dirty, dust everywhere, towels had grass on them... Our toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to fix it ourselves. The room door wouldn’t lock either, so we had to barricade it with hangers, so we’d at least feel a little more comfortable. Don’t even try to eat breakfast at this place- I think they never even thought about cleaning the cereal machine. Just went there because it’s cheap and we would only stay for the night. DON‘T do it - worst stay ever.

It was gross, the room smelled like urine when we arrived. And then the second night we were there I woke up to a roach crawling across my face! When I told the guy working the front desk he acted like it was no big deal.

The front desk staff were nice and the cleaning ladies were very friendly— they really do a great job! The hotel is older and you can tell but the rooms had tile not carpet which is a major plus… the hallway to the room is carpeted but again looked and smelled very clean. I recommend this property.

I got a non smoking room, but apparently the whole rest of the floor was smoking section. Our blankets had holes burned in them and there were very little amenities. I was not very impressed with our stay.

Pool was not ready for the season, hair found in sheets, hallways had a musty smell. Outside area felt somewhat unsafe with what appeared to be drug deal meetings close by. Newrly the worst breakfast offerings I have seen. I slept well and the staff was attentive.

Location to the stockyards was great First room had a bug crawling on the bed. Moved to a second room quickly but it was two queens instead of the king we had booked. When we came down for breakfast there was only cereal and boiled eggs. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Vending machines empty and had to buy water and can of soda from desk at $4.00 which was rediculas

they really need to renovate that building and get new furniture there was stains all over the chair and the floor had some paint on it

Had so many problems with the bathroom toilet and tv when called for assistance or request new room they didn’t do it so I paid for 5 days and only stayed a night there! So gross making us put our hand in the toilet deal to flush it cause handle was broke!

The walls seemed a little thin but otherwise the stay was great! Room was clean and smelled clean.

Bathroom door was wouldnt close all the way, paint was half flaked off the bath tub. Stains all over the blankets and sheets. Lamp appeared to have what looked like blood kn rhe shade. Spot on the wall looked like it had blood drops on it. Vending area was very neglected. Vending machine had the glass front smashed out of it, door was half pryed open, cash box was riped out of it. Guest laiundry/ gym area was closed, can only I imagine as to why. Hallways and elevator where filthy, trash everywhere. Pool had trash in it. Upgraded breakfast consisted of cold cereal and breads. All around not good. May be good if you are just passing through and dont mind cleanliness for a night

The bed had burn marks from cigarettes the chair looked chewed up by a dog the bath room had burn marks and holes next to the tub on the wall and the elevator was broken

The bathroom door in our room was falling apart. The bathtub was chipped and peeling. The AC didn’t work.

Nice place to stay!

I rented 3 rooms. All had been cleaned poorly. Hair in bathroom tub, floors dirty. One room flooded and said they couldn’t move them offered no discount or options. Had drug dealers and prostitution happening and were well aware of it and did nothing. Staff was rude and unhelpful!

Area was unsafe

People hanging outside for no reason very suspicious day and night other hotels in the area did not show this issue. Nothing was done to make the people leave.

It's ok for the price a little run down but if just need for a few nights it's worth it. Not sure about breakfast never went to grab any. Pool wasn't clean so didn't use it

Me and my husband stayed 1 night as a layover before moving into our new place the next day so for price and convenience it was excellent. The staff was very helpful, kind and courteous . There are so many good eats around no more than 3-5 miles. And the tv plays amazing movies back to back all night long . The only thing I’d say needs work is the upkeep , the bathrooms where very outdated , pain chipping off and tub was not bath worthy. I definitely put a towel down in the tub and showered . Also they need more towels . But overall I’d rate a 7.5/10

When we arrived at the property there were no less than 15 police cars in the parking lot and at least that many officers standing around! The gentleman behind the desk was very nice. He could not give us the room we requested because of the police activity. The elevator was in very bad condition and smelled of smoke!! The bathroom was nasty- around the bowl

We checked in our room and quickly discovered that there was no flush handle on the toilet. Upon going back to the front desk, we were quickly moved to a different room down the hall. As two single women were were extremely uncomfortable with the situation around us. We were ere out front of the hotel waiting on our Uber, where we were solicited by three different people for drugs, money and sex within the 5 minutes we got outside. It was very uncomfortable and put us as two female travelers very uncomfortable. Please do better, we are paying customers!

Everything is just a short drive away. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are comfy and clean, and no bugs! Most of the staff is very pleasant with one exception. There's a Mickey D's and a Subway less than a block away. There is also a Cracker Barrel you can walk to if you want a slower pace dining experience. The pool looked inviting, but I never had a chance to do more than look.

Bathroom door jammed and hard to open/close without having to tackle it. Hallways smelled of smoke of hash or mary jane. Continental breakfast was juice, fruit, and toast....nothing more. Other minor maintenence issues were noted, but looked like they were in the middle of upgrading...so, thats understandable.

The ownersare trying hard to update the place but unfortunately you can't pick your customers. The third floor drug fest and fights were not fun. The owners tried to handle it but definitely couldn't and we were told to call the cops.

Nice management team always attending customers on any issues to satisfy your stay only needs to have doors fixed to make quieter loud door slamming is always going to happen the water is always hot beds comfortable and ac is cold plus the fridge is always very cold for beverages and groceries

Great price and value it’s clean beds are comfortable and the air is cold only one thing this facility needs to have devices installed on forts to keep people from slamming doors it’s almost unbearable at times wakes me all the time or put signs up asking customers not to slam when closing the doors

The parking space was excellent and the Wifi and T.V. are great. There was not a lot of options for breakfast.

Bugs, wall lice carpet beetles. It was horrifying. I have red bumps on my legs and i did t lay in sheets put another sheet on top of bedspread and didnt sleep at all due to scratching and realizing the odd shaped bugs on walls. Took pictures and looked it up.i paid for 2 nights but left after 1 night. I want my money back because i spent more money on bug spray and antibiotic and fungal creams. Called health department to inform.

When i travel for work, i look up hotels that offer a fitness center. This time, it had it but, not available. There were items in there and a bed. It looked like it was used for storage. Very disappointed. The pool wasn't even clean so, really didn't get any work out done

This place is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. Checkng out immediately and disputing the fee with my cc company. For less money, drive the extra 15 miles and stay at the stockyards super 8. It is such an infinitely better property. property.

The property was filthy. The sheets had stains and holes. We had to ask for sheets and change them ourselves.

Normally not bothered by but I had my two grandchildren with me who obviously smelt it and asked about it. Had to lift toilet tank lid and manually flush toilet every time.

The proterty and our stay was great, but we found the breakfast lacking. All that was provided were 2 cereal options and bread/toast. There weren't even artifical sweeteners for those who are diabetic. We ended up going to McDonald's each morning for breakfast and the artificial sweeteners for our coffee.

Arrived Saturday and was given a room the second floor. I walked into the bathroom to find water all over the floor. We called down to the front desk and he gave us another room. This room was also located on second floor. The toilet did not work properly. Sunday morning, we woke up to power outage. We went downstairs to grab the so-called “continental breakfast” and found cereal, no milk, a few pieces of bread and a juice dispenser. Nothing else. We won’t be staying here again.

The property itself and the room are fine, the service is good but not excellent. Unfortunately, they advertise to have Breakfast, yet there is nothing but some white bread, two kinds of cereal, some fruit and on one day I saw small muffins. The coffee was not great and ran out soon, and the orange juice was from concentrate, so it was not fresh. The lady that fix the room every morning was absolutely great, did an excellent job and kept things fresh. Thank you.

They called to check if I was coming. I said yes. When I got there, there was a family waiting to be checked in for over 10 minutes. No one came. I had to find my own key behind the desk to get into my room…… need I say more?!

The entire hotel smells like smoke.

We paid in advance and when we arrived there was a 50 dollar deposit. Later on that day i was checking my balance and they also took a 120 dollar deposit and when i ask about it, the front desk person said oh ya i over charged you. Ok so why didn't you tell me that when i was standing ther for 20 minutes while you kept runnng my card. Yes i did get it all back but still if i hadnt checked my acct would he have giving it back or made up some lie that we tore the room up. Was not happy about the situation at all.

This hotel was a mess all together. 1) Let’s start at the “complimentary breakfast” which was really terrible as they only served slices of bread, coffee, cereal (but the milk was gone), and juice that was watery. They even had an apple that had the biggest hole in it from being chewed on from some parasite, showing no courtesy to remove it, so my partner and I decided it was best to skip breakfast all together. 2) The rooms smelled nice but upon laying down, my sheet had blood in them. 3) My bathroom had roaches in it that would room freely. 4) Their vending machines were out of service, and so were the laundry room, etc. 5) The internet service was deplorable! It didn’t want to connect, even after trying a few times, and the signal was really weak. All and all, I don’t have much positive to say about my experience with this hotel. It seems like they don’t care about their guests, as they’re only focused on providing the bare minimum service. I will NOT recommend this hotel to save my life.
