Cockroaches in room, dirty, had a musty smell and smelled like someone had smoked on a non-smoking room. Overall worst experience on a hotel. A total nightmare.

Breakfast was just waffles and coffee and juice. Not very good

The electric outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Had a hard time turning on the TV , I'm assuming the batteries were getting low in the remote. The room was cool when we got there, they turned the A/C on so the room would be cool. The room was very clean. We will stay again.

They are doing construction on the property and some of the rock and stuff from said construction was actually blocking a handicapped parking space. Two of the people in my group are handicapped so we often found ourselves having to park far from the door. The swimming pool was filled in with dirt, which I found really odd. The breakfast in the morning is just waffles, coffee, juice, and toast. Nothing else, not even fresh fruit offered. The sheets on the bed were stained, I know they were clean but they were stained. The lampshade and ceiling was also dirty which I found really weird but it didn’t bother us much. We also did not have a room phone to contact front desk if we needed to. We had another group of friends in another room and they had a lounge chair and we did not, even though we had booked the same room type. Both on floor 2 and floor 3 (we were floor 3 and our friends in the other group were floor 2) reeked of both cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke, mostly by the elevator doors which made me believe that it was coming from one of the rooms closest to the elevator. Also on our first day, my friends who made it to the rooms first saw people in the parking lot doing illegal substances. Later on in the day, one of those same people actually came to my room and knocked on our door.

No diving in the pool! Strongly unrecommended

The room had holes in the wall. The room was humid and smelled like mildew. There were a lot restaurants nearby and everything was in walking distance.

Yes we always order a smoking room and when we get there it says we ordered a non smoking room and thats not true because we are smokers.but it never fails they dont have one

This was probably just a bad luck thing, but maybe I earned it based on how cheap the room rate was those nights: Someone in the room next to mine was banging on something when I tried to go to sleep, and I awakened at midnight to the sound of a man and a woman in a physical altercation, both screaming at one another at the top of their lungs. The police came and dealt with it effectively. Expedia tried to get my money back that very night but no managerial staff could be contacted. They probably would have refunded my remaining days if I’d asked the next day, but I didn’t want to have to look for and pay for a second hotel on the same vacation, so I stuck the rest of the days out, and nothing like the disturbance happened again that I could hear.

Super noisy. AC kept making rattling noises that kept me up all night. Hotel manager called another room demanding that the guest close the window because the hot air would get in, and threatened to kick them out if they didn't close the window. Poor facilities, room had a damp smell. Only redeeming quality was the bathroom which was much nicer than the rest of the room. Works in a pinch but not for planned trips. It isn't even inexpensive, which adds to the dissappintment.

Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. Only bread options.

The bathroom was little stinky although it was clean, bathroom room was having damage and lock was not working properly. Breakfast they just had waffle and bread, other other hotels are providing few more breakfast items like egg, cereal, they may need to check on adding more breakfast items and also provide coffee all day long like other hotels on same price

My room was on the 2nd floor,it was fine,didn’t smell and I saw no bugs or stains on pillows or sheets.Room had small fridge and couch,bathroom had blow dryer but there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. My friends room on 3rd floor looked fine but someone had punched the bathroom door and didn’t put a hole all the way through it but damaged it pretty bad, and they did the same thing to one of the walls. Breakfast wasn’t much but better than nothing.You Had your choice of waffles or bread you could toast and put jelly on.

It was on the mediocre side. Hotel was a little dated, but it looks like it was getting updated. Carpet looks a bit old, but our room was really clean except for the recliner chair in there. We never sat on it; it looked old and worn. Bed was comfortable and tv had all channels. A little more towels would've been nice. Breakfast was coffee, toast and stuff to make waffles. Nothing exciting. Place was close to an IHOP, Texas Roadhouse and few other restaurants and bars across the street so location was great. IT looked relatively safe as well. To sleep and bathe a great place, if you are looking for something grand, this is not the place.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast was just Waffles, White bread & Butter, VERY skimpy, although the waffles were very good. Coffee was good the 1st morning, way too strong the 2nd morning. Parking lot was filthy, could be much cleaner. Will not stay there again!!

Everything was great. Very clean, great price, nice staff. Only negative was breakfast was waffle or toast and that was it. But everything super clean.

The rooms at this property have been recently renovated very nice! Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. I did not eat the light breakfast because we had brought some items on their own but did enjoy the coffee. Very pleased with our stay!

Well somebody forgot to put the microwave back I don't know why they took it out but I was supposed to have a microwave in that room. I like popcorn microwavable popcorn and I didn't feel like walking down the hallway to use the kitchen microwave. Other than that Manny and I think the lady's name was lira great people they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will return to stay there again

Daytime management staff are horrible. Just rude people who shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Evening and night are awesome. Amazingly clean building, rooms, and linens.

For an economy hotel, the beds and rooms were very nice.

I was first given a dirty room, but I was sent to another room. The bed was horrible! It was creaky, and it squeezed every time I moved.

The room was very clean and nice but the air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off at night so we could sleep. The breakfast was a joke. Only coffee, waffle and toast. No fruit, yogurt or cereal. The price was good so I guess you get what you pay for.

Don’t stay there for the breakfast unless you like waffles because that is literally all they have. Other than that I think the place was awesome! The room was in excellent condition and very clean

It was all pretty good except that we booked there with the idea that there was a pool since it said there was and showed pictures. When we got there we found out that the pool is now filled in with dirt. Definitely would’ve picked a different hotel if we had known that

The breakfast was a single waffle maker with syrup and some white bread with a toaster with jelly and butter, the pool is filled in with soil. Room seemed clean and climate control worked.

As a former LEO I recognized that some of my fellow guests that were sketchy, but I did not notice anything wrong or unsavory being done, and neither saw nor heard any trouble. Probably not a place I’d send my wife or kids without me, but I’d stay there on a work trip again.

Property was an example of you pay for what you get. It was dated and the hotel smells of smoke. The breakfast was waffles and bread only. There is no body lotion included in the rooms, missing equipment in the fitness center and no swimming pool. Whilst it's a convenient location the property is dated and needs a proper clean.

The gentle man at the front desk has kind enough to accommodate us in another room after I told him the room really really smelled like cigarette smoke. The other room was slightly better. Overall, place was not cleaned properly. I could seee layers of dirt and dust in the restroom, and the bed covers had cigarette burns directly on them. I guess you get what you pay for. I hate to leave a negative review but we all need constructive criticism. I hope this finds the staff well and can improve the “Hotel” conditions.

Courteous staff, clean room. Location has many homeless/ panhandlers out front but there were no interactions. You could hear every footstep and motion of the person upstairs as though there’s no soundproofing. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for price in a quick pinch.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff very friendly. They asked if I wanted to have my room cleaned everyday in which they did. The only thing that bothered me was that I was on the 2nd floor and I was able to hear the foot steps above me. The first night I didn’t sleep all night because of it. But other then that great. Breakfast is okay not bad.

My first time staying here and it was somewhat ok. My room was nice but they never did replenish the hand soap despite my request for it. My toilet was broken but they did fix it quickly. The breakfast was not good at all. They only have a coffee table, waffle maker that consistently burns the waffle, toast and apple& orange juice machine. From the reviews I thought it was going to more of a selection but I was wrong. Some of the guests were sketchy looking. This was my first and last time staying here because I didn't feel safe and the lack of amenities.

The room was kept clean and there was no serious interaction with the staff, when I did interact it was a great experience. The breakfast was lacking though, but otherwise it was exactly what i needed to enjoy my trip.

Microwave wasn’t working. Tell them 3 times and never replaced or fixed.

The entire floor smelled like weed, cigarette burn holes in the bedding, broken lamp, tv & remote didn’t work.

The first 2 rooms I was given had major issues. Room 1) the entrance door safety lock didn't work. Room 2) the tv remote didn't work. Although their website showed available rooms, the clerk claimed there were no more available rooms and refused to switch me to another room.

I have no idea how this place got an 8 rating. If you dont smoke dont go there. It all reeks of it. the room had 4 decaf coffee in the room and no creamer sweetener or stir sticks. On Expedia it said 12 was the checkout but the room said 11. Just a old unupdated motel.

Rooms were clean and they made sure we had what we needed. Staff was courteous and helpful.
