I was supposed to get a non-smoking room but it was definitely a smoking room, cigarette burns everywhere, on top of that, the pull-out couch bed was worn out and beat down, barely useable if at all and there weren’t even any extra pillows or bedding to use on it. The toilet didn’t flush right because it didn’t fill up hardly at all, the bathtub was in dire need of refinishing or replacement, and the Air conditioner didn’t have any kind of thermostat, so it was either extra cold or just a fan, there was no temperature regulation.

Location only. The non-smoking areas still smelled like cigarettes. The pool was not filled. The “breakfast” was not a breakfast. Room was not very clean, bed linen had cigarette holes. No iron available. On the last day, staff was rude to a customer.

The room was clean. But the bathtub looked like it really could use a refresh. Also there was a mystery stain on the carpet. And the hard floors near the sink and bathroom were not wet but felt kind of oily and slippery so I did not walk on them without shoes... And the sheets had holes in them like cigarette burns... But I was in a non smoking room. Just not as good as it's been in the past. Kinda disappointed because I liked this hotel, but I think their standards are slipping.

Nothing. It was not up to date. I had a no smoking zone room and the whole hotel smelt like cigarettes. Homeless were in the building. sheets where burnt and curtains had mole. Very bad experience I did not stay there. I will be making a call for refund.

All doors locked from the inside. Had to go through lobby to get in and out of my room. Cheap place to stay but felt unsafe.

Absolutely nothing was likeable Room smelled of marijuana, and smoke, staff photo copied my credit card, it's a rent by the hour type of hotel, I already paid online and was non refundable so at midnight we were stuck. If you have a family and values, stay away!

Nothing at all! No elevator, pool disgusting, the area is not safe don’t waste your time. You can hear people talking in hallways and they know when new guest are in they have a watch person outside. Don’t STAY HERE BE SAFE SPEND A BIT MORE! Everything this place is bad bad!

The room was a decent size! There was a roach in the bathroom sink. The hallway in the hotel as well as the breakfast room was extremely hot. The breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast, it was more of a grab n go but you couldn’t go because you weren’t allowed to take drinks or food out of the breakfast room.

Room filthy , burn holes in blankets and sheets, hair on linen, smelled awful. Vending machines broken, pool drained and green, pull out couch did not have linen and staff refused to supply blankets or linen- said only get the sheets on the two beds in room. Bathtub had all the porcelain finish rubbed off making it look gross. Terrible experience

The man at the counter was polite. The place looked dodgy, so I wanted a look at the room first. The lobby looked like a messy person was running a home business out of the corner. The rooms seemed good, but after check in, we discovered the sheets had not been changed, with hair and pubic hair on the bottom sheet. After taking all sheets to the desk, we were able to get new sheets. I was embarrassed that I brought my family here, but it was prepaid and I could not get a refund.

As soon as you walk in there was a very strong marijuana smell, as walking through the halls it also smelled like cigarettes. The room sheets were dirty, and you could see hairs on the sheets. Blood on the wall. We lasted maybe 10 minutes inside the room and left.

Unfortunately, the towels seemed to have been previously used and had yellow marks and other stains on it. Additionally, the sheets need to be clean. repeated knocking on doors next to my room, which disturbed my sleep.

Plenty of light in the parking area. Easy check in. No elevator. Free breakfast was just cereal, yogurt and stale donuts. Good if you need a cheap place to stay.

Hotel lobby and hall ways have strong cigarette odor. Sofa bed mattress appeared to have 2 large blood stains and I was only given couple sheets to cover mattress. 😖

The strong smell of smoking slapped us from the moment we stepped in the lobby. It was so strong that, even though we stayed in a no smoking room, we could still smell it in the room. The hotel should invest in a deep cleaning. Probably remove all carpeting and change their policy to make all rooms no smoking and designate a area outside for the smokers. I am asthmatic and had to use my inhaler a couple times to make it though the night. I didn't leave, becuase a) I got there late after almos 6 hrs driving, and b) I had already paid online and it was non-refundable. The other feedback is about the bedding. It was clean, but there were burn holes in some of the sheets. Other than that, the room was clean and at least it was not noisy so we could sleep.

There was no pool or hot tub as advertised. The sheets had holes in them, and we found blood on the on the bottom sheet. Bathtub has seen better days.

My card key had to be remade 3 times because it couldn't open room door. The hotel needed to be remodeled and it reeked.

From the moment you walk in the first set of doors the entire place smelled of marijuana. The smell was overpowering and made me sick. My family and I had to check out early. When we brought this to the property manager's attention, they accused me of causing the smell. Not sure how i could hot box an entire hotel in less than 24 hours but it was infuriating to deal with. Their idea of "breakfast" was a half gallon of milk in a disgusting table top refrigerator. No food, no other drinks, not even a water dispenser.

We arrived at the hotel. We needed some place quick and decent priced to stay for our short time there. The desk people weren't friendly. Arrived at the room and my son looked out the window to see a woman showing her chest. My boyfriend found a fake eyelash stuck to the floor. Dirty handprints on the bathroom wall. Cigarette burns in the tub and on the blanket. No comforter. The next morning I had to ask the front desk to refill the breakfast which was cereal, yogurt, and prepackaged mini donuts.

Not Worth The Stay. Air Conditioner Not Working

The person who attended me on May 5 at approximately 9 pm, was racist, only when he saw my ID and looked at my face he told me that there was no room for me, I asked him why? And he answered me because yes. I told him that I had a reservation made and paid for and changed his way of treating me a little, but it was still a rude treatment. To all the Hispanic and Mexican people if you read this message do not come to this hotel it is terrible the treatment and very racist

I reserved a non-smoking room and it didn’t matter. There was so much smoke that I got a headache from staying here.

Reasonable price

My family and I are staying while in between homes. This is a very nice hotel and the service has always been wonderful 😊. Room cleaned almost daily and I love it.

Terrible experience ended up cancelling the second night, overall the hotel had a very strong odor that filled everywhere. The staff at the desk was extremely rude including admitting that they lied to the booking agent when they called for a manager. Signage at the window implies that you can book rooms by the hour, the shower took 30 minutes to drain.

We were in a non smoking room but our blankets and Sheets had cigarette burn holes in them! Someone had a puppy in one of the rooms that cried half the night!

I enjoyed my brief stay here. It was close to my job. The hotel itself needs some renovations, especially when it comes to their ceilings and bathrooms. Other than that, the decor and hotel is beautiful, with friendly staff members.

We were over booked at the hotel. Your rep relocated us to this location. The hotel had cockroaches and their was stains on all the walls. Like people wiped snot all over it. I would like to talk to a rep. about the way we were rebooked. And why it still cost me over 200.00

Had issues with prebooked room and room getting cancelled even though we stated was going to pay cash. Hotel fixed issue. That was a plus. However, location is off very busy interstate where you hear motorcycles racing all night. Room only had very worn down pillows and could only get 1 per person, so was like laying on a rock. Had to go to store to buy more since I have to sleep upright. We could only get 2 towels per room, so you have to ask for more. The sink had leaked. The stairs were wet once and brother slid down the stairs. Plus pool was closed which was a disappointment. They also locked up the breakfast room so nobody could get in. The room stayed humid and hard to get a good temperature. Overall they do keep it pretty clean.

When we arrived, it smelled like sh*# inside the room, the bathtub looked like it had never been clean, people who did the room are really nice but the man who was in the desk. They do not have the pool working and there is no breakfast.

I would have to pass on going to this hotel again. While the price was right, it was rough. Even though there wasn't supposed to be smoking in the hotel, it stunk of old cigarette smoke and some of our blankets had cigarette burns on them. Once we got to our room, we had to kill two roaches. I guess the room was ok other than that, but it was a bit rough to try and get extra towels for the 3rd person that was traveling with us and extra pillows.

Hotel was nothing special, but it was a comfortable and clean stay for 2 nights in a safe location at an affordable rate. Even offered an added late check-out for a fee which came in handy.

It’s been the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. The room needs plenty of maintenance and cleaning to be done. I was extremely disappointed when I open the room I was given.

This was one of the nastiest palces i had ever stayed at. I will NOT be a returning customer.

The room was clean, but the smell of the whole place was just horrible, it smell like weed, I on our way out I stop at the front desk and told the front office and they did nothing about it, when we came back it was worse, I did told them again (night staff) and he said “oh no it don’t smell like nothing” I had my baby and kids with me, it was just awful, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like that smell or want to come out with a bad headache.

The rooms are spacious. It was clean. The property is old but well to taken care of. They allowed our pit bull without any problems. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt and pre-packaged honey buns. Coffee was drinkable so was the juice. Only problem was the smell of marijuana through out the building. And the neighborhood isn't too friendly but nothing happened to our vehicle and we had some pretty expensive stuff in the bed of the truck. It was all there the next morning

The hallway was overly warm & had a strange smell. Our smoke alarm kept chirping so we told the front desk on our way out to an appt & it was taken care of by the time we got back!
