Manager was not very nice. After checkout we were waiting for transportation and he kicked us off property and made us walk down the access road for transportation

Roaches everywhere not clean

The property is dirty and infested with cockroaches and nats. Honestly regret staying here!

Staff was extremely sweet and welcoming but the room itself was disgusting. The smell, floors were still dirty. Towels stained, walls had I don’t know what smeared on them. Blankets still had crust. Oh and when I woke up there was a roach on the headboard. Even the remote was filled with crust. Sweet people but will not be staying again

Absolutely the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed it has a gnat infestation it smells like mold from the moment you walk in the door. They will not change your room if you ask the rooms look nothing like the pictures it’s a complete different hotel I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a homeless person.

It was somewhere to stay. The room had so many natts in it fruit flies were everywhere they would be in our drinks if we left them our food our cats food everywhere it was awful.

Property is poorly maintained at best. Trash everywhere outside even a mattress for days in plain view was dumped but left and no one got it up. Staff is ok, cleaning staff are helpful. Roaches in many units, ive stayed upstairs, downstairs and in multiple rooms, they aren't in all but the ones they are u need to actually leave a light on to keep they away at best. I'm almost every unit either the bed covers are burnt, sheets and towels stained and dirty, stove doesn't work or missing knobs shoty fix for any repairs, a/c doesn't cool properly or u can see straight to the outside thru holes. The laundry room consist of one washer and one dryer. The washer only fills up half way but does work and the dryer with barely dry a small small load in the 45 min time.

There was a mice

They had a full fridge with a freezer. The king size bed was nice as well as the pillows. The shower was really nice. The a/c was great. There was no hot water in the sinks. Warm but not hot. The toilet didn't always flush completely.

Everything was great never have a problem when I stay everybody knows and I always leave my room the way I found and that is clean they

The staff is always super nice and helpful always have a good experience with every stay and I stay here a lot.

I stayed for 15mins then checked out. The property felt uncomfortable. I have a 6month baby and felt concerned. Walking into the room, it had a strong oder of pee, beer and cigarettes, stains were on the walls, flys inside. I booked a room else where so I could sleep comfortably with my family good

The room amenities will show bathtub, coffee maker and hairdryer. Those items do not exist. When we asked about it after paying. we were pretty much told to go find another motel. Oh. And valet for $22..what a joke. Have you seen this place? Give someone your keys and i bet you dont get them or your car back! I wouldnt rent here again if the alternative was the streets!

Quest laundry was a good price. There were safety issues back door always opened anyone could have come in

Where should we begin, to make it short: roaches, mold, tv didn’t work because it ran off WiFi and WiFi was down, commode was broken, mattress was filthy, vending machines were out of order.

Rooms were not very clean and hallways were filthy with cat food bowls sitting outside doors !

I can honestly say there's nothing good about staying at this hotel. It was to the point where I asked for a refund...and they were even unaccommodating on that. Blood and other stains on the sheets, cockroaches in the room...you name it. Unfriendly, unaccommodating staff. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Run down beyond repair. Disgusting from the nasty walls with who knows what on them. To the damages toilet and tub to the nasty sheets with smears on the pillow cases to the floors that had things crawling on them.

AC unit was making a loud noise and the guy at the front office told me there is nothing he could do.

Cockroaches crawling on the walls and floors, stained with cigarettes toilet and shower area, a shooting right outside the window on the property, flies and gnats invading the room, stains on the bed, lack of pillows, terrified bed bugs were going to invade, gnats and baby roaches chilling in the curtains of the window during day time. Does anyone clean??

The room was great and a good value... parking lot was pretty trashy and fenced in patio full of doggy bombs... which made it hard to give a higher rating.

Entire hotel was filthy! The hallway was filled with others people junk. The bed linen had stains. The room was filled with dust. Ac unit was dirty. There was roaches in the room.

This hotel is definitely not a place to stay with your family. Everything felt dirty and the door did not shut properly. Night working women coming in and out. We did not even stay the night checked in and left later that day because it was so off putting. Didn’t even ask for our money back but we definitely should have. Hotel smells of weed and dog piss!

ROACH INFESTED!!! In the microwaves, in the fridges, under the sink, and behind the mirrors. No deadbolt on door lock, and door seemed to be kicked in before.

This place was not clean at all.. the hallways smelled like dog poop and must and the floors had big stains that probably haven’t been cleaned up. The rooms smelled dusty and had roaches/spiders. Sheets and comforter had holes and stains and smelled like old dirty clothes and when asked for new ones they were the same. Also one of the rooms did not have a safety lock and they refused to switch us to another room. I do not recommend staying there! I asked for bug spray and the man up front was acting like he didn’t hear me and then said he had to find it. They did not switch out a pillow for my sister when she found a roach on her pillow. It was just an overall nightmare and they did nothing to make us feel comfortable.

Rooms definitely need to be fixed up it seems like people are doing other things there definitely not clean as it should be in on areas as well waiting for staff to check in caused a long line o understand it's nothing the Hilton but it could look better and be better in several ways that's my experience I've n6in studio 6 motels but not in this condition

I checked in and immediately checked out. My legs were itchy and felt like bugs or fleas or something on me, the room was dirty, the entire place was dirty and smelled like weed. 0 out of 10. Disputed the transaction with my cc company because wth, not as described or pictured. I can deal with a little dirty, but not bugs.

Pet oder and uneven flooring, and staff without a care

The location said studio 6 and I did not get the room that was like an efficiency. Was not safe bags left in hallway. Noise during the whole night. Was trying to find a quiet safe inexpensive room in my budget and felt unsafe. Front desk was not reachable from the room phone because there was no phone in the room. I felt my privacy was invaded female came in while sleep and I did not request room service. My room was hardly ever cleaned I did it the cleaning myself. The staff were not very friendly. The parking lot entry and exit unsafe to the highway. Air condition had malfunctions. Was not satisfied the washer and dryer did not work and at one point it did because I used the dryer. I had to go spend money on laundry and it was approx $45. The staff stated it would be fixed the washer and dryer Monday and it never did get fixed. Would like to request some type of refund from my stay here due to me providing my own housekeeping in this room with zero amenities.

Was not sure how to get towels or room service. Housekeeping came in while sleeping. I had no phone/landline in my room.

Killed roach as soon as I walked in. Saw what looked like blood on shower curtain. Pillow cases looked used. Checked out 5 minutes after checking in

Clean room, quiet area, nice shower.

The water pressure was good and the hot water in the shower, got hot really fast. The in room mini fridge was turned off. I had a half sandwich and two cherry Coke Zeros. I turned it to medium high and it cooled my drinks and preserved my other half of my meatball sub. I really enjoyed my breakfast of meatball sub and cherry Coke Zero.

I locked my key card in the room accidentally and the staff promptly took care of it.

They also charge a $150 deposit that charges your card & they won’t return it to you until well after you’ve checked out.

Very helpful and kind staff

As soon as you walked in the hotel, it smelled! Rooms had spider webs on the ceilings. Air vents had dust everywhere! Walls were as if they had a sword fight in there. Just dirty! Covers were dirty! Never again will I book there.

This place is an absolute dive. There are lots of BIG dogs that bark constantly all night and some are vicious. The entire motel smells like dog poop. 2nd floor has pee stains all down the hallway where you will also find dog poop. The entire outside area for dogs is full of poop notbeing picked up. The inside of the rooms are nasty dirty. You really dont want to put your hands on anything. The internet wifi works occasionally and the TV cuts in and out all the time. The tenants that LIVE there are always fighting, yelling and kids run up and down the hall at all hours of the night. I would not suggest staying here in the least.

Room was extremely dirty and had reminisces from the last guest still in the room aka fingernails. Toilet was broken and flooding the bathroom and wouldn’t flush. Room smelled like hot fish and the tv wouldn’t work either. Ashes were all in the a/c unit. They only vacuum downstairs because German roaches were all over the floors upstairs. This place is deplorable.

Brown spots on sheets, when I asked to take pics to try to get refund he allowed but then quickly tucked the sheets back in - no attempt of trying to rectify the issue - be sure to walk your room before checking in! There were people in the back alley behind the hotel changing their clothes, and loading up appliances in a car - the side door wasn’t locked - anyone could’ve gotten access. Overall not safe, immediately left.

Totally disgusting and unsafe. Garbage and shady people in the parking lot. Garbage threw around the common area, including dirty rags. Whole place stinks of smoke. Some kind of pet food on the floor in the corner of my room.Cigarette burns on the sheets and bathroom floor and tub. Mold stains all over bathtub. Broken knobs on stove appliance. Broken floor boards in room. Sounds like people and parking pets live there full-time and don’t check out. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

I couldn’t wait to leave this horrible place. The cloth shower curtain was so disgusting, it looked as if it hadn’t ever been washed. The microwave was just as bad. The tv had blown speakers so relaxing was out of the question. The front desk clerk made me pay $10/night for my service animal.

The refrigerator did not work. The freezer was like super freezing. The towels seemed dirty. I had to go back and ask for some clean towels and they still looked dirty. I saw these little bugs in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken.The Hall carpet was dirty and had stains.The room smell like mildew and cigarettes. I had a non-smoking room. There was black hair on the floor and I’m a blonde.

For 1 theres no elevators and i told him im disable and need knee replacements, the guest on the side of my kept trying to vet into my room all night. I called the front desk numerous times with no answer. I had to call Expedia.to get a hold of him and all of a.sudsen he answered. I told him what was going on and he lied and said he looked at the cameras and saw nothing. I jad to get another day so hopefully i stay safe.

Horrible!! I paid for the room online but there was nothing on the website about a deposit. Wouldn't even let me use the bathroom before I paid the deposit. Then, after I finally figured out the deposit to get into the room, they didn't take tap and pay. It was 2 am and I decided it wasn't worth paying $100 for a couple hours because I didn't have the extra money to pull it out of ATM, then get told I had to get my refund from the third party, and I asked if since we were having to stay in our van if we could stay in the parking lot and was sent away, then this morning I find out that the hotel won't refund my money when I didn't even set one foot in a room. Never will use them again. Absolutely ridiculous!!

When we turned the lights on roaches ran off the bed! Roaches in bathtub. All over room. We left less than 2 mins after walking in our room. DO NOT STAY HERE

1) The stairwell - hand rails were not clean or sanitized. 2) The carpet was filthy with trash and stains. 3) Possible bed bugs due to bites all over my legs/arms the next morning. 4) Bedding /floor was dirty too. I changed the bed and swept the floor.

My start was fine until my bathroom flooded. I called the front desk at 8am and told them something was wrong with the toilet. I woke up to almost 2 inches of water covering the floor of the entire room! They told me that maintenance couldn't come until the FOLLOWING DAY! He eventually showed up around 6pm and started to work on the restroom. They moved me to a room that was covered in dog hair!! When I asked about compensation, they told me they couldn't because I was already getting a good deal on the room price lol I would NOT recommend anyone stay here!

I liked the fact that they let us check in a little early; however it says on the website that they had a stove setup but don’t not do they have a pool. When we walked in it reeked of weed and we had to request a remote.

It was close to the freeway we used & was close to good restaurants. it's an older place. could use some sprucing up a bit. There was no computer access to print off our boarding passes for our flight home, we had to leave for the airport earlier than planned to be able to get access to equipment there.

Hotel not in good shape. Pictures on their website very deceiving. Handrail missing from tub...has holes where water can get in. Potential mold problem...not good. Non smoking room...you can smell smoke. Towels were old and stained...even when washed.

Really comfortable bed! fridge and microwave came in handy. Phone in room said it dialed out long distance when in fact it did not.

This is not safety. My car was broken window in this place, and I lose all electric. I was here for three night I did not sleep, they have flea on.
