Enjoyed the Old West Flare of the hotel. Hope it does not change with the Re-model!!
- 5/5
Wonderful. ~ easy walk to all the great restaurants - and nightlife
- 5/5
Cute place, great location.
- 5/5
Great room. Great location
- 5/5
We loved the old time feeling of this hotel and room. The air conditioner could have worked better, but other than that it was in a great location to stay right in the heart of the stockyards.
- 5/5
Room was good WiFi was fast , love the motif and the lobby. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Great location. A true representation of the old Stockyards.
- 3/5
Dated and worn. No free parking. Restaurant was permanently closed. The building has a lot of character and a great location. Beyond that, it’s below average.
- 5/5
This staff was extremely nice. Very nice accommodations. They worked with us. Couldn’t be more please is definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Super clean, staff very accommodating and bed was super comfy. Location couldn't be better for the Stockyards.
- 2/5
This room was dirty, especially the bathroom, and so neglected. It is crazy how run-down it is and yet we paid a luxury price.
- 5/5
Friendly Staff , Clean rooms and walking distance to all the restraunts and bars .
- 5/5
Staff is amazing and rooms are always clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Loved the rustic Texas charm!!
- 5/5
Valet parking was not found until we left and paid the €28 for 12 hours in the near by parking. Note if you stop for an hour it is still €28!
- 5/5
Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly, easy access to everything, and the valet were quick and professional.
- 4/5
Good location but it's very loud at night due to the people in the streets and the cars. Carpet was worn and bathroom tiles were broken.
- 5/5
Room was excellent. The history of the hotel was very interesting
- 5/5
Love love loved the hotel! It was a bucket list stay and they did not disappoint!! 💜
- 3/5
The hotel was excellent in both ambience and location but 1 big problem was the door fitment and the gap around the frame along with possible insulation with the inter connecting rooms everything could be heard from next door. First night the couple in the neighbouring room had an argument upon their late return for which could be heard easily which wasn’t the end of the world but their making up the following morning certainly was! No exaggeration but her moas of pleasure could be heard just as if the TV was on. Not an issue to us as me and the wife just laughed and turned our TV up but it would have been totally inappropriate if there had of been children staying with us. Second night and a different neighbour this time that went out and left their wining dog in the room all evening - we honestly got no sleep at all.
- 5/5
Rooms were very nice and staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
The room was disgusting. Vents clogged, carpet with many spill stains, bugs in light fixtures, shower seals all cracked, rusted door hinges. $600 room was like a motel 6. Checked out on wedding night and went home.
- 3/5
The hotel maintained the old style hotel and it was a lovely experience, but there were a few things that should have been taken care of prior to occupying this room. There was no hot water at the vanity and i had to repeat several times to the front desk staff that the hotel needed to take care of that.
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and attentive. Checking in and out went smoothly.
- 5/5
Great staff Clean room Awesome spot close by everything
- 5/5
Clean room. Comfy bed.
- 1/5
The walls were paper thin so they supply earplugs, which may help you sleep but during the day my friend and I could clearly hear the full conversation of the room next door, and they weren’t yelling. Our room was internal, so we had no real window which kept the room dark. The beds weren’t comfortable, cheap bouncy mattress with stiff sheets. *If that weren’t enough, the housekeeping staff came in and left our door unlocked and wide open all afternoon.*
- 5/5
Staff was excellent! Beds were comfortable!
- 3/5
Staff is wonderful. Hotel is really showing its age! Definitely needs a facelift.

- 5/5
Great place to stay amd close to everything.
- 1/5
Too bad. It could be a great place, if it was taken better care of. We won’t be back.
- 5/5
Mattresses, bedding and pillows were very uncomfortable and need updating. Other than that loved the property.
- 4/5
Loved the hotel and the historic feel. Noise and sleeping is an issue but there is nothing they can do about that so bring a sound machine. They do provide earplugs! Totally worth it though!
- 5/5
Very different and such an experience
- 5/5
Great room
- 4/5
The room was wonderful and spacious. The bar was accessible, and we enjoyed lounging in the lobby and people watch while having a glass of wine.
- 4/5
Room was clean and I appreciate the rustic charm, but it really could use some updating.
- 5/5
Fabulous, cozy place to stay with a wonderful staff. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Bar was closed cause it was Christmas day but everything else was good
- 5/5
Nice room. The toilet needs a little attention. The AC was cold. The H3 Steakhouse attached was excellent
- 5/5
Nice spot fun for the night
- 5/5
Clean. Air worked great.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing!
- 4/5
Our room was right on main street. Cars were cruising into the wee morning hours. People were out and about all night. Don't rent if you like to turn in early.
- 3/5
Neat boutique hotel, but absolutely no amenities.
- 3/5
Love to stay here. But not too comfortable as we age. Too much loud music traffic. Vanity too small. Vanity lighting poor.
- 4/5
Staff was great. The rooms are rusted and it shows some of the handles seem very loose but fun experience.
- 4/5
Nice staff. Cool place
- 5/5
All
- 4/5
Room was clean, very quaint and historic facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
This is a must stay
- 5/5
They were very flexible with stay.
- 4/5
Great location to everything in Stockyards.
- 5/5
Room very noisey but was provided with ear plugs. Historic building, interesting water shed. Would recommend. Enjoyed our stay at the stockyards
- 3/5
This is an historic hotel, and can appreciate that. But, the carpet in the rooms is way overdue for replacement. Lighting is low, so rather dark. I could see completely under the door to the adjoining room. There was a pipe coming through the shower that dripped water from up above somewhere. I had called ahead asking if there were a couple amenities, the front desk staff said "yes", but when I got there they "did not" have those. The price was reasonable, especially compared to the surrounding hotels for that area. But the location was exactly what I had wanted. The front desk staff was "so-so". They were young.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was comfortable, staff was very friendly and informative on things to do around town
- 5/5
The stockyards is always fun
- 5/5
Proximity to everything
- 3/5
The room was good for the old decore and theam of the old west. Lamp shades were cracked and broken. Carpet was stained and dirty. Toilet flush would not stop unless you reset handle. Very dusty. Bed was okay. Sheets and pillows were clean and fresh. The staff was very helpful and gave great tips and advice on things to do.
- 5/5
2nd time visiting and will always stay at this hotel. Great Staff, middle of everything!
- 3/5
We've stayed here before and had a good experience but this time not so much. Toliet in the room did not work properly and when we tried to use the room phone to call valet for our vehicle all we got was a constant fast busy.
- 5/5
Older with character. The staff is top notch
- 5/5
All around great experience.
- 5/5
Friendly staff food was awesome
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly courteous right from the beginning. The Cattle Baron suite was awesome and very spacious. The attached suite overlooked the Stockyards. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff very courteous and hotel was convenient to restaurants and activities
- 1/5
Dirty, old, the tv did not work, I got locked in my room and could not call front desk b/c the phone did not work, no parking, incompetent kids running front desk, Find another place.
- 5/5
Rustic but great. Toilet ran all the time.
- 4/5
Overall, property is excellent for walk ability, food choices, and service. However, the lobby is cleaned with a horrible generic cleaning fluid which ruins the entire experience for me. Instant headache and vomit !! The smell ruins the historic vibe of the entire building. Stop using this cleansing fluid.
- 3/5
Hotel was in a great location. Staff was very nice. Hotel room was in need of repair and updating. Bathroom floor tile was cracked. Bathtub had no drain cover. Toilet seat had a big chunk missing from it. Bedroom carpet was warped and needed to be stretched. No mini fridge, or safe. Furniture very worn-out.
- 5/5
Very cool old hotel right in the heart of Stockyard District. Very helpful staff. Valet was very quick and held, and loaded our luggage while we did some additional shopping. Very cool old western bar on the premises. Would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Pricy, good location , charm , but run down
- 5/5
A lot of fun. Very safe and easy on the eyes.
- 5/5
Staff was great!!! Location was perfect for us. It was great that we could walk everywhere!! I was a little concerned Sunday night that there was going to be too much street noise but it quieted down at a reasonable hour. We will be going back!! Thank you!!!
- 5/5
I would stay again.
- 5/5
Great location, bar fantastic history
- 5/5
Its an old hotel, some things are to be expected. I loved the workers. Its very expensive to stay, but i loved it.

It was a very old, lots of history. I hope it doesn’t change too much when they remodel.
- 5/5
Top tier stay - valet and staff are pros
- 5/5
Such a fun stay! Loved it!
- 5/5
Love the Fort Worth Stockyards!
- 5/5
Best hotel shower!! Hot hot water and water pressure!! Walked everywhere!!!
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but flooring was sticky either what they use to clean or just old and the bathtub needs updating. We liked the decor just needs to be repaired.
- 5/5
Clean rooms great locations and friendly staff
- 5/5
Beautiful place beautiful accommodation. I will be more than glad to go back.
- 2/5
Your restaurant area and food was superb! The room itself was very outdated (speaking of bedding, tub was absolutely gross.. stained with old dirt rings around tub. Stuck on dust on floor boards around room. The bedding needed to be updated as well as only given one towel each for two adults. Your free soap, shampoo and conditioner was the absolutely cheapest. You can do better.
- 3/5
the room was clean but the phone did not work and the tv lost service in the middle of a football game
- 2/5
Bath rust marked from pipe leak above, light not working, apparently systems have been “down” for 2 weeks so no signal on TV, but WiFi works. Clearly a cheaper room as we booked third party, needs serious rejuvenation.
- 3/5
Hotel has a lot of history and right in heart of stockyards. The H3 restaurant has excellent food and service as well as hotel staff. The downside was the price vs the accommodations. Rooms are antiquated; in need of update. After paying for valet parking we had to walk 1/2 mile to our vehicle after checking out ( with rickety luggage rack in tow). The wheel actually fell of luggage rack we used upon arrival.

Great hotel, location, easy staying. Problem is that in 3 days my room was never cleaned, no towels or coffee. I asked ladies in their language to please help and I couldn’t get a clean room the entire stay
